Me sorprendió que nos cobraran la botella de agua ya que en todos los hoteles nos han regalado el agua (nos han llegado a dar dos botellas por día gratuitamente en los otros hoteles)

De ruimte van de penthouse! We hadden verdieping 6 en 7 volledig tot onze beschikking

Verdieping 7 (slaapkamer 2 en 3 waren daar) was met de algemene lift te bereiken. Welliswaar enkel met een pasje, maar wil je dus naar je kinderen, dan zul je soms moeten wachten op de lift om in je eigen penthouse een verdieping hoger te kunnen gaan. Ze hadden liever een trap kunnen maken. Verder werden we verrast met de receptioniste in onze penthouse. Ze begluurde ons van boven, heel apart gevoel was dit. Ze heeft niet aangekondigd dat ze naar boven zou komen, nee zij heeft zelf besloten om met haar speciale pas gewoon naar verdieping 7 te gaan en over de reling naar beneden te roepen dat ze wat mensen erdoor moest laten. Heeeeeel vreemd en heeft zeker inbreuk gemaakt op mijn privacy. Verder werd er bij het uitchecken verkeerde aantallen genoemd dat we hadden gebruikt aan snacks en drinken. Storend, want daarvoor heeft niemand een check gedaan hoeveel er nu daadwerkelijk stond overal. Zwembad hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt, nodigt niet uit. Koude douche in de badkamer van de 6e verdieping. Ook de wc werkt niet op de 6e verdieping. Wij hebben dit doorgegeven, maar hier is niets aan gedaan.

The reception staff spoke very poor English which made it difficult to do anything besides basic communication. As a result we were unable to gain any information related to attractions or placed to dine, or to book transport. Despite being located a bit back from the main strip, the surrounding area was incredibly noisy, with construction going on from early morning to late evening. It was a not particularly relaxing environment. During our stay, the POS system was down the first two days, so the staff demanded to keep my passport in their possession until we could make card payment. This inability to take card payment was firstly not our problem, but also contributed to making us very anxious, with having to leave my passport with strangers whilst in a foreign country. Although the room size was generous, the rooms themselves were very run down. There were chips out of the walls, water damage and mold on the walls and ceilings. The staff neglected to familiarize us with the room on arrival, and as a result we were without hot water on the first night. There were also lights in the ceiling that could not be switched off, which meant we struggled to sleep. We made a complaint about all of this though Booking.com, requesting a discounted rate on our stay. We were denied a discount, although we were offered room "upgrade" for the last night of our stay. Although the new room was bigger, it was in just as poor condition as our original one. What a waste of time and effort. The place has a lot of potential. We decided to spend a bit more money to book at this place, with the expectation of it being a nice place to stay. We left feeling sorely disappointed, not only with the physical state of the place, but the lack of willingness by the hotel to rectify the issues we experienced. They claim to be a 4 star hotel, but I can confidently say this is far from it. We will certainly never stay here again.

The fitness center leaves a lot to be desired and the location is a bit far from beach if you don't have a motorbike.

The location.

Many things, but prefer not to say, just leave my review here and they have to be very careful with the hygiene, it’s about cleanliness in terms of interiors, sheets, etc. nothing relates to the photos on the platform.

Review based on a 28 night stay. Peaceful area just a 10 minute stroll from the beach. Large room with a softer bed than I'm used to, although I slept well every night. I didn't use the hob or tv so I can't comment on those, but the fridge freezer was cold, the water was hot and the ACU worked fine. Balcony was smaller than the opposite room on the same floor which was wide enough for a breakfast table. The well maintained saltwater pool was just under 9m long with a uniform depth of 1.6m. It is in permanent shade so it's ideal for cooling off. I spent an hour in it most days (which is how I earned the sobriquet "The Swimming Guy" from the staff), and not once did I have anyone else in the water at the same time. Absolutely the best part of the stay here was the staff. They were courteous, cheerful and helpful ; from the front of desk people to the the cleaners, every interaction with them was positive and pleasant. Whoever is choosing and training the workers there is doing an excellent job.

Minor points only. The water gun in the bathroom didn't have enough supply pressure to do the task it's designed for. The bath has quite a high side. Shorter people or those with mobility/balance issues would benefit from a grab bar fitted between the towel rail and doorframe. Some people might find the lack of a microwave a disadvantage.

The bed was very comfortable. We prefer soft, and the comforter really made the bed very cozy. The WiFi was definitely good enough for two of us working in the room and there were two decent workspaces in the room. The staff really made our stay. They are all so friendly, greeting us warming and genuinely every time we came back. The pool area is small, but it does feel like a little oasis. The area surrounding the hotel has good coffee and breakfast/lunch cafes within walking distance and a couple of mini Marts too. They arranged a bouquet of flowers for my birthday which was wonderful! Amazing value for money.

While there is a kitchen, it’s not really usable for anything other than instant noodles or mac and cheese. It’s very basic and the pans were no longer non-stick. The gym is a little dated, some of the equipment is rusty, but it did the job.

A little away from the main roads meant it was a quiet location. 5 minute walk to restaurants, 10 minute walk to the beach. Making the central pool more private by drawing curtains when in use was a nice touch. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

It wasn’t clean, there were molds throughout the apartment, utensils were dirty, bathroom drainage was not okay, induction was not working. I complained to booking.com with proof but not answer or solution yet.

I like the swimming pool, I spent a night there, reading booking and taking nap. It was quite relaxing. And the room was tidy and clean.

Jättebra ställe som ligger lite "off". Lite slitet men vad du får kompenserar det slitna. Det jag gillade absolut bäst var ljussättningen, det var ordentligt med starkt ljus i mitt rum! Du har egentligen allt du behöver så jag vill inte klaga. Jag skulle kunna tänka mig att bo här igen, absolut.

Máy lạnh thì chỉ mát khi đứng ngay trước máy lạnh còn những chỗ khác thì nóng. Đệm ghế ngồi ngoài ban công thì rách lỗ chỗ, cũ và bẩn, nền ban công vẫn còn đọng nhiều đất chưa được dọn sạch. - Hồ bơi quá sâu (1m6) không thích hợp cho gia đình có trẻ nhỏ cùng bơi.

Le logement est assez vieillissant, en voyant les photos sur booking je m’attendais à une chambre plus récente.

Der Pool ist groß genug um darin schwimmen zu können, des weiteren läuft dort schöne Spa Musik und dadurch lässt es sich dort wirklich wunderbar entspannen. Das Zimmer ist ebenfalls sehr schön und groß mit einem Balkon. Die Rollervermietung lief auch problemlos ab. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

작지만 아늑한 정원에 둘러싸인 수영장이 정말 좋았어요. 샤워타올을 제공해주고 한 켠에 샤워기가 있어서 수영 후 가볍게 물샤워 가능합니다. 깊이가 성인 키이기 때문에 아이들은 반드시 구명조끼나 튜브 등 안전장비가 필요합니다. 방은 넓은 편이었어요. 가구 배치와 청소 상태가 양호했고 발코니에서 야외를 조망할 수 있습니다. 접시와 칼이 있어서 과일을 사다놓고 먹기 좋았어요. 큰도로에서 조금 떨어진 위치라 소음이 적고 조용한 밤을 보낼 수 있어요. 체크인 시간 전에도 수영장을 이용할 수 있었고 직원들이 친절히 응대해주었습니다. 도보로 미케비치까지 15~20분 가량 소요되었습니다. 근처에 작은 식당과 카페, 편의점, 현지놀이터 등이 있어요. 유아와 동반한 가족여행이었는데 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

욕실의 욕조가 높아 아이들이 이용할때 주의가 필요합니다. 방에 있는 물은 유료인 물과 무료인 물이 있으니, 과금을 원치 않는다면 구분하여 마셔야 합니다.

Quiet location in a green neighbourhood a few streets away from the beach. shops and restaurants nearby. Large apartment with balcony and views across Da Nang. Loved the pool which I swam in on my own each day. Comfortable bed

A small amount of maintenance of the paint on the walls would improve a great apartment

Friendly staff and easy check in process. Early check in was possible after arriving. Staff however appeared to have limited English. Relaxing ambience in lobby with piped spa like music. Spacious room at a good rate with modern fixtures and fittings in room. Comfortable big bed with medium firm mattress and nice linen. Ample storage in room. Cooking facilities available and big fridge freezer. Small balcony area with seating facing road and neighbours roofs. Medium sized pool at front of property- not heated. Quiet location a fair distance away from the main Danang area which can be a positive and a negative. Grab bikes used to reach beach bars, beach, tourist attractions etc. Staff helpful with printing air tickets for onward travel.

No local information whatsoever given at check in eg where to eat since no breakfast or offer of any additional services. This could be improved to increase guest knowledge and satisfaction. Room only appears clean but in reality not cleaned to a high standard: previous guests’ hairs found around toilet area. Coffee ring marks on table in living area. No screen cover in bath means water splashes onto floor. Pool location means not private as anyone entering property has full view of guests. They should consider a screening mechanisms in keeping with the decor of the garden. Loungers in pool area need repair or replacing as they are sunken in the middle and cushion covers are old. AC in room is loud and takes long to cool room down even at its max. Prominent scuff marks on walls in room - need cleaning or painting Mould and dirt on window screen in bathroom room 302. No complimentary water in room-this is poor. Local Area didn’t feel safe walking at night.

Very relaxing really enjoyed our stay here. The whole hotel felt like a spa! Staff were very kind, room was huge very modern, the pool was very nice don’t be put off by the 2 sun loungers they are frequently free, never had to wait to use them.

The gym could do with some AC or a few fans in there at least, very hot. Would recommend getting a handyman round to tidy a lot of the surfaces and marks on the walls and counters up, just a few scuffs around the building nothing major.

Great location, was within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Around a 15-minute walk to the beach. Clean big room with seating area that I used a desk to get some online stuff done. Had a balcony with table and chairs.

The kitchen was poorly equipped if you wanted to prepare your own meals which I like to do. No pots or pans, no washing up equipment like a dish cloth or small towell, etc. I booked the room because of the kitchen but had to eat out instead. Construction right next door, which started at 6.30am until 7pm. Obviously, it's not the hotels fault, but I would have liked the heads up. But business is business, and people want your money over wanting to care.

A bit far from My Khe beach, around 4km, you will need to take a bike to there, probably a bit far to walk
