I didn't have any major issues during my stay. If I had to suggest an improvement, I'd add a few more in-room amenities and provide slightly more detailed check-in instructions. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable

We didn’t get our own gate remote and although there is 24/7 security - sometimes we sat by the gate while the security slept inside and we had to beep to be let out. Not ideal

The unit was exactly as it was indicated on the photos on booking.com. Photos reflected the contents and size of the one room bachelor flat well. The kitchen was big.

For this facility, Payment's not made via the booking.com site. The caretaker phoned to advise their card machine was faulty & requested we withdraw & pay cash on arrival. She agreed to an EFT. As we were driving a car, we could not process payment before reaching our destination, a mere 45 min from the airport. Upon arrival the caretaker requested immediate payment which we did immediately. However it was a Sunday afternoon & they banked with a different bank to us. Standard Bank Vs First National. Both SA banks. Although the caretaker received her notice of payment directly from the banking app, & not from my personal email where I could maybe fraud the document before forwarding it, her employer was not satisfied with the payment, & we felt a little harassed with repeated telephone calls & demands to either withdraw cash or process a second payment using an alternate method to guarantee it would reflect immediately in the owners bank account. Essentially asking us to pay twice, assuring us to believe that once the first payment reflected the following morning, that they would then refund it. About 4 hours into the disagreement, a man, not the caretaker, arrived shortly before 18h00 at our door, to demand a second payment be processed, threatening us with prison +++ My husband was required to open his banking app & prove the amount had already gone out our account. They refused to believe that our straight forward, regular, normal, FNB payment would reflect the following morning & yet they wanted us to make a duplicate payment & trust them to refund the first payment. The funds must have reflected quickly because they did not return the following day. However we were in town for a medical matter & after the harressing introduction, I was nervous staying there on my own while my husband was in hospital. 2.

Every about it, it was clean and very comfortable and quiet place. It is very close to the malls and restaurants.

The WiFi network was slow

The value for the price is truly unmatched. The room was spacious and came with a clean, well-designed bathroom. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything I needed during my stay. The location was also a big plus—conveniently close to major malls and plenty of activities.

Great communication regarding check-in and key hand over. It was great to have 24-hour security at the apartment complex with friendly security guards. Could walk across the road to the lovely restaurant, Bravo. Apartment was neat, clean and had sufficient kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies. We appreciated the spacious apartment, attention to detail and convenience of enough plug points and adaptors/charging stations, as well as a hairdryer. Upon arrival, it was lovely to have bottles of water, coffee and tea sachets, as well as toiletries such as soap, shampoo, body lotion and toothbrush sets provided.

We didn't have transport so either walked or used an Uber. It would have been nice if there was an adequately supplied grocery store or a mall within walking distance from the apartment. There is however a garage/fuel station around the corner where one can buy basics like bread and milk, sweets, chips, water, cooldrinks, coffee, muffins and pies.

Spacious, safe, clean and well located. Internet fast and all tv streaming services available! Definitely coming back! It gives a homely feeling.

It was a good one! Nothing to seriously criticise, just the unit numbers are at the back not front and parking spaces not directly in front of your apartment. But the place is safe and well kept’

Professionalism, cleanliness and quietness of the place

Online it's MPASSI PROPERTIES but when you are at the venue it's LaPlace, which is confusing.

I liked everything about my stay, from the hands on communication from the host, the security guys, the cleanliness and the comfortability of the place. I also like the fact that the property is central but also quiet, close to shops, restaurants etc. I’m definitely coming back!

The only downfall was that there was construction outside my room the entire time until I checked out😩. Nonetheless, the overall experience was worth the price!

My stay at the guest house was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The service was amazing, and every detail was well thought out. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Everything about the place was honestly exceptional. What you see is what you get, although for me personally, it exceeded my expectations. We'll definitely be visiting here again soon. The bathroom was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the host was always available to give a speedy response if we needed anything, the bed linen was fresh, the airconditioner was one of my favourites😅 It's like a home away from home
