This is a fantastic hotel! The property is nice, clean, and modern, and the location couldn't be better. What truly made our stay special was the staff—everyone was super nice, attentive, and helpful with local recommendations for exploring the city. Plus, they kindly stored our luggage for free for 10 days while we traveled around, which was a huge help. I highly recommend staying here!

There is a gap under the door which lets in the bright corridor light at night, which was a little inconvenient for us.

I liked everything

A Casa Galata ti senti davvero a casa! Tutte le camere sono arredate in modo impeccabile e dotate di un angolo cottura; il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è strategica e vicinissima a una stazione della metro M2. Il quartiere è molto suggestivo e ricco di ogni tipo di servizi. Tutto è a portata di mano!

Très bon établissement, idéalement situé à Istanbul, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les principaux sites et quartiers à pied. Le personnel est très disponible, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir Istanbul !

Le fait que finalement ce soit une sorte d’appart-hôtel super bien équipé (lave linge et étendoir, frigo…) + la propreté, l’emplacement idéal, et le personnel aux petits soins.

Best location, you got to do a little uphill walk but that's manageable. The rooms are neat and clean and smells so good. The rooms are also very well equipped with everything one needs, a washer, a small stove with some pots and dishes, free drinking water, iron etc. If you are not too sensitive to light and noise, its a very nice place to stay.

There is absolutely zero soundproofing. I couldn't sleep the whole 3 nights I stayed there. I was given room 2 on first floor facing the street. Since the hotel is situated on a slope, at night it feels like you are sleeping on the street. You could hear every single sound, people walking, cats fighting, garbage trusts, bikes, shopkeepers chitchating. The room had light colour blinds, zero blackout. The streetlight feels as if lit inside your rooms.

It was very clean, incredibly kind stuff, the best location in Istanbul . My best accommodation in Turkey!

The hosts were extremely helpful and always good natured. The accommodation was as shown in the photographs but a little smaller than expected. There was a daily service of the apartment and there is sufficient kitchen equipment. The location was excellent with walking distance to everything including public transport. There is elevator access to different levels

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à Casa Galata 35. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de chaleur. L’équipe est très sympathique, attentionnée et toujours disponible pour aider. La chambre était propre, confortable et agréable, et l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Istanbul. Je garde un très bon souvenir de mon séjour et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux !

Segítőkész személyzet. Kiváló elhelyezkedés. Tiszta, modern, jól felszerelt, újszerű apartman. Minden szempontból megfelelő.

A fölöttünk lévő teraszon hajnalig, de volt hogy reggelig artikulálatlanul röhögtek, hangoskodtak. Napokig egyetlen ablakot sem lehetett kinyitni a zaj és a cigaretta füst miatt. Öt napon keresztül sem aludni, sem pihenni nem tudtunk. A szállásadónak jeleztük, aki elismerte a problémát, de nem tudta megoldani. A terasz fallal van körülvéve, használhatatlan a nagyon zajos klíma készülékek miatt.

Very helpful staff and good communication. Easy to pick up the key and they were very responsive.

Beliggenheten og personalet. De er veldig tilgjengelige og serviceminded. Bra aircondition og det er alt hva man trenger av utstyr. Lekkert bad på soverommet, og det er deilig med 2 bad.

Røyklukt inn i leiligheten. Hva gjør man hvis det begynner å brenne? Ingen rømningsmuligheter fra soverommet, da det er ned i «kjeller» uten vindu.

Unbedingt nach Kissen fragen. Bekommt man direkt aber die eigentlichen sind nicht jedermanns Sache.

De netheid van de kamers is echt top! De locatie is perfect. Personeel is niet normaal aardig. Is geen normale hotel of appartement ervaring, lijkt alsof je bij familie slaapt.

The hotel is an absolute gem and excellent value for money. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room and bathrooms were very well furnished and had the feel of quality. The location is superb and the actual street is quiet compared with others near by. I would not hesitate in recommending this as a great place to stay.

Gorgeous hotel located on one of the most cozy streets in the heart of Istanbul. The room was nicely designed, very clean and comfortable with more than what you need. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating and made my stay feel extra special. Thank you, I will see you soon again.

Номер не такой просторный, как на фото. Не хватает для кухни масла для жарки, чтобы что-то приготовить разок и не покупать в магазине литр. Мебель и ремонт немного уже "уставшие". Смысла брать номер с балконом за бОльшие деньги не было, т.к. он выходил в маленький двор-колодец и находиться на нем не было большого желания.

Mucho ruido en la calle. Las gaviotas, me despertaba muy temprano.. pero no todas las habitaciones dan a la calle.

Very central to the main areas. A short walk up the hill, and you have everything at your doorstep. Walk to the bottom of the hill for the Bosphorus. Extremely clean, new and comfortable rooms. We were a party of 5 (3 rooms) and all loved it. Omer was extremely welcoming and helpful. Communication was excellent and we all enjoyed our stay.

I read the reviews on here prior to booking about the hill that it is situated on. From our point of view, it was fine. The location of Casa Galata far outweighed this. And honestly it was only a 5 min short walk up. The area is full of these little hills. If it's an issue, it'd be hard pressed to find somewhere as convenient as this with it being flat. 5 🌟 from us!

Posizione fantastica, a un passo dalla movida ma in una via estremamente tranquilla e sicura. Appartamento finemente arredato, letto molto comodo, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Trovo che la posizione dell'aria condizionata non concili il sonno, in quanto l'unico modo per rinfrescare l'appartamento è tenerla accesa la notte e, dopo una settimana con l'aria condizionata puntata addosso, sia io che la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati con il mal di gola. La luce delle scale dovrebbe avere una fotocellula, così da rimanere spenta quando non c'è nessuno e non lasciare che la luce filtri da sotto la porta. Al mio arrivo il copriletto era sporco e ci è voluto più di una giornata perché venissero a pulire. Inoltre manca sicurezza di notte, la nostra ultima notte abbiamo sentito le urla di alcuni ospiti che in piena notte si sono messi a parlare animatamente per le scale, impedendo agli altri di dormire tranquillamente.

Прекрасное расположение в центре города, в шаговой доступности до башни Галата. Вокруг много ресторанов, много мастерских ювелиров, художников, дизайнеров, можно купить уникальные вещи за небольшие деньги. Сотрудники вежливые, приятные. Уборка производилась каждый день, хотя мы и сказали, что можно не убираться. В отеле можно купить экскурсионные туры и поездку в хамам. Очень красивый вид с веранды на крыше. Мы каждый день с удовольствием завтракали и ужинали, наслаждаясь красивым видом. В номере было все необходимое, даже была кухня, стиральная машина, утюг. Сейфом можно пользоваться бесплатно. Я очень довольна этим отелем.

De locatie is modern ingericht, alles aanwezig. De lakens en handdoeken met regelmaat verschoond en iedere dag vers water.

Appartement heeft in de slaapkamer geen daglicht of raam. De woonkamer annex kitchenette kijkt uit op de patio. Dit geeft een opgesloten gevoel. Verlichting mag wat gezelliger.

Quality, bed was poor, not super clean, GREAT VIEW:) No coffee maker, no microwave, small, cheap window shades, not in great condition. Staff was kind, location was good.

Ideal location. Incredibly beautiful views of the Bosphorus. Within walking distance of the Karaköy ferry station and Şişhane metro station. The room is perfectly clean and has everything for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend the top-floor apartment with a view. I had two verandas with arguably the best view in Istanbul.

It would probably be great to add some good blackout roller blinds, as the room is too bright in the morning. But that's more of a personal preference.

Great location close to the centre of the action. Had all the facilities for a comfortable few days in Istanbul with a little kitchenette etc.

It was a bit difficult to get in as there was as no one there when we arrived and no bell or instructions. It was up a very steep hill so one to bear in mind if you arrive on public transport.

Двухуровневый люкс. Атмосфера понравилась, вернемся. Персонал заботливый. В спальне, первый этаж: удобный матрас, подушки, хороший напор воды, удобные места хранения, окон нет - не напрягало, в душе и над унитазом в потолке окошки из стекло блоков встроенные в пол террасы. Гостиная-кухня: второй этаж - вход в номер, выход на террасу: диван-продавлен, кухня оборудована необходимым, стиральная машина, плита, набор посуды, в душе хороший напор воды. Терраса - как патио в Испанских городах, без вида, но атмосферно. Месторасположение идеальное для Стамбула, транспортная доступность, все в пешей доступности: рестораны, магазины, достопримечательности, набережная и Галата порт) Соотношение цена-качество.

Спальня на первом этаже соседствует с туалетом и комнатой персонала, все слышно... Но большое спасибо персоналу, когда мы были в номере - они не пользовались, было слышно только в первый день когда мы только заехали. На террасе один раз за 3 ночи вечером включили кондиционеры и было не комфортно.

Compleet ingerichte kamer. Hotel ligt in een fijn, vrij rustig straatje in een leuke buurt.

The location is perfect to explore all Estambul and without the noise, people and fake stores of the city center. The neighbourhood is calm and hipster and the hotel is cozy and with all the facilities you need. The staff also is very helpful and helps you in all you need.

Свежее, чистое место. Недавний ремонт, мебель, постельное белье. Есть все для комфортного проживания. Плита, холодильник, стиральная машина, гладильная доска, утюг. Кондиционер, хорошее отопление.

Из минусов только то, что когда на улице у входа кто-то курил, запах дыма попадал к нам в открытые окна. Поэтому если для вас критично, просите комнату с окнами на другую сторону.

La posizione centrale a metà strada tra il porto di tophane e la strada principale. La via a tanti bar e negozietti particolari. Pulito, educati, organizzano anche piccoli tour etc. Tutto ok

The location was excellent, with plenty of sights and cafés nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had an issue—for example, they replaced the broken kettle promptly. The 24/7 reception was also a pleasant surprise for such a small hotel.

The room felt quite small for two people and lacked a bit of space. It was consistently very hot at night, even with the air conditioning running. The renovation also seemed unfinished—one power outlet was loose, and the bathroom door handle was coming off. The kettle didn’t work, and we had to request a replacement.

Близко от центральной улицы, но не шумно, рядом супермаркет, очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал!! Два санузла, есть места для хранения, симпатичный внутренний балкончик (номер на 1 этаже), чтобы попить кофе. Чистота, уборка каждый день. На кухне вполне можно приготовить что-то несложное

Шумоизоляция. Слышно, как соседи ходят в туалет..да и просто ходят по потолку. Но это проблема всех мини-апартаментов, просто будьте к этому готовы. Комната внизу без окон (номер на первом этаже), крутая лестница в номере. По фото кажется, будто лестница ведет на этаж выше, а на самом деле вниз. Раскладной диван не совсем удобен, может, стоит заменить. Пару раз он складывался сам и больно ударял по ногам
