Gran ambiente, las habitaciones estan bien, la piscina es amplia y tienen una gran zona para estar tranquilo. El hostel organiza algo todas las noches, me llevo una grata experiencia y amistades.

Tuve un compañero q meo en el suelo de la habitación, no es culpa del hostel pero sucedió. Me desperté en mitad de la noche y al girarme vi su silueta mientras escuchaba el ruido de la orina impactando con el suelo. Entonces otra compañera le empezó a decir "ey, estas orinando en el piso" y el ruido del pis cambió, en vez de caer en el suelo empezó a caer en la maleta de la compañera anteriormente mencionada, lo siento por ella. Pidió el cambio de habitación, limpiaron la habitación y al guarro ese le pusieron una multa. El hostel actuó muy bien teniendo en cuenta la situación.

The property was beautiful and had a great view of the beach from up high. The property is near a variety of bars and restaurants as well as atm and laundry which is convenient.

The beds were very uncomfortable and there were hugeeee cockroaches in the bathroom. I really am not one to be “afraid” of bugs but every night there would be 3-4 massive roaches which was unwelcomed. The staff also hold onto your passport which is not my favorite and is not stated in their guidelines.

Great view and not that far from the east pier. Staff are lovely. The pool is also cool.

There are people def older than 35 imo. Also don’t bring a suitcase because of the stairs. Also, the bed and pillows were a but hard but nothing dramatic. I really hoped they had curtains for the beds tho. Also, some people were really loud outside even at 2am which was nothing dramatic but a bit annoying if you had sleepless nights travelling.

About air conditioner doesn’t works like have to be. And they didn’t say anything, just talked about it after paid

La dame qui vous accueille semble si fausse et désintéressée de son travail, elle a l'air gentille mais je trouve son énergie super mauvaise Je suis arrivée car j'avais booké une chambre de 6, elle m'a dit qu'il y en avait pas, je lui ai demandé une chambre de 8, elle m'a dit qu'elle avait une chambre de 6, beaucoup trop d'incompréhension et de manque de professionnalisme... Pour monter à l'hostel il y a énormément de marche c'est très casse gueule et peu pratique Je suis arrivée en jour de pluie et on m'a laissé mes affaires dehors sous la pluie... Les serviettes datent des années 1980 C'est très vieillot et mal entretenu Le personnel manque de sympathie et de bienveillance Je recommande pas du tout

Brilliant location as the only hostel in railay. The Muay Thai event was really fun and the food options were good. We also enjoyed the upstairs area with a nice cold pool and lots of chill areas.

The beds are SO hard, as are the pillows and there are no curtains. This wasn’t a problem for us as our dorm was just our group but just be aware !

Only complaint is there’s no curtains on the beds

Beds were firm, doesn’t matter when you’re arriving back drunk.

Phenomenal location and great social life with all the nature and adventures.

I was stuck in Thailand after spending my money at Songkran and sending my injured friend home, I have always endeavoured to help people in any way I can but have been fleeced for my kindness. Then I worked at Kokos hostel where I was sacked for refusing to write fake names on a sign up sheet and asking to try a different approach. And some staff showed great kindness back we did adventure together for a while for that I am very grateful 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼 Had a lot of problems with blanco group after rumour cycles have spread making me feel unsafe and lots of stuff was stolen not just my jackets and power banks but many other people had skateboards, wallets, jackets, earrings taken. Trying to complain the staff banned me from the hostel now I am worried to be on any area with a blanco hostel and will be returning home to Malaysia. I do feel pretty judged against after being in a really tight spot trying to work on my startup and borrow money to survive whilst all the drinking and drugs was going on. Then decided to extend as long as possible to understand the full picture and try and influence positive improvements at great personal cost, to which I was pressured and threatened over the equivalent of £100 after spending nearly £500 at the hostel the previous days. I was accused of things I didn’t do and felt like the social environment was a big competition, didn’t like the need to spend all the time on food and drink and as someone wanting to heal and cleanse it was pretty toxic. If you aren’t a western/caucasian the culture is pretty hard to manage. I say this as a mixed Asian/Caucasian. Being threatened and gaslit by the staff (not all of them) and some guests was terrible. A great shame because I really liked the intiative and have been keen to build community in one of the hostels, but if management only cares about money then the locals will not tolerate a lot of the behaviour.

The outside area, food area and the staff were great (bonus points for the cute cats).

Our room was so damp and quite musty. We’d just come in from the rain and our stuff were wetter by the end of our stay which wasn’t ideal.

Manque de tablettes sur les lits du haut pour poser quelques affaires. J'aurais mieux dormi si j'avais pas eu peur de faire tomber mon téléphone ou mon ordinateur sur la personne du dessous

The views, pool and hostel vibe are so on point, the price is amazing for a stay on railay. Would go back anytime.

The owner was super nice and the hostel employees were also super chill and friendly. Location is best especially for night time; as the tide moves, this place becomes magical

The only good things are the view and the pool.

The hostel is not very clean, especially the bathrooms, and the bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable.

The beds where big, with light and plug next to it, and a small balcony. The pool is beautiful and refreshing and it has an amazing view. The food was quite good medium range prices. Although it’s a party hostel all the events are down stairs and there isn’t a lot of noise which was perfect. All in all we really liked staying here but we do have some serious feedbacks

The view comes with a long long stair, however it’s worth it. The aircon in the rooms is turned on at 16pm which isn’t nice when you pay for an aircon room. The toilet next to the pool doesn’t work and doesn’t seem to be going to work anytime soon. We are non smokers and there wasn’t a smokers area and everyone smoked even when we were eating next to them which was very uncomfortable but happens a lot in Thailand sadly. You have to pay to refill your water bottle. Also common here is to ask for your passport as a deposit which we thought its all kinds of wrong, definetly should ask for some money deposit or an alternative way. My pasport is my only way of coming back home and retaining it is border offensive and illegal

La chica Zoe o sol no debe trabajar ahí, no tiene ganas, mala cara, mala predisposición ! Por ella no volvería. Extendí mi estadía 1 día más, me hizo hacer check out, luego nuevamente check in, me cambió de habitación, un desastre esta piba

Receptionist was annoyed by questions. Floor too dirty for a barefoot policy. Otherwise good place, mostly young people.

Stein harte Betten, habe noch nie auf so etwas hartem geschlafen. Der Boden wäre vergleichbar gewesen. Betten waren zusätzlich nicht wirklich sauber (alte Flecken). Zudem kaum Privatsphäre (keine Vorhänge o.Ä.). Die oberen Betten waren teils direkt unter der Klimaanlage

Me gustó todo menos la chica de 20 años llamada Zoe o sol, que claramente no sabe trabajar en turismo, se nota que es voluntaria y quiere pasar solo unas vacaciones en Railay!! En la recepción es una chica muy ineficiente! Tenía reservado 1 noche, luego extendí otra más, y me hizo hacer check out, para luego volver a hacer check in! Ridículo!!

Beliggenheten var fin og de arrangerte mange sosiale opplegg. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme! Et sted som passer bra om du vil være sosial og feste.

Sengene var veldig harde, rommet var alt for kaldt og det var mye bråk. Vi tror også det var svart mugg i dusjen.

J avais envoyé un message car je n avais pas vu que c’était réservé au 18/35ans là veille la simple réponse qu ils nous attendaient Donc le lendemain, nous y sommes allés et on nous a lamentablement refusé et nous nous sommes retrouvés sans hôtel. Leurs messages automatiques apportent rien quand on pose une question pas vraiment contente.

I stayed here 2 times! I mean in Railay didn’t have a lot of Hostel and Blanco is not a bad choice, I stay here only 1 night so everything is good

The Blanco Hideout hostel was great! It was in a perfect location, and I loved staying in Railay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the stay was great from start to finish. Dream & Toon were so helpful in sorting out all my accommodation extensions and transport logistics, thank you!!

The views are amazing, it’s nice to have a little get away at the top of a mountain with a nice pool and jungle surrounding, the location meant it doesn’t have any tourists walking through or by which is nice. Was safe with key cards. Social hostel but not with drunk 18 year olds looking for a party which was a nice vibe. Stairs are intense but fine, no different to anything else you’d expect at a hotel or resort.

we knew it was a social hostel, but everyone in my dorm found it odd how the staff would knock once and freely walk into your dorm to ask what you were doing and say your plans were boring if it wasn’t what they were hosting. Bearing in mind we were all 25+ in this dorm, felt like a school trip or being told off for not wanting to drink at an extortionate price. The rooms are extremely basic but it’s a hostel so it’s what you expect. We struggled with the AC being off throughout the day, after you’ve hiked and want to come back to cool down and shower you really can’t. There isn’t any fans or anything outside either for you to cool down outside under the shade. The food was reasonably priced and okay, although all the cheapest things are conveniently not available. It’s a shame they didn’t have any free water available for drinking either. As someone who values safety, watching members of the staff get obliterated at social events makes you question what would happen if there was an emergency, perhaps dedicating someone to stay sober or ensuring the staff aren’t there to just drink every night might help.

We were in quite a hurry to check out but there wasn’t any personal stationed at the check out desk during the designated hours.

El hostel esta súper bien ubicado y tiene una vista preciosa con una piscina. La.gente es muy amable.y te ayudan con todo. Lo.que suele molestar por la.noche si estás en la parte debajo, es la música alta. El resto todo perfecto.

A very fun hostel, good if you like to be social as there are events every night.

There aren’t any privacy curtains so it’s hard to get changed if there are people in the bathroom. The stairs are very annoying especially if you end up drinking a lot!

Location at Railay was awesome. Affordable given how expensive Railay is. The stairs aren’t bad, but are worth it for the views. Hostel has great social events. We enjoyed the boat tour and did a pub crawl. Pool was great to have. Gym costs extra, but was nice to have.

Party hostel. Be ready for drunk Brits waking you up at all hours of the night. Bathroom and floors in the dorm rooms got dirty very quickly. No curtains on beds. Stayed in the dorm room behind reception and can easily be mistaken for staff living quarters; people would violently bang on the door at night to try to get ahold of staff (key card issue, medical emergency, drunken issues, etc.). Staff needs to make it known it’s a dorm room not a staff room and where to go for issues. AC shuts off during certain hours in dorms and there isn’t a place to chill that’s not outside. We felt the execution on the social events was a bit lackluster, although we still enjoyed them. Our party boat tour was an hour late and the guides didn’t have good control over the group in regard to timing. I know it’s ran by volunteers, but with a little more coordination it could easily be significantly better! Given the cost of the gym, it has a lot of broken or run down equipment (treadmills, stationary bike, multi purpose machine)

The location was perfect. You can see monkeys from your room. The view was amazing. The staff was friendly. Even though I didn't use the pool, I saw people having fun during the day in and around the pool (not noisy)

Unfortunately, there was no elevator. But they have a special thing for bringing up your suitcases. Unfortunately, no one reached out to us when we check in and check out to help with our backpacks (in hot days, even 7-8 kg backpacks are hard to carry)

Tienen una subida muy grande que tienen un carro para subir las mochilas y no fueron capaces en ofrecerlo. Por otro lado te exigen que dejes el pasaporte en toda tu estadía, es algo ILEGAL. Deberían a lo sumo sacar una fotocopia, sino lo dejas tenes que irte a buscar otra cosa el mismo día. OJALÁ LOS DUEÑOS REVEAN esto.

Ωραία τοποθεσία ευχάριστο περιβάλλον με αρκετές δραστηριότητες στον χώρο.

Έκανα δεύτερη κράτηση για να μείνω μια μέρα παραπάνω ενώ μίλησα με την ρεσεψιόν γύρισα και βρήκα τα πράγματα μου στο πάτωμα μετά από δυο μέρες βλέπω ότι μου λείπουν κάποια ρούχα.
