Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Host was super helpful with making sure we know how to find the apartment keys and designated car park. She’s super responsive and bothered to make sure everything was alright at the apartment. Instruction videos were sent prior to arrival. Location was perfect the mall was just a few floors down.
The entrance into the apartment lift area from the car park was odd with a few steps up. It was challenging to carry luggage’s up those steps. Better off unloading at the lobby area however there wasn’t any proper drop off point. Cars weren’t supposedly allowed to stop infront of the lobby.

Reviewed Dec 19, 20251. Yoyo的回复非常迅速，我的需求基本都被满足了。 2. 因为是自驾游，没想到的是Yoyo在entrance门口等着我们，还带我们到Parking位子，节省了寻找的时间，这点太好了。 3. 带着一家大小，有老有小，Overall 都很不错。地点也好，开车去哪都方便，楼下就是商场，也很方便（进商场的话一定要跟着原路返回才能够找回回家的lift）。 4. 下次要住Imago的话，我还是会回来。
1. 就是要开电视机的时候一直开不了，很多要会员login才能够开。也反应给Yoyo了，她也安排了人解决，但想到要看电视的当下还要处理这个那个的，就会有点闲，最后还是不看了。（可以的话，贴一个开电视机的说明，怎么按可以马上看到电视频道，会好很多）。 2. 因为面向大马路，大房的窗口隔音可能还能加强，晚上睡觉偶尔会听到摩托车在路上飞奔的声音。但没听到飞机飞过的声音，这个还是可以接受的。

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025We encountered lower water pressure in the shower and it was a little inconvenient to shower using the hand held shower. It would’ve been better to provide overhead type. Other than that, the apartment is average but location wise is convenient for us.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025The owner was very accommodating to our request and needs like we needed extra towels and early check in, late check out. The unit it's exactly like the pictures posted. Very convenient since it's in the shopping mall itself. 10 mins away from the airport. I will come to stay again. Really appreciate the owners constant contact and update with us.
The bedsheets and pillow covers was not change but the bed was really comfortable.

The collection of access card and key is hassle free as the host tell the procedure beforehand in the WhatsApp group she created. She even meet you at the entrance of Loft E to show us the room." Location "Location of the residence is excellent above Imago Shopping Mall and there are also shop lots nearby ~ Orange & 7-Eleven convenience store & restaurants that open 24/7" Facilities "Household equipment such as washing machine, microwave oven, cooking stove, cutleries TV, WiFi Router are provided to make your stay as conducive as possible. All the room are air-conditioned and functioning."

Reviewed May 18, 2023Imago Mall and apartments is very large. Was a little bit hard finding our block. Our host contacted us to say our apartment aircon wasn’t working and changed us to another. To avoid confusion he met us and helped us park and walked us to our apartment. Very clean, air conditioning great, beautiful pools, large shopping mall and food hall/restaurants. Two access keys which is helpful for 3 adults. Our host was very helpful
I think our original booking was in a more preferred location with balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The apartment we stayed in was larger I was told but only had 1 small couch so 1 of us had to sit on a dining chair.

The place could fit maybe 6 person. there's washing machine and dryer also available. a nice place to chill, from the balcony we can see the pool.. Recommended for travellers with friends or family to chill out. The place is above Imago shopping mall.
