Zentrale Lage, Mekonghafen fussläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Jung, stylisch, erfrischend. Sehr schöner Dachpool mit super Blick über den Mekong. Gutes Frühstück im REWE-Stil ( alles hinter Glastüren ).

De lokatie en het uitzicht vanaf de kamer op de Mekong rivier. Fantastisch!

Heel groot modern hotel waar veel Vietnamezen komen. Je moet er van houden. Receptie kwam heel onpersoonlijk over. Kamer was klein en compact, maar als was wel aanwezig. A1

Wenn ich nochmal in die Stadt fahren sollte, würde ich wahrscheinlich wieder hier buchen.

Hồ bơi hơi nhỏ, đồ ăn sáng quá ít, bàn ăn dường như chỉ dành cho người lớn, hầu như là bàn cao ngang ngực người lớn, nhà mình đi gia đình các bé k có chỗ ngồi, ngồi dưới thì hầu như là bàn nhỏ chỉ ngồi được 2 người gia đình 4 người k thể ngồi vừa.

Das Hotel bietet viele praktische und gut durchdachte Annehmlichkeiten. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es eine praktische Wasser-Refill-Station sowie Automaten für die nötigsten Bedarfsartikel (wie Zahnpflege und Hygieneartikel) und eine kleine Souvenirauswahl. Sehr positiv sind auch die 24/7 nutzbare Laundry (Wäsche oder Trockner für nur 50k via Kartenzahlung mit automatisch enthaltenem Waschmittel), das gut ausgestattete Gym inklusive Hygienehinweisen, Handtüchern und Trinkstation sowie der schöne Pool mit grandioser Aussicht. Die Aufzüge sind zudem hervorragend klimatisiert. Und die Lobby und zweiter Stock riechen sehr gut bzw werden parfümiert. Für eine Einzelperson ist das Doppelzimmer wunderbar eingerichtet. Es ist alles da: Handtücher, Wattepads, Wattestäbchen, Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta und Trinkwasser in einer Glasflasche. Die zwei Rollos (ein Tagesrollo sowie ein Abdunkelungsrollo mit einem sehr hübschen Kunstmotiv) sind äußerst praktisch. Der Wunsch nach einer flexiblen Zimmerreinigung (nicht jeden Tag) wurde problemlos umgesetzt. Obwohl der Service insgesamt eher entspannt ist, sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich – ein Tipp des Rezeptionisten für einen lokalen Kaffee war absolut klasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet mit frischen Früchten, Reissuppe, verschiedenen Eivariationen, Pho, Dumplings, Süßspeisen, vietnamesischem Kaffee und einer kleinen internationalen Ecke mit Toast und Marmelade eine solide Auswahl.

Aufgrund der großen Hotelmarke (Hyatt) sind die Erwartungen hoch, die der Service vor Ort nicht ganz erfüllt. Das Personal wirkt distanziert, begrüßt Gäste nicht direkt und der Mitarbeiter am Empfang telefonierte sogar während meines Check-ins. Zudem nutzen Mitarbeiter die Bar wie normale Gäste, was ungewohnt wirkt. Während die Aufzüge gut gekühlt sind, herrscht in den Fluren eine unangenehme Hitze. Das Badezimmer fällt sehr klein aus, wobei eine einzige Schiebetür sowohl für die Toilette als auch für die Dusche dient. Enttäuschend für ein Hyatt-Hotel war der Schimmel im Bad (wenn auch für Allergiker noch erträglich) sowie der Hygiene-Fauxpas im Bett: Ein langes schwarzes Haar und mehrere andere Haare unter dem Bettlaken und Flecken machten einen sofortigen Wechsel nötig. Der Service im Haus ist extrem langsam. Beim Frühstück sind normale Sitzplätze schnell vergriffen, sodass man auf unbequeme Stehtische ausweichen muss. Trotz vieler Mitarbeiter am Buffet fehlte es ständig an Besteck oder Servietten. Die Säfte beim Frühstück waren extrem stark verdünnt und auch der Cappuccino aus dem Automaten schmeckte wässrig. Der Poolbereich ist zudem sehr klein dimensioniert und könnte in der Hauptsaison schnell überfüllt sein.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Although the room was small, the layout was very smart with great attention to detail. The bathroom even feels more spacious than those in some higher level hotels. The soundproofing could be better, but the price and overall room quality are truly impressive. I would definitely book this hotel again if I have the chance, and I’d consider choosing this brand at other destinations as well.

Chỗ để xe và cách sắp xếp xe. Tôi check in khá sớm và còn rất nhiều chỗ để xe, tôi nhiều lần lấy xe tại hầm để di chuyển đi chơi. Đáng lẽ ra tôi được ưu tiên chỗ để xe, nhưng khi về khách checkin sau đã được bố trí chỗ để xe full hầm. Tôi phải đi gửi chỗ khác, tôi không hài lòng về 2 điều: 1. Nhân viên xe mỗi lần gặp tôi đều chặn xe và hỏi (3 lần) anh đã checkin chưa. Trong khi đó tôi đã checkin và trả lời ít nhất 2 lần. 2. Chỗ để xe không có thứ tự ưu tiên. Tôi thấy khách sạn cần có phương pháp quản lý, khách có xe checkin trước được ưu tiên chỗ để xe.

Estaba bastante nuevo, las vistas de la habitación increïbles desde la planta 10, la cercania del puerto, las instalaciones: gym muy bien equipado, piscina en la azotea con bar.. súper bien todo.El personal muy amable.

Unglaublich tolles Hotel mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf den Mekong. Wunderbar. Alles hat zu 100% gepasst. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und haben mir die Busfahrt für meine Weiterreise gebucht. Das Frühstück war super.

Prima ontbijt, leuk en mooi zwembad op het dak , wel fris. Kamers zijn modern en stil. Behulpzaam en fijn personeel.

Afvoer van de badkamer liep niet goed door, maar dat hadden we eerder moeten doorgeven.

Bãi xe dưới hầm nhưng không có ai hỗ trợ lái xuống. Bf sáng không đa dạng và dở. Kêu gì cũng kêu tự xuống lấy, tệ hơn là bắt tự xuống mua tại máy tự động ngay cả phụ kiện như lược, dao cạo. Phòng bé, chật chội.

The room design was exceptional, the window blinds sensational. Breakfast was also excellent. The funky design is brilliant and the location was perfect.

Only minor negative was the hot water could have been hotter and the light in the bathroom brighter and no tea or coffee supplied in the room.

The location was great.

The breakfast buffet was very boring and soup broth was so bland with little to no flavour. The cleaners don’t change the bedsheet daily and told us that they will only change it every 3rd day which I didn’t like.

Modern and a bit funky hotel with great location. The room was new, modern and very functional with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is very good and served in a vibrant café/reception area. Great staff, great service. Would definitive stay here again

Mooie setting

Great modern room with funky features: lighting, colour scheme, blinds.... Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Breakfast was amazing, Dilmah tea ( my favourite ) Location is perfect, a block away from the river front. Amazing views from rooftop bar and pool. Would definitely recommend this new Hotel.

Geen koffie/thee, waterkoker in kamer. Hele zwakke waterstraal uit douchekop. Erg krap voor voor gezin van 4 personen. Donkere gangen. Beperkte ontbijtbuffet. Geen aparte ontbijtruimte, met beperkte zitplaatsen.

Exceptional hotel. I loved all of it. Very chic & modern. Room was perfect, clean & comfortable. The bathroom was to the highest standard, great design. Location is the best, really close to the waterfront and street markets. Rooftop pool and bar, were fantastic. Staff are friendly and efficient. Easiest and fastest check in. Breakfast cannot be beat, such a cute set up and lots on offer. Thanks 🤩

I stayed in a 3-bed room. Everything was cool but I dont think price was justified for this room specifically, considering the fact that all rooms here are relatively small. Our 2nd bed was a bunk bed.

i give 10 points (maximum) for the 24h checkout! besides, location is great, i like very much the modern vibes of the hotel. staff is superb friendly.

the pool on sunday evening was very dirty, a lot of hair. i guess because it was at the end of the day and end of the week. on the next day, monday, it was clean, pleasant to swim in.

The bathroom layout was a little strange, the round dark bathroom made it feel a little claustrophobic.
