The Location was excelent.

The unit is big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable. Most of the necessary amenities are provided, such as shampoo, a hairdryer, and basic essentials. The location is very convenient, with direct connection to a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and shops. Check-in information was provided clearly and in detail, so the process was smooth

The access password was not given until we asked for it, and it was only shared at the very last minute. This made it feel like the host was worried we would arrive even 15 minutes early. The car park access card had repeated issues; the guard mentioned it was likely due to low battery. The sofa did not seem clean, as everyone who sat on it experienced skin rashes. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The rubbish disposal area is not on the same floor, which was inconvenient

Location is excellent as it is direct access to Vivacity mega mall.

Lack of mirrors, there are moments of inconvenience for the pick up / drop off location especially when checking in/ out from the suite.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, especially because of its convenient location right above one of the largest shopping malls in Kuching. It made our short 5-day trip so much easier—we could buy anything we needed, and even had access to a money changer at the basement level, which was a great bonus for exchanging local currency. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, offering much more room than a typical hotel room. The large living hall opens up to a balcony with a breathtaking view of Kuching’s low-rise skyline and the expansive sky above—it’s especially spectacular in the mornings, giving a peaceful sense of the city’s charm and its ongoing development. Mr Foo was very responsive and helpful with all my queries, which made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment’s interior is classic and bright, and I particularly appreciated the large dining table and ample seating, which made it easy for my family of three to relax and dine comfortably. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this high-level apartment for anyone visiting Kuching.

The only concern we had was the stained-looking sofa cover and tablecloth—these may be old or have stubborn marks that couldn't be washed off. We also noticed some trails of ants around the washing area, which made us wonder if there might be a nest nearby. It wasn't a major issue for us, but something that could be looked into for future guests’ comfort. Overall, the BNB experience was great, and we would still happily recommend this place to anyone who prefers a spacious stay over a typical hotel room.

No, however it would be nice if the owner could provide a chair and table at thr balcony. Just my suggestion.

The unit is very clean and comfortable. The unit is equipped with washing machine, drying rack, boiler, fridge, microwave, water heater & kitchen utensils. All that we needed as a travelling family. Easy access to lift in the mall. No need to exchange lift from apartment to mall. Check in & check out instructions were so smooth and quick. Mr Foo was kind and attentive enough to find us one extra parking spot. Also fast response to queries & messages.

Maybe can put one full body mirror in the living room. And also can put one clothes drying machine for extra convenience.

Straight to viva mall. Excellent view. Spacious.

- Most grab drivers refuse to pick up or drop off at the Apartment lobby. Inconvenient if bring many luggages. - Access to facilities ie. gym and swimming pool is restricted.

The location was great and the view was beautiful.

clean with working facilities esp washing machine. rooms well equipped with wardrobes to store away luggages. 2 large toilets with bidet enough to cater for 2 adults and 2 kids location is within the mall easy access to shops

The unit was clean, fragrant and comfy. The facilities were functioning well and made our stay easy and relaxing. What I like most was TV network that provides lots of movies. Good family times watching movies.. Extra mattress really helpful.

So unfortunate that gym was closed temporarily. Perhaps you can furnish mirror in room for convenience.

the day and night view was amazing! good location and enough space for 6-8 ppl.
