Location was great.

The location was great, but overall my stay was disappointing and not worth the price. I stayed for 8 days and paid over $1,350 USD, yet the room quality and service did not match the value. The room had a bad smell, especially in the bathroom and shower curtain, which smelled like vinegar. After showering, a large amount of water leaked onto the bathroom floor. The room also had poor air circulation, and the overall stuffy smell gave me headaches during my stay. The bed mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, the towels looked old with many holes, and there was visible dust in the room. Soundproofing was very poor — I could hear water running, toilet flushing, doors closing, and noise from neighboring rooms. Housekeeping service was also unprofessional. A staff member entered my room without me requesting cleaning or towel replacement, then argued with me about the meaning of the red magnetic sign on the door. On another occasion when I requested room cleaning, the bed was not made properly and the trash was not even emptied. The hallway carpet and elevator also smelled unpleasant. In addition, there is a nightlife venue next to the hotel, so many intoxicated guests and couples frequently came through the property late at night. The location is the hotel’s strongest point, but aside from that, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service.

Breakfast was not included in our stay.

Room size was small. Only a small part of the window could be opened. Water bottles were not provided on daily basis. Cleaning was never carried out throughout our 4-day stay, only towel change.

The staff was very friendly and willing to assist when needed. Room neat, clean, and very cozy.

The laundry room was not on the same floor but no biggie. However, the machines were cash only for exact amounts would have been nice if they took cc.

Front desk staff was nice and extremely easy checking in and checking out

Far from the stations but bus stops are close

There's a beer & wine store that's open 24h/7d, LOL! So you can come back after business meetings and just wind down by yourself.

No one greeted me from the front for 5days.

Location within walking distance to my work place. Simple nice deco, bed is good, but not the pillows. Spacious enough for 2pax w 2 open luggage.

Noisy, every morning around 5-6am will be loading time for bottles. Loud & clear. Sun shines in at 5am, only a thin layer of curtain that do no good. Not sure if this season only (Oct) alot of mosquitoes, yes, in the room. I smacked at lease 5 one night, suffer that for 2 nights. Informed front desk, did improve the rest of my stay. So hope you are lucky.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view and great bathroom.

Honestly, nothing. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Location was ace as we flew to Korea mainly to try Restaurant Evett (highly recomended for everyone). Cleanliness was on point; staff was helpful. There is also a fun wine shop at the lobby plus a vintage arcade in the basement lounge. Beds were so spacious and comfortable.

The only downside to this hotel is there is no wardrobe space so if you're a traveller who must spread out/ hang up your clothes this might be an issue. Also could be a bit more environmentally friendly.

The place was easy to find, not really close to the subway but next to the bus stop, so it was easy to get to various places. The facilities were clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and spoke English and Japanese (very fluent in Japanese).

The double room was a bit small overall

Excellent space, comfortable and large double beds (almost king size!) Excellent location and lovely facilities. Fresh water bottles every day. A good note that the pool is only open summer so read the fine print. Can't wait to stay again we loved it!

It just has one washing machine and one dryer, it’s kinda difficult to do laundry

The room was awesome and very clean. The shower was incredible. Staff were very accommodating and understanding. They also helped get us a taxi very early on the day we checked out.

We were under the impression that there was a balcony and pool and were told that it would only open in summer. It was really hot and would have been nice to sit by the pool.

The bed is comfortable.

The room is not very clean and the floor felt little sticky. The layout makes the room feels smaller than it is. The bathtub design is weird and water leaks out easily. Amenities are very minimal.

There were a lot of hair strands on the floor, bathtub and on the new soapbar when i checked in. It was absolutely disgusting like it wasn't cleaned. Fortunately they changed the room to a much cleaner room. There is no fridge in the room which is absurd. It is impossible to put anything into the communal fridge that is bursting full. The female receptionists were not very helpful and sulky. The male receptionists on the other hand were very helpful. Overall, unlikely to return to stay.

The location it was good, the room is clean

I’ve booked for 3nights, they provide me only 1small sack of conditioner, and after clean the room housekeeper didn’t refill any bottle of water. I’ve called the reception he came up with recording VDO along… why he do that… The housekeeper talking so loud while cleaning the other room in the morning that wake me up, I’m so confusing maybe it’s a Korea tradition.

The room was spacious enough and the double bed very large and comfortable. The location is convenient, not too far from the metro and served by buses close by.

The room floor was very dusty and there were hairs around. We got towels that were old and torn (see picture). The terrace with the pool was closed and we didn’t know. There was no light in the hallway, so you can’t really use the mirror on the bathroom door, doesn’t make too much sense.

The location of this hotel is awful unless you're coming for a business conference, and the location happens to be within walking distance. This is like a downtown location without any stores, restaurants or anything fun for tourists. Train station was super far and taxis did not know this location so they always ended up super far away, mostly cancelling. The staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming. When I stopped by prior to my stay, they wouldn't allow me to see the rooms and were only willing to shoe me photos. Originally she said because the room-type I booked was in use, then, when I asked to see any available room, her next excuse was because the hotel was being fumigated. Clearly, they don't want you to see those tiny rooms until payment was already made. After this treatment, I requested a cancellation a whole 2 days prior to my stay, and they refused. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Keep looking.

Staff was unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming. I would never stay at this hotel. If the rooms are awful, the least they could do is to be kind.

Good location. Nice modern and clean design for bedroom. there is a small bathtub which is nice and not so common in Korea. plug sockets right by the bed which is handy for charging.

The lobby area wasn’t so clean. Also, when I stripped the bed I noticed a lot of hairs from other people under the fitted sheet. I used to work as a hotel housekeeper so I check these things. it was A LOT of hair so that was a huge thumbs down from me.
