Ha sigut un lloc que ens hem sentit molt a gust i cuidats pel personal, el somriures són fantàstics

estaven fent obres i hi havia alguna part del complex que es veia deixat, com el gimnàs que està fet pols, o veure matalassos en desús, o veure que si fan obres, hi ha material deixat pel mig dels camins.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing places I've stayed. From the moment I checked in, the focus seemed to be on penalties rather than hospitality. A surprisingly high cash deposit was required for the room key, and there was a long list of warnings about hefty charges for breaking a glass or taking a towel. It created an atmosphere of distrust before I'd even seen the room. The room itself felt dark and cave-like, with very little natural light, making it feel gloomy throughout the day. The towels were another low point. They certainly didn't feel like cotton—instead they were made from a strange synthetic material that barely absorbed any water and never seemed to dry properly. They were also so old and worn that they should have been replaced long ago. Overall, the property felt tired, unwelcoming and lacked attention to basic comfort. Instead of making guests feel at home, the emphasis seemed to be on protecting the hotel's cheap belongings. There are far better places available for the same price, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

El entorno es bonito y tiene una piscina muy agradable. El personal es amable, nos dieron una habitación mejor de la que habíamos reservado.

Nuestra habitación era muy vieja, no estaba muy limpia y cuando entramos había bastantes mosquitos y un lagarto pequeño. Lo dijimos en recepción y solucionaron el problema. La noche siguiente, cuando nos levantamos encontramos una cucaracha en medio de la habitación. Creo que deberían de tener más cuidado porque pueden entrar muchos animales como insectos y mosquitos. Entendemos que esto puede suceder al estar en medio de la naturaleza, pero no creemos que sea normal que entren cucarachas, muchos mosquitos y hasta un pequeño lagarto en la habitación. Además de que las habitaciones son algo viejas y descuidadas.

Зеленая территория, огромные черепахи, ресторан с видом на море. Отличный бассейн, вид на гору. Все отлично. Завтраки в низкий сезон по меню, много вариантов. К домикам подъем, но плавный и недолгий.

На Рейли все дороже процентов на тридцать. Нет 7-11. Но к самому отелю это не имеет отношения, можно закупиться до посадкт на лодку.

Right next to the pier but is about a ten minute walk from the beach you can swim at. Rooms were clean and staff very nice

Beds were very hard and pool was unfortunately closed during our stay. But we did know this in advance. The shower in our bathroom pointed directly onto the toilet meaning it got soaked every time the shower was used

Insgesamt alles unrund. Zimmer nicht komplett dreckig, aber auch nicht wirklich sauber gewirkt Wasserdruck hat nicht gereicht Sand von der Haut zu spülen. Auf dem Weg waren Fäkalien. Lag nach über einem Tag an gleicher Stelle..... Leute beim Frühstück sehr langsam etc. Viele viele Kleinigkeiten

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir durften das Zimmer auch schon weit vor dem Check in bewohnen. Ebenfalls haben wir einfach so ein Upgrade des Zimmers bekommen. Auf Probleme wurde unverzüglich eingegangen. Wirklich gute im Osten gelegene ruhige Anlage. Dass der Pool geschlossen ist wurde uns mehrfach gesagt und war auch kein Problem. Das angrenzende Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen

Trotz Bemängelung war der Wasserdruck der Dusche unterirdisch.

Le rapport qualité prix. Simple mais correct. Personnel plutôt accueillant. A ce prix là difficile d'être exigeant...

Les lits pas trop confortables. Pas trop pression pour la douche, mais on peut se laver quand même !

El alojamiento tiene buena ubicación… a 5 min caminando de las playas … cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. A pocos metros del puerto. Variedad para elegir en el desayuno! La habitación espaciosa. Zona de la piscina muy linda y tiene una terraza con vistas. Los empleados son muy amables. Gracias por la estancia.

Nice location on east Railay and relatively close to the beach.

There are no bug nets in the toilet window and we had a cockroach in the room.

El precio es muy bueno respecto al resto de la isla, las instalaciones son muy curiosas porque tienen animalitos ( gallinas , tortugas, estanques, etc...) las habitaciones son cómodas y el Colchón estaba muy bien. El personal nos resolvió varios problemas

El baño de nuestra cabañita estaba un poco anticuada aunque la de mis hijos era mas moderno. El desayuno por 100 bath no está mal pero si te vas al interior tienes desstunos por precios similares.

Un hotel muy decente , nos alojamos en una cabaña bastante amplia cerca de la piscina y todo el grupo estuvo muy agusto , la piscina está muy bien y hay un mirador súper bonito para las vistas por la noche ,la ubicación es muy buena , volvería sin duda , no se puede pedir más

Es un buen hotel en general, no hay nada que no me gustara

Bra bungalow med uteplats. Bra pool. Spännande med apor runt knuten. Badrummen var enkla men fina med stenläggning.

Frukosten skulle kunna ha varit bättre. Den var rätt enkel och äggen var grönkokade. Kackerlackor i badrummet.

We really liked the location of the resort, the tropical bungalow style. The resort is a little on a hill, with beautiful views. There is a pool and a restaurant with delicious food (we especially liked the tom yam soup and fried egg noodles with chicken). Breakfast - a varied, good offer.

Cama el colchón malisimo. Personal sobre todo el correspondiente al Check in.. muy mala atención. Teníamos la bacha del baño tapada, avisamos y nunca obtuvimos respuesta. No se pudo usar. Pileta. Quisimos hacer uso de la misma tipo 18hs y estaba llena de hojas.. no pudiendo usarla. Ventana de la habitación la parte superior no tenía cortina, entraba la luz de los reflectores directo a la cara mientras dormíamos.

El sitio es realmente agradable, con sus cabañitas. La habitación era muy amplia y el baño parecía de un spa. Está ubicado en la zona de los manglares (no hay playa). Pero por esa localización es más económico, la zona es pequeña por lo que puedes llegar a todos los puntos de interés en menos de 10 minutos. Hay muchos restaurantes y mini markets en los alrededores. Facilitan toallas para la piscina y el desayuno del hotel es super completo.

Tienes que pagar una fianza de 500 bht, que te devuelven a la salida. Para mi no fue incómodo, pero lo destaco para que se lleve efectivo.

The apartments were dirty and in very poor condition, far from what was advertised in the photos. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. We were traveling with children and politely asked if the children’s room could be moved closer to the parents’ room because they were scared to sleep alone. The receptionist completely ignored our concerns and coldly suggested that we “take a refund and find another hotel” late at night, fully aware that finding accommodation for a family at that hour would be impossible. The staff showed no empathy, no willingness to help, and no respect toward guests. It was rude, stressful, disappointing, and completely ruined our stay.

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are away from the main drag so away from the noise of the boats and restaurants

The curtains allowed a lot of light in, the door did not have a safety lock which might be a concern for single travelers especially female travelers.

It was quiet.

The hike to my room was kind of eh.

Nice place for good money comparing to other hotels nearby. Very good breakfast, very clean room. They even have their own turtles in the garden.

The guy in the desk was probably the most ignorant human I’ve came across he was very rude and very unfriendly it was not such a nice experience

The noise of some gecko under the property but honestly it was all ok, nothing we disliked

Great location just back from the beach. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Easy walk to the beaches (South and West are particularly spectacular!)

Our room was next to the next property's pool and this caused some noise issues at night, but not enough to be a significant concern.

Great stay and not too far from the main bar’s & restaurants. Nice pool but could do with more subbed (about 6 in total). Nice staff and breakfast ok.

No help with suitcases from boat/dick to hotel like some other hotels offer. It was a struggle in the heat and the hotel is probably one of the furthest from the pier…. lesson learnt lol

Nous avons aimé la piscine (et les serviettes fournies) et le petit déjeuner varié et copieux (buffet). L'air climatisé est définitivement un plus!

Le personnel est très strict et pas très souriant. Impossible de déjeuner à 7:27, il faut attendre 7:30 (un peu désagréable quand tu as un bateau à 8h). Même chose pour le lavage : tu payes pour le service express mais n'arrive pas à 17:45, c'est à 18h (même si ton sac est prêt et que tu le vois).

Fin beliggenhed, fine hyttet og god rengøring. Morgenmaden var nogenlunde.

. Synes rengøring på fælles områder var mangelfuld særligt på toiletterne, hvor der var kakerlakker.

I spent 2 nights here. The second night I spent in a cheaper accomodation. I suppose, it was cheaper because it was set back fruther from the beach and at the second story of a structure. That being said, it was well put together and had everything I needed. Of course, there were resturants, adventure optiions and stores nearby.

I could quible and wish for a better view, but all I had to do was walk out my door.

The staff was rude and not welcoming

No cleanliness, property is not maintained well.

The bungalo has a lovely view from the window. There was shampoo and tooth brushes and bottles of water in the room. There was wifi. There was, of course, free breakfast with many tasty options. I would suggest visitors take the time to explore the pool and gardens. There are some good views. The staff discovered I had left a towel and helped me get it back.

For a rather tall guy, the door to the bathroom was a little low in that particular bungalo. I would have liked to have the coffee packets in the room. But, they can be picked up at the front desk,

En general todo estába muy bien en cuanto a relación calidad precio. Pagamos 46€ por una noche con desayuno. El desayuno bueno.

Por el precio no podenos quejarnos de nada, aúnque si empezaría a poner colchones nuevos, era algo incómodo.

Цена-качество соответствует. Останавливаюсь не в первый раз в нём. Завтраки на отлично, даже том ям есть!

Кто знает, что такое душ над унитазом, того не удивит этот небольшой минус, а в остальном всё хорошо.

The resort is beautiful and where the hotel reception and restaurant is the view was amazing

Hotel staff very poor one of our party is diabetic and needed food from the breakfast buffet at 7 o'clock in morning but was refused saying strictly 7.30 even tho the food was available. The rooms were never cleaned and there was no help with the cases to and from the resort so we had to pay someone to help one of our party is 88 years old . The hotel accommodation is very misleading as all the rooms are in the mountains not near the sea front and was very disappointed in this overall not good

Bestes und günstigstes Resort auf Railay. Meine Freundin hatte Geburtstag und wir haben zusätzlich zum inklusiven Frühstücksbuffet eine Geburtstagstorte bekommen, das war sehr nett. Der Pool ist sehr sauber
