The stunning view was definitely a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, and other essential services, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay, and it was clear that great care has been taken to keep the property in excellent condition. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. Thank you for hosting us—we would gladly stay here again! 😊
We had an issue waiting for the staff to handover the keys. The digital door had a malfunction on the day but assistance was available to resolve it. Unfortunately, the washing machine and dryer were not working properly, so we had to hang our clothes out to dry for two days. While we experienced a few maintenance issues with the washing machine, dryer, and plumbing, these did not take away from our overall positive experience. The condo was still a lovely place to stay, and we appreciated how well maintained and welcoming it felt.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Responsiveness of the owner and her staff. Clean and bright room. Green views of the Manila American Cemetery and BGC hi rises. Adequate kitchen equipments, plates, and utensils. Washing machine and dryer, though we seldom use the latter.
Wish she supplies 10L water daily for the tenants.

Kitchen sink needs repair as it smells like sewerage.It’s coming from the covers under.

Nothing to dislike. we just have a minor issue with the toilet by the kitchen as the water wont stop we have to shut the valve.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2025We are on our own for breakfast. The place is centralised and modern and clean . Complete with all the necessary amenities. The place is nice and good for 6 pax. The view is amazing. Close to mall and the owner is easy to contact with and very helpful. We are very thankful that we got help right away when my sons baggage was left behind in the lobby. And thats we are greatful.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2024Excellent location of the unit with a fantastic view. Spacious dining with a big sturdy table and fully equipped kitchen.
It took a bit of time for the reception staff to allow us to proceed to the unit. They had to review paperwork and confirm with a manager which is quite annoying as I have sent all identification docs way in advance. We were so tired from the flight and traffic and didn’t expect to get stranded in the very warm reception area.

Toilet in main bathroom got clogged - it appeared to be related to really low water pressure in toilet bowl. l had to use plunger to unclog but the fact that plunger was available was great. Should be easy fix for property owner to make.
