Reviewed Dec 20, 2025Mr Teo is very helpful and informative. I can ask him anything (about facilities or where I can get something that I cannot find) anytime. Most of things a house need, is available. Dish soap, body shampoo, etc
Almost none, except few parts in the apartment need to be clean and kept clean, especially back of side tables etc. Other than that, its good.

# Difficult to obtain or buy early b/fast though shopping mall is on location. Entrance doors do not open till 0930 0r 1000hrs with eating places doing business @ 1000 hr. # Access to the car park lots sign indication rather miss leading with sign for Viva suite 1 or 4 at entrance point. suggest to state clearly. # Suggest installing shower curtain @ bath area to avoid wet floor and slippage issue.

Finding the allocated parking if you rented a car is not easy. Contact the owner if can’t find the parking lot.

Reviewed May 3, 2025The beds were really big and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was nice. The host was very responsive to our queries. Location was convenient as it was right above vivacity mall. Would stay here again.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2025All facilities are complete if you bring toddler and with few more paxs. This unit has it all - washing machine, water dispenser, fridge etc. We had issue with WiFi but Mr Teo was super helpful in making sure its working !
Perhaps a bit difficult to find the parking but again, Mr Teo was very responsive to call and msg.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2024Excellent location, with shopping and food court just downstairs. Clean and well tended apartment, with thoughtful inclusions such as drinking water dispensers and rice cooker that I very much appreciated. Facing the quiet side of the complex means I don't get the road noises either.
Finding the assigned parking spot is abit of challenge, even with the help of videos from the host. But it is more of the building's problem than the host's.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2024Mr Teo, the host was very helpful and any inquiries were answered in a timely manner. The location was perfect as it was just a short elevator ride down to the largest mall in Kuching, Vivacity. The apartment is clean and cosy and it is easy to get e-hailing cabs.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2024The property was very clean, complete and the location is very strategic, right above Kuching’s biggest shopping mall. Host is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. He was kind enough to check on us to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Check in and check out instructions given by the host was very clear and easy. My new year stay in Kuching was perfect with superb firework view from the unit balcony. Everything was perfect!
Maybe can provide a taller clothes hanger.
