La ubicación.

El alojamiento estaba bastante sucio, el baño todo el rato lleno de agua porque la ducha no tenía puerta, y además el primer día nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Al llegar al hotel preguntamos por nuestra habitación en recepción y fueron bastante estúpidos, nos dijeron que no era ahí y no nos indicaron donde podíamos ir. “El hotel” tiene varios pisos de diferentes empresas, los ascensores tardan muchísimo para poder subir a la habitación y además los pasillos del hotel huelen fatal, nos hemos encontrado varias veces a gente dormir y comer en el suelo del pasillo del hotel.

Very busy appt plock, right in the center. Tge appt was clean and tidy and well set up. We did have issues with no wifi, which was a shame, as we were hoping for a chill out night watching a film ahead of a very early start. Good communication with the company, though we didn't manage to get the wifi working

Wifi ans TV not working

Complaint I have contacted the property owner several times via WhatsApp requesting the invoice, but received no response. I eventually called the owner directly and was told that they could not issue the invoice because it was a matter between me and Booking.com. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility on the part of the property owner. Booking.com clearly instructed me to obtain the invoice directly from the owner. As a guest, I have already fulfilled my responsibility by making the booking and payment. If there is an issue between the property and Booking.com regarding the invoice, the owner should resolve it directly with Booking.com instead of pushing the problem back to the guest. I find this experience extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The owner should take responsibility for assisting guests with the necessary documentation rather than ignoring messages and refusing to provide the invoice.

de ligging van de locatie wat prima, het appartement komt totaal niet overeen met de foto's. Dit is een andere appartement!

Geen wifi, totaal geen reactie van host na melden, geen hulp van hun kant, Wasmachine lekt dus keuken dreifnat, Wc heel klein waardoor je niet goed kunt zitten, geen warm water en alles word zeiknat in badkamer.

The location was great

It looks much better on the pictures. Kitchen stuff was poor. Not even possible to drain the pasta water, only one pot one pan one cooling plate. It smells really bad and we had to wait 10 min for the elevator. It was not too expensive so I will not complain more than that.

When we arrived, we followed the instructions sent and went into the lift only to discover the lift requires room card to be accessed when the room card is placed in a key box outside the room. We called the person we're liaising with and instead of immediately apologising and sending someone to help settle the situation, we were told to use the bomba lift which was filled with trash from housekeeping for some reason despite already telling him that it was filled with trash which he claimed foes not require a room card to access. We went in and discover the bomba lift was shut down already because of the trash and could not be accessed too. Instead of finally immediately sending someone over to help, he asks for proof that the lift could not be access and claims that other guests were able to use it earlier that day. After sending him the video of the lift being shut downed only did he sent someone over to deliver our keys. At no point did he decide to give a sincere apology for the issue and his attitude throughout was more accusatory and less apologetic or polite. The room was alright but the hot water in the room was also not hot enough.

💥필리피노마켓, 중앙시장, KK마트는 바로 앞, 가야스트리트는 도보 5분컷, 북쪽 바다뷰(대신 황금빛 일몰은 못봄..), 실링팬, 에어컨, 삼성대형TV(넷플릭스), 전자레인지, LG세탁,건조기(세제 있음), LG냉장고, 테팔스팀 스탠드다리미, 린나이 후드, 조벤조리수(필터가 제대로 교체되는지는 모름)등 전자제품들이 훌륭함..방도 호텔 형태, 사진과 똑같았음.. 복도 지나가다 다른 호실 문열려 있을때 봤는데 우리방 가전제품이 최고였음.(특히 TV) 자정비행기라 일부러 1박 추가 예약했는데 잘한듯..실컷 쉬다 빨래도 하고 좋았음.. 호스트 소통 잘 안되는거 빼면 아주 만족스러웠던 숙박이었음.. 💯엘레베이터: 6월 비수기엔 아무런 문제 없이 엄청 빨리 옴..후기보구선 엄청 걱정해서 엄마 다리 아플까봐 등산용 접이의자 챙겨갔음.😅 수영장은 서향이라 오전엔 물이 좀 차게 느껴짐..물색이 타일색 때문인지 맑은색은 아니고 약간 초록빛이 남..앞후기에 엄청 더럽다고 해서 걱정했는데 그정도는 아니었음..그래도 옆 호텔 수영장이 부럽긴 함(거긴 물이 맑음)

😡체크인후 잠겨있던 수도밸브를 여니 비데호스에서 물이 계속 새어나와 욕실바닥이 흥건해짐. 담당자에게 왓챕으로 메세지와 사진 보냈는데 읽씹함ㅜㅜ궁여지책으로 비데호스를 샤워부스쪽으로 빼놓으니 욕실바닥에 물이 안생김.. (소통도 안할꺼면 왓챕 뭐하러 저장하라고 함?)그래서 1점 깎음😡 -샤워부스에 샤워커튼이 필수인듯..욕실이 작은편이라 샤워시 세면대 아래로 물이 다 튀어서 미끄러움.. 샤워부스 줄눈에 물때 많이 껴있음(내가 청소상태, 곰팡이에 예민한편) -베란다에 빨래건조대 하나 있음 좋을듯..(건조기 사용시간을 단축할수 있음) -돌돌이나 밀대..또는 무선청소기라도 있었으면 완벽했을듯..4박동안 머리카락 어케 하라고ㅜㅜ,

The room was clean and everything as shown in the photos.

We had no wifi for our period of stay. The smell in the room was horrendous, not the fault of the owner but it came through the sink holes in the room, on the second night I had to try and plug all the holes in the room. Using the lift to get to the 17th floor is a mess, we had 15 to 20 min waiting times for the lift, no jokes. The pool water was dirty with hair and a bunch of stuff floating around, my kids will swim anywhere but even they said no thanks. There is parking at the hotel, but it's not free, you have to pay.

Remonté odeur égout dans l'appartement, piscine pas dispo le 1er jour, piscine pas nettoyé, les panneaux OSB en bois autour de la tv et des lits pas très visibles sur les photos booking sinon nous n'aurions pas choisi ce logement bref déçu très déçu surtout que pour le prix nous aurions pu avoir bp mieux ....

立地は良く部屋も広く綺麗で快適でした。乾燥機もあり便利でした。ベッドもフカフカで部屋からの眺めもキレイでした。

キッズが多くプールは混雑してました。エレベーターも混雑してることが多く来るのが遅いです。 深夜着で鍵は開いてるとの事でしたが閉まってました。連絡したら鍵はBOXに入っていてBOX番号教えてもらい入る事が出来ました。深夜だったのでビビりました。

The lift, a bit late..always full..

I booked an airport transfer that didn't materialise. It wasn't clear that this is essentially a private studio being let out, probably under the radar. There was no-one to meet me on arrival, instead I had to follow WhatsApp instructions to get into the apartment, including use of a service elevator, to find the key hidden in the apartment. Couldn't get wifi or TV to work - no obvious instructions. OK as a budget option for an experienced lone traveller with good internet connectivity, but not good quality hosting.

The room very comfortable to stay there.

Only the bad smell of the room from the mainhole maybe.

I like how it is easy to check in but at the same time, a bit dangerous if the door is left unlocked but I guess they are used to it.

No housekeeper to clean and takecare the room...no complementry services. The lift services so slow.

Everything went fine. Check in fast and easy. Staff friendly and smart. Helped us a lot with luggages.

The apartment is quite small. The building (The Shore) is not really awesome, it is crowded and chaotic. Pool is busy.

Die Größe der Unterkunft und die Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Die Lage war perfekt, es war vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt, der 24 Stunden geöffnet war, war direkt nebenan.

Only downfall the lift was very very slow

Very central location, also very clean which was super important for us. The communication was also smooth. I recommend to book the sea view apartment as the view is great.

In rush hours the lifts are crowded.

Location view is good to see the ocean. It is high to be able to see the surrounding area.

The washing machine is not well instructed to use it properly. The bathroom has a bad smell, which may be caused by the whole building pipe design.

Clean Spacious apartment located in good central city location with complete kitchen utilities, washing machine dryer hence suitable for family gathering saving us lots of time not needing to go laundromat.

No free car parking. No sofa couch to entertain guests. The bed mattresses were extremely horrible and felt like it was taken from junk yard for use. I would have rated 10 if the mattresses were good.

I didn’t like that there was not a service for keeping luggage. The swimming pool has rules that don’t take into account European habits.

The room was super clean. The home appliances are great and very convenient. Got everything you need just like home.

The elevator were just congest. To get up and down took 20-30 minutes each time. Not to mention the lift lobby was hot. The parking was not free but still good rate i guess.

Room is super clean and big, all things inside are brand new and works perfectly.

The lift experience was terrible, they have 4 lifts but too many people using the lifts. Each floor has around 30 units and there are 25 floors. Waited average 20-30 minutes to go up or down from my unit in 17 floor. Never seen a floor without people waiting for lift, the lift almost stop at every floor. Ground floor any time average 20 people waiting for lift to go up.

The room was fine, the staff very kind and available. Early check-in was granted and we left our luggage in the room before going visiting the city (and nearby islands), though we had to match our timetable with that of the cleaning staff.

The surroundings are generally fine, slightly downbeat, quite smelly because of the proximity to fish and wet markets. The view of our room faced onto another building.

The staff were incredibly helpful when we booked very last-minute! The room was ready and super clean with all the essentials for our stay. All the information was sent to us making everything clear and easy and the host checked everything was ok after our check in via WhatsApp.

The building is huge and needs a freshen up. This is not the fault of this host, it’s just that The Shore struggles a bit with the amount of use it gets and you can see it in the communal spaces.

Miss Nicole and Mr. Vincent very communicative and fast respon. Internet perfect. Its clean. The location near center. We stay for 5 days and we asked for additional toilet tissue in the same day they give to us. The view from the window very beautiful

This was a great stay! The pool is huge and has lovely views. Check in super easy. Useful shops and food available in the building and nearby. Room itself was great too - wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent! Friendly and helpful staffs. Well indicated check in and check out. All smooth. Location is right by the side of the seafood market/port and central market. Easy interesting walk around the Hotel. Basically it is close to everything. Airport grab cost only 11RM. The room bis big and clean. There are a few homestays. Our favorite layout is what we choose. Open and big, comfortable and with a great ocean view. We also rented a car with Maison life, all smooth and the car is very new. When we arrived KK airport the car is waiting for us at the gate. A big big Thank you for everything.

Good location and comfortable modern apartment.

No bedside lights in the bedroom which is hard if you want to read in the evening before bed. Also no hand towel or hair towel was provided. The bathroom also smelt badly of sewage.
