A great place to stay in Hanoi. The flat is in an older residential block, which gives it plenty of local character, but the apartment itself has been renovated to a very high standard. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and very well presented. The location is excellent - close enough to the Old Quarter to explore easily, but surprisingly quiet inside despite being close to a busy road. The road actually turned out to be a real advantage: one of the main meeting and pick-up points for many excursions outside Hanoi is just a few metres away (160 Trần Quang Khải), which made early morning trips incredibly convenient. A very comfortable base for exploring Hanoi and the surrounding area, and somewhere I would happily stay again.

Beautiful decor and very comfy bed, strong WiFi, smart TV and fierce air con 👍 you'll need it 😅 There is some traffic noise but not enough for me to lose any sleep. Fabulous location close to Train street and the lake. The hostess is very kind and helpful all communication through WhatsApp... If you're looking for a beautiful apartment in an authentic Vietnamese housing block this is for you 10/10

3 flights of stairs and no lift. This is advised at time of booking. From the description I thought it had views of the lake but I'm guess it should say 3 minutes walk to the lake.

De entree van het appartementencomplex doet bij de eerste aanblik wat anders vermoeden maar het appartement zelf is echt geweldig. Mooi en sfeervol ingericht, schoon en echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Koelkast, magnetron, servies, pannen etc, maar ook tandenborstels en tandpasta. Wij waren er met onze kinderen van 8 en 9. En dat werkte prima met de ene slaapkamer met af te sluiten deur en ons bed achter de roomdivider in de woonkamer/keuken. Ik had best wel wat reviews gelezen over het geluid, maar dat viel alles mee. Je slaapt midden in de stad dus is logisch dat er verkeersgeluiden zijn, maar geen van ons heeft er last van ondervonden. De ligging is erg centraal. Je bent zo bij het Hoa Kiem meer en de Old Quarter. Ik zou dit appartement echt aan iedereen aanraden. Heel fijn verblijf gehad en een zeer attente host.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, shops and bars. Very homely feel to the apartment, fairly compact but fine for a short stay. Had everything you need and host was helpful and responsive. For that price, you cannot fault it.

If you are a light sleeper don’t sleep in the front bedroom, the outside traffic noise is relentless. Seemed to be fine in the main bedroom though.

Home in NZ now - 3 of us stayed here for our last 4 nights in Vietnam rather than a hostel or hotel room to have a little more space to ourselves and this place was perfect. It looks exactly like the photos, very pretty interior and a very comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive on WhatsApp and helped us with Laundry and an airport transfer and checking in to see if we needed more towels. The location is very central with a short walk to Beer street etc. It is pretty tucked away in a local complex but the instructions sent on Booking/WhatsApp are very helpful and the hosts are very responsive if you did happen to get lost. We found it fine though.

Très joli appartement rénové avec goût et des matériaux de qualité (double vitrage). De l'espace . L'appartement est très propre. Un super emplacement près du quartier des 36 corporations et du lac. Fonctionne par code mais les propriétaires sont réactives et bienveillantes.

Comme l'appartement est adossé à la route périphérique, j'ai été gênée par le bruit de la circulation malgré les bouchons d'oreilles. La chambre du fond est moins exposée au bruit.

The location is ideal in the old center, close to bus stops (even direct bus from Airport), restaurants and shops. Everything is like on the pictures and the hosts are really nice and forthcoming.

As mentioned, it’s next to a really busy street. But they provided earbuds and at night traffic honks less, so no real issue there.

We were amazed when we opened the door to the lovely and well-equipped apartment. Everything we needed was there and most clean and comfortable, too. We were even met and helped in when we arrived and out when we left. Very thoughtful owner! We are forever grateful for her kindness.

There was nothing we didn't like. The apartment had everything!

The apartment was so cosy and it felt like home. From the decorations to the thought put into the layout, it was lovely place to stay. The location was excellent as well, being in the heart of the Old Quarter and being a stone throw away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The host was very accommodating and responsive, would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very new, modern, spotless and very well-equipped. The beds are also very comfortable and there are two showers and sinks, one separate from the toilet. We would have loved to stay there for longer but it was unfortunately - but not surprisingly - already booked. The communication with the owner was also very good and she offered to have her sister come help us with our luggage in the morning, but we were leaving very early and didn't want her to have to get up so we declined.

It's right next to two very busy streets so it is quite loud. But they offer earplugs and there is less traffic at night so I still had a great night's sleep.

Great location in the old quarter and close to everything. Way better option than a hotel as you are living next to the locals which adds to the experience. The apartment is beautiful and very clean and has all the amenities. Great communication from the host through out our stay. This was by far the best accommodation we have stayed at in Hanoi. Will definitely stay here again

Lovely spacious apartment, close to the lake, old town and french quarter. Everything we needed for a few days in Hanoi.

Could have been a better blind/curtain in the bathrooms.

C'est un très bel appartement, propre et la décoration est chaleureuse. La climatisation et les ventilateurs sont appréciables. L'hôte est très serviable et répond rapidement aux messages. Malgré la bonne insonorisation on entend un peu la circulation et les klaxons de la ville mais c'est le cas partout dans Hanoï. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et nous reviendrions volontiers.

Maybe the blinds could fully cover the bathroom window as you could probably see into the bathroom a bit from the street.

The hotel was in a perfect central location. The owner was outstanding – he took care of everything and stayed in regular contact with us throughout our stay. The rooms were very nice and perfectly clean. We spent two wonderful days there in truly comfortable conditions. I highly recommend this place!

Great location, very clean and well thought out. It felt very safe and whilst the traffic did cause some noise the free earplugs helped with this. It was great having a washing machine.

Perfect central location, you can hear the traffic from the one bed, but the provided ear plugs worked and I slept really well. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything you needed, my daughter was very happy with the washing machine.

This was probably the best accommodation I ever had! The apartment was super clean and comfortable for 4 people, very well equipped and in a great location. On top of everything, the hosts were super friendly and answered all of our questions.

Wonderful apartment! Not just empty walls, but a place that feels like a lived-in home made with love. The host is amazing! Towel changes upon request, trash disposal, and lots of unexpectedly nice touches for an apartment — like tasty cookies and a bottle of water on arrival. It feels like staying in a quality hotel. And everything in the city center is just around the corner.

The p lace was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything you could need was there. On a busy, noisy street but Lan left esr plugs and was so lovely and helpful. We slept great. Very central. I would highly recommend this place.

What a great place! Modern, yet stil traditional decorated luxury appartment, exceptionally clean! Very nice looking on an absolutely top location! , just around the corner from the busy area with the shops and restaurants. It feels very cosy and has all necesseties (2 luxury bathrooms, fridge, cooking gear and two large fine beds) The host was very kind and helped us to recover the lost toy from our son!

This is such a great location and lovely accommodation very mordern with lovely little touches to make it seem like home from home.Flowers fruit toothbrushes etc. The host Lan was so helpful when my plane was delayed she organised a car for me.Nothing was too much trouble.I liked it so much we are returning before we fly home!Thank you so much Lan and team you took all the stress away!
