What I don’t like about the property is the way the management deals with an incident that had occurred at check in. Upon check in at One of the premier deluxe twin VIP room one of our group member felt that there were negative energy surrounding the room and on that particular level. The rest of our group went up to check it out & we all felt the same of discomfort. We did talk to the supervisor on duty to explain our discomfort experience on many occasions however the problem was brushed away with, we can’t do anything at the moment, we need to wait. We end up abandoning the room as we do not feel comfortable staying in that room although it cost us a lot of money. We felt that the management did not deal with the solution well. We end up taking matters in our own hands by us squeezing in and making changes. We will not recommend staying at this property due to the way we were treated.

The staff were outstanding and friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Their English was excellent, which made communication so easy. Every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect location. The rooms were spotless thanks to the excellent housekeeping staff, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was incredible, with what felt like a million choices! There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and of high quality. The swimming pool was amazing—clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my trip was the fantastic tour to the Mekong Delta Floating Market. It was a wonderful experience and something I will never forget. I honestly couldn't find a single fault with this hotel. Everything was perfect; from the service and facilities to the food, cleanliness, and location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I can't wait to come back!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Colazione eccellente; sufficiente ad arrivare fino a sera per quantità, varietà e qualità. Camera molto bella e con vista suggestiva del Mekong. A pochissimo da tutto, in primis dal molo di partenza per Cai Rang. Personale preparato e professionale.
La piscina può diventare impraticabile per quanta gente si può trovare. La palestra può essere pulita meglio.

Non potevamo fare la colazione al mattino perché partivamo al mattino presto e ci hanno dato una colazione da asporto; inoltre hanno tenuto i bagagli in deposito gratuitamente. Nota super positiva: letto davvero molto comodo. Super Consigliato!!

Giá 1 đêm tại ks khá vừa vặn. Bể bơi tuy không rộng nhưng sạch sẽ. Có free xông hơi. Nhà hàng trên lầu 19 view bến Ninh Kiều thơ mộng. Tuy nhà hàng không nhiều món nhưng nhân viên support nhiệt tình và hương vị theo thang điểm khoảng 7.5.

숙박 인원에 비해 식당은 작아서 아침 먹으러 식당에 갔는데 정신이 하나도 없었고, 5성급 호텔 이름에 맞지 않게 메뉴가 다양하지 않았음
