אהבנו את הדירה נקיה ומסודרת, המיטות נוחות. הנוף לכיוון הכותל, המיקום נוח וקרוב למרכז העיר, 20 דקות הליכה לכותל. חניה מסודרת תת קרקעית. יש פלטה ומיחם, יש מעלית שבת. בבניין יש שמירה. צוות אדיב ועונה ופותר את השאלות במקום,תודה רבה לאריאל ולצוות:)

הדלת כניסה יש קושי לנעול אותה, צריך לטפל בזה. וכדאי לעשות ריסוס נגד נמלים בדירה.

כלום

בעל המקום ביטל את ההזמנה מיוזמתו ואחר כך חייב אותי על כל התשלום. התקשורת איתו היתה נוראית. באתר הכל יראה לכם סבבה, אבל אחר כך לא יהיה לכם עם מי לדבר. תתרחקו!

דירה יפה, מרווחת, נוחה ובמיקום מושלם! עם חנייה פרטית ומרפסות שמאוד משדרגות את נוחות השהייה, המקום היה נקי ברמה גבוהה, השירות היה מעולה, זמין ושירותי. תודה רבה! נשמח להתארח אצלכם שוב.

Emplacement top en plein cœur du centre ville, à 2 pas de rue yaffo et de ben yehouda. appartement spacieux et très propre, joliment aménagé. Système de code pr accéder à l’immeuble et à l’appartement hyper pratique, pas besoin de clef.

The location. Also most things worked and the facility was Shabbat-friendly

This was the dirtiest hotel apartment I ever walked into. With check in time 4 PM, and with Friday afternoon check in, there was little time before Shabbat. The apartment was dirty. By the time we brought things in and looked at the apartment, realized the trash status and called the manager it was 5:55 PM. The refrigerator had some oily stuff on all the shelves. The oven was dirty. There was trash on the floors, hairs in the bathroom, three ash trays full of cigarette butts on the balcony. There was a bed and sliding bed both were broken, with trash under the bed. There was a trash bin outside the door full of trash. The manager promised they will clean before Shabbat, but this did not happen. He asked to send photos. We texted to him, but then a few minutes before Shabbat he told us that his phone does not accept photos, they need sending by email. I ended up cleaning the refrigerator, otherwise we could not put the food in. My family cleaned up the floor and got rid of some of the trash. And with all this they had the hide to charge us a cleaning fee! We should be charging them a cleaning fee.

תמי בר היה מוסיף הרבה. היה חסר שמפו וסבון גוף במקלחת. במטבח היה חסר סמרטוט פשוט להעביר על שייש או שולחן.

המקום קרוב מאוד לרח' יפו וזה נהדר כי יש חנויות ורכבת הקלה.

הדירה לא היתה כ"כ נקיה, וגם האמבטיה טעונה שיפוץ. משהוא נכנס לדירה באמצע היום כשיצאנו לטייל, ללא רשות , הזיז והפך לנו את המיטות בחדר השינה .

דירה מרווחת, במיקום מצוין, חניה צמודה. איפשרו להכניס את הרכב לפני ולצאת אחרי ונתנו מראש הוראות ברורות ומפורטות לגבי הכל. מחיר הוגן

הגענו והדירה לא היתה מוכנה! היתה בניקיונות ובפועל נכנסנו רק ב16:55 אחרי שחיכינו בלובי עם כל הדברים. היו מספר אנשים שהיו איתנו בקשר, גם במקביל (בלי תקשורת בינהם) חלקם נחמדים יותר חלקם פחות.. בבוקר דפקו לנו בדלת מהניקיון בשעה 9 בטענה שהיינו אמורים לצאת מהדירה למרות שהצ׳ק אווט ב11 (לא התווכח אחרי שהראנו לו את ההזמנה). הדירה לא מתוחזקת מספיק טוב, בין היתר סתימה בכיור של המטבח, צינור של האמבטיה קרוע, דלת מרפסת לא ננעלת…

L'emplacement en plein centre

La communication avec l'établissement était déplorable.Impossble de les obtenir au téléphone jusqu'au a la veille du check in malgré plusieurs messages.Dialigue de sourds avec des messages automatiques...Les appartements, bien que très propres, ont un niveau d'entretien passable:Taches sur les tapis, volets roulants détériorés, bouilloire électrique fonctionnant mal.......

לא יזיק לחדש קצת ולנקות מרפסות יותר. היה רעש מאתר בניה הקרוב אבל זה זמני. לא הורגש שמשקיעים באורחים, למשל יש מכונת אספרסו אבל לא שמו אפילו קפסולה אחת, גם בקבוק מים קרים לא יזיק

The location is great

The property is run down and there isn’t enough cooking utensils or silverware for my family to eat. No cutting knives and very barren cabinets

Близость к старому городу и к центру. Новый красивый дом. Все двери на кодах, запаса белья и всего необходимого нам хватило. Есть бомбоубежище в квартире.

Location

I paid an extra 100 shekels to check in earlier at 1pm, as the standard check-in time was 4pm. During this process, an error occurred on the platform, and 500 shekels were taken from my account without my authorisation. I contacted the host immediately. After over 30 emails (the host refused to speak by phone) and more than three months, I have only received 100 shekels back. I am still owed 300 shekels, despite repeated promises that the refund would be processed. This situation caused a great deal of stress and negatively affected my holiday. The lack of communication, accountability, and resolution was extremely disappointing. I would not trust this host.

Location

The staff, manager and Jacob. Dont fix a problem with the main bathroom, it never works and even I asked several times, he didnt fix the issue and I still pay for the total rent. In the amenities it says that have a coffee maker and it was fake.

Location. Spacious - good for 4 pax.

The second bedroom which is a safe room is packed with items like a store room. No mosquitoes nets for all windows (we got quite a few mosquitoes bites)

לא נקי. תחזוקה גרועה. ריהוט שבור, ישן ומלוכלך בצורה יוצאת דופן. קירות מלוכלכים. מסמרים בקירות ודיבלים ברזלים של טלוויזיה ללא אלוזיה , מתקן של וילון ללא וילונות. לפחות שיוציאו ויסיידו. קירות פשוט מטונפים כאילו לא סיידו שנים. הגענו והשירותים היו תקולים. לא ניתן היה להוריד מים כך שלא ניתן להשתמש. תריס בחדר שינה לא ירד כך שלא ניתן להחשיך ותריס בממד היה תקוע ולא נפתח. מדובר כנראה בחברה שמשכירה כך שלא ניתן לתקשר בטלפון אלא רק להשאיר הודעה במוקד. אלי לא חזרו ונאלצתי להתכתב במייל כך שלא היתה זמינות. בסופו של דבר באו לתקן את השירותים. איש השירות היה מאוד נחמד ואדיב אבל השירותים לא תוקנו ואם לפני כן לא ניתן היה להדיח את האסלה כעת כל הזמן זרמו בה מים. שוב לא ניתן היה להשתמש בשירותים בכלל וגם היה רעש של המים הזורמים. שהינו בדירה שלושה ימים ולא באו לתקן. נאלצנו חמישה מבוגרים להשתמש בשירותים אחד. בהתכתבות במייל לא הפסיקו לכתוב שמצטערים אבל בפועל לא שלחו מישהו לתקן ולא נתנו שום פתרון גם לא לתחזוקה המזעזעת. היו שערות , סימנים של צעדים כאילו לא שטפו , נייר טואלט בשירותים. אין קשר בין התמונות לאיך שנראית הדירה בפועל. חוץ מהמיקום המצויין לא ממליצה בכלל.

Большая квартира с большим болконом, есть все необходимое.

Обогрев в комнате не работал, сама квартира хорошая но уже немного разбитая, грязный диван, пошарпанные стены, забитый душ.

לא היה טלפון של הבעלים, ההתכתבות במייל. לא מצאנו את מספר הדירה, התקשינו להיכנס לחניה ולא היה מישהו זמין לשאול.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit bequemen Betten und großartigem Balkon. Tolle, zentrale Lage in ruhiger Umgebung. Bus und Straßenbahn um die Ecke. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit, die Kontaktaufnahme reibungslos und die Antwort kommt zügig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

The position of this building is great. In the city centre.

We booked an apartment based on specifics we had seen in the pictures. We needed a freestanding shower, which is what the pictures showed. One person in our party is not able to climb into a shower which is in a bath. We arrived only to find the shower in the bath. We arrived very late at night so we did not see everything. Waking up the next morning we could see the apartment had not been cleaned properly. The kitchen was still dirty from the last people who stayed in the apartment. We tried to get gold of Israrentals, to be told they'll look into it and get back to us. It was a Friday, so we were eventually told they are looking into it and would get back to us after Shabbat. This happened until Sunday night that they were looking into it. Eventually to be told it meets their standards. After a heated phone conversation, they offered to move us but the new place had no towels so we did not move as it did not help the shower situation. They sent someone from the company the next morning. She told us it is disgusting and she would have refused to stay there. We have still heard nothing more from the rental company. BE CAREFUL OF ISRENTALS. Don't go according to their pictures as they put all 75 units they run on each post, so I was told. If you have a problem, you'll wait and wait. They play the waiting game, hoping you'll leave it.

Ощущение, что в этой квартире нас не ждали: на балконе лежала пыль толстым слоем, выключатели света и другие приборы такие грязные, что хотелось почаще мыть руки, банное полотенце было очень ветхое, а на кухне не было кухонных полотенец или даже просто кухонных салфеток. Сказала об этом хозяину, он ответил, что салфетки не входят в комплект.. кухонная плита не работала, чайных и кофейных чашек тоже не было (и вообще минимум посуды на кухне), зато были бумажные стаканчики. При этом прямо под окнами идет стройка, и видимо еще не меньше чем пару лет будет идти. Выкладываю фото, чтобы подтвердить все это.

The location and size

Not clean at all . Missing essential items . Broken window/ door locks and problems with shower

The location is excellent. The flat was nice. Beds in the bedroom were very comfortable.

The bathroom needs refurbishment. The drain in the bath was blocked, and we had to unblock it as soon as we arrived. There were not enough towels left for the 6 people staying at the property. Neither were there enough bedding. The iron did not work, and although I had asked for this to be sorted as we were attending a wedding, no iron was sorted for us. There were only 3 hangers in the cupboards in both bedrooms. Limited cutlery and crockery.

Would have liked lamp in bedroom as central light too bright. Also in kitchen needed a sharp knife

Très bien équipé, très bien situé et spacieux

מייבש כביסה שבור, הרבה דברים קטנים תקולים, לא נקי כל-כך.

רמת הנקיון נמוכה, הרצפה דביקה ופירורים בפינת אוכל ובמטבח. גם השירותים והמקלחת לא מספיק נקיים ומלא שערות בפתחי הביוב. רמת תחזוקה נמוכה חלק מהקירות רטובים ומתקלפים. הטלויזיה לא עבדה ולא היו בטריות בשלט. לא קיבלנו מגבות וכשהביאו מגבות אחרי כמה שעות הניחו אותן במסדרון המטונף מחוץ לדלת ללא שקית!!! הביאו מגבת אחת גדולה ו6 מגבות פנים כך שלא יכולנו להתנגב (אנחנו 3 מבוגרים) בבוקר הבא התכתבתי עם שירות הלקוחות ואחרי יום שלם של התכתבויות (ברוח טובה) לבסוף הביאו מגבות אחר הצהריים כשלא היינו בדירה ונכנסו פנימה ללא הודעה מוקדמת!!! (זה לא מלון)

בניין די ישן. ריח לא טוב במעלית. שטיח דהוי, כתמים על הספה מגעילים! מגבות מלוכלכות, מיטה אחת הייתה ממש לא נוחה, רצפת האמבט מקולפת. בואו נגיד שהתמונות שהעלו אלו תמונות שלא משקפות את מצב הדירה כעת וחבל. יש פוטנציאל אדיר, אך התחזוקה על הפנים.

דירה נפלאה ומטופחת. מבנה חדש. מעוצבת ומושקעת. מיקום מנצח, מרפסת נעימה. מזרונים ברמה גבוהה - מאוד נוחים. נשמח מאוד לחזור עוד פעם !

דירה במיקום מעולה!! ממש על רחוב יפו. קרובה לרכבת הקלה ותחנות אוטובוס, מרחק הליכה משוק מחנה יהודה והמדרחוב. מרווחת ונעימה, בניין יפה, כולל חניה פרטית שזה יתרון עצום בירושלים. 3 חדרי שינה, מטבח ומקרר גדול, מותאמת בול למשפחות. איסוף עצמי ונוח של המפתחות. מומלצת מאוד!!

הניקוז באמבטיה המרכזית היה איטי והקשה על המקלחת. אבל המקלחת הנוספת בחדר השינה הייתה טובה.

Пришлось очень долго переписываться с хозяиным, что бы получить ключи. Мы не получили счет за оплату апартаментов, хотя много раз просили его прислать, чтобы компенсировать затраты от нашего работодателя. В целом пришлось очень много переписываться. Меня это удивляет, почему было не выслать инструкции сразу же по бронированию. Некоторые просьбы и вовсе были не адекватными, так у меня попросили в доказательство совершенного платежа прислать фото моей кредитной карты, на что я отказался.

Great location and nice apartment

The apartment is was not well cleaned. Our checkout was scheduled for 10:30 - 11am, we arrived back to the apartment at 10:15 and found electricians had entered the apartment while our belongings were still inside. We had not been informed of this prior to checkout. This is very bad management on the part of the owner and a safety issue.

Perfect location!! Clean and comfortable. Very big and spacious for the value! Property management is very helpful and on top of everything we need! We got stuck in Israel during the war and this became our new home during our stay!

The location was great, right near Jaffa street and lots of restaurants! Very near buses and trams too! The apartment was nice and comfortable with a balcony! And a washer and dryer was a big plus for me!

Sorry but the parking situation was a disaster and there was no one really to talk too as one can't get to speak to the owner as it's a big agent who looks after lots of flats! It wasn't explained well how to use the parking app and we we're not able to open the gate ourselves for the 1st 3 days of our 4 day stay! Only after I sent numerous messages on the booking app did eventually someone call me and explained how to put an foreign number into the app did it work !!!??? Why couldn't someone explain that in the beginning so it would have avoided so much aggravation!!

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to the Old City and Machane Yehuda Market, spent many hours exploring the surrounding area. Being just one road back from Jaffa Street, we could easily catch the light rail anywhere we needed to go. The apartment is great. There was an issue which the host had resolved for us - thank you Jacob

Staff response to issues related to check in process and issues to be resolved inside the property ( hot water, etc) wee pretty bad.

Change of property - out of sudden the property was changed a few hours prior to arrival to a new one about 500 m distance, but not the advertised one. Although the owner communicated that the new one even better, yet you fill uncomfortable. Note: it was not advised, apologized, subject to confirmation, but just “go to a new address at Wallenberg St. Cleanliness (new location) - somehow clean, not perfect, could be better Conditions (new location) - somehow clean staff broken, some lights not working etc, kitchen equipment - some missing.

Absolutely amazing location!! Very central at an unbeatable price. The apartment had everything we needed and even a safe room, and a washer and dryer. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment would be even better if it was a bit cleaner and needs renovation in some places, but I wouldn't consider this a disadvantage.

Dirty and run down property

The location is great, close to evevrything The parking is great The building is new, the kitchen is equiped, the rooms are comforatble. There is enough space for sleeping, cooking and dining

The facilities are worn - the shower facilities, the shabbat hot water boiler. Only two kitchen towels and no mops. There is no mirror, there is an iron but there is no ironing board. Also, the cleaning could be better but it was not so bad
