No heater and the ambiance.

It was just across from terminal 3

There was a washing machine but no dryer.no place to hang your washed clothes so the washer doesn’t mean anything.there was no ready hair dryer as well and the staff said other guests brought it home.

Nos encontramos chinches y cucarachas por la habitación, debajo de los colchones y por la habitación... pedimos cambio de habitación, y también tenían... no pudimos dormir si quiera...

There was no breakfast. Many restaurants close by. The best thing was that it was across Terminal 3 - some walk to get there, but fairly quick and manageable. It was ok for a few hours of sleep. It had microwave and washing machine, which would have been good if needed.

It was very, very basic and plain little room. It would not have been nice to spend several days. The ad on Booking.com page looked better.

Be considerable in extensions and do not overcharge. Specially when the customer arrive super late in check in because unforeseen events. I want to extend for 7 hours as my flight is bit late but it’s quite expensive. So I opted to go for shopping and had good lunch than paying the full amount.

be advised of the scamming cab drivers that wait outside the door and charge 1200 pesos for a 200 fare. I write that off as travel expense but this doesn't help manila reputation

Es una buena zona, segura y muy cerca de la terminal 3, perfecta para descansar y hacer las últimas compras antes de volar. El personal muy atento les pedi si me podían dejar un secador y enseguida me lo trajeron.

Near to the airport but still a fair bit of walk , restaurants and grocery stores are just nearby.

No complimentary coffee or tea, like if you are coming really late and tired and you wanted to have just a warm tea or coffee, you need to go down and get it yourself . Most I booked in booking.com, there were complimentary coffee/ tea with milk.

This is an easy access to terminal 3. Building stuff are very helpful and the unit is clean.

The room was perfect!

Check-in process took forever (around 25 mins), and not much communication until I asked. Also the area is misleading, as it is not just "right across T1", it's a big walk around, roughly 20-25 minutes requiring you to take a skybridge from inside the airport. Minimal signage show which building A&G Condotel actually is, and the maps aren't particularly accurate, it took a while to figure out the unmarked glass doors into the hotel lobby was the correct one.

Kitchen utensils are insufficient and not presentable. Cleaning tools are everywhere under the sinks cabinet.

Fantastische Lage in Laufweite (10 Minuten) zum Runway Manila um direkt in Terminal 3 zu kommen. Es gibt viele Restaurants direkt um das Gebäude. Zimmer gross genug

1. The air conditioner is too small for the unit and isn’t powerful enough to cool the room properly. 2. The unit owner only allows visitors until 6:00 PM. After that, she charges ₱500 per visitor. If you plan to have guests, it’s better to book the unit for two or more people from the start. I’ve stayed in this building twice before and never encountered this issue—it only happened with this particular owner. 3. The building’s security is overly strict. The guards require everyone to sign in every time they enter or leave the building, which feels excessive. I’ve stayed in other properties before in the same building and haven’t experienced this level of inconvenience.

The floor was sticky, the couch had bed bugs, the toilet paper was half used. The bathroom smelled cigarette, the dining area is ridiculously small. The water temperature on the shower was hard to control and adjust. The wifi connection is not very stable. It kept cutting in and out several times. The staff was pretty accommodating, though.

It is comfortable and it was quiet and was a perfect place right next to the airport

Super convenient as it’s close to the restaurants and NAIA Terminal 3.

This is our 2nd stay with you. We were very happy during our previous visit, which is why we chose the same property for our 2nd trip. However, we were disappointed this time with the room we were given for the following reasons: 1. The light bulb in the shower area of the toilet is not working. This made us uncomfortable, especially since we have a baby — we were worried about slipping in the dark. 2. There is no place to hang towels or clothes. 3. There was no floor towel in the toilet. 4. The room was very noisy, as it faces the road. We could even hear the loud banging of the door in the next room.
