J'ai adoré mon séjour, l'hôtel était très bien placé dans la ville, l'insonorisation super, la chambre était vraiment propre et très confortable. La femme qui s'occupe de l'hôtel était vraiment incroyablement gentille. J'ai rarement ou quasiment jamais vu une personne aussi gentille et aux petits soins. J'ai pris énormément d'hôtels dans beaucoup de pays différents, c'est la première fois que je mets un 10 sur un logement. Je recommanderai fortement ce lieu. Merci pour tout.

La stanza è molto semplice, ma c'è tutto quello che serve, ed è pulitissima. Per arrivarci bisogna accedere ad un centro estetico e fare 3 piani di scale, il che potrebbe non renderlo accessibile a tutti. Ma la vera gemma è la la proprietaria. Accogliente, gentile e delicata. Inoltre la sua cucina è buonissima!

Camera in posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro storico ma in una via poco trafficata a un centinaio di metri dal lago di Hoan Kiem. Camera spaziosa e luminosa con aria condizionata, letto comodo e lenzuola pulite. Ottima comunicazione con la proprietaria, che al mattino porta la colazione (ottima) in camera: si può scegliere tra tè e caffè e una varietà di piatti comunicandole le proprie scelte e l'orario desiderato per la colazione via messaggio.

Avevamo già soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte prima di lasciare momentaneamente Hanoi, tornarci é stata una scelta vincente. Posizione eccezionale, colazione ottima portata in camera dalla proprietaria. L'ultimo giorno ce ne siamo andati prima delle 5 del mattino per prendere l'aereo e, nonostante l'orario, ci ha fatto trovare pronta una colazione d'asporto. I figli della proprietaria sono disponibili per portare i bagagli al piano della camera, visto che non c'è l'ascensore.

The property is extremely well located, close to shops, cafe's, Hoan Kiem Lake, close to beer street and a 10 minute walk to Train Street. The staff at the property were friendly, nothing was too much trouble. A great location in the old quarter. I had to leave at 5am to catch a flight, I'd informed staff not to worry about breakfast. Even then, the staff insisted that it wasn't too much trouble to prepare breakfast and have it ready to take with me.

A few stairs to get to the room, but that wasn't really an issue. The friendliness of the staff more than compensated for that minor detail.

Super friendly service. Great place to stay in Hanoi.

The location was perfect, very near Hoan Kiem Lake, with no noise from the street. The owner is extremely helpful, she asks you what you want for breakfast and serves it to your room. She will also help you but things you need at Vietnamese price, not tourist price.

There is no common area, so nowhere to meet other guests and the only place to sit down and relax is on your bed.

A estadia foi excelente! A localização é ótima, bem central, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos turisticos da cidade. As instalações são muito boas, incluindo o banheiro privativo, e o ar condicionado e tudo estava sempre muito limpo e bem cuidado, o silêncio foi algo muito bom, sem qualquer tipo de barulho, conseguimos descansar e dormir a noite inteira. A anfitriã foi extremamente prestativa, atenciosa e simpática durante toda a estadia, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável. O café da manhã também foi ótimo e servido diretamente no quarto! Adorei me hospedar aqui, recomendo sem hesitar e certamente voltarei em uma próxima visita a Hanói. Obs: Para chegar até o quarto são 4 lances de escada, achei tranquilo, mas se você possui mobilidade reduzida não recomendo.

Todo en perfecto estado, cama comoda, ubicación cerca del centro, muy tranquilo sin ruidos, cuidan todos los detalles, baño impecable, aire acondicionado y ventilador. Repetiremos sin duda si volvemos a Hanoi!

Para nosotros todo perfecto! Indicar que es una cuarta planta sin ascensor por si alguien le cuesta subir escaleras, pero no era un problema para nosotros.

Brilliant location. One street back from the lake. Very quiet. Our host was amazing. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend. There are stairs to negotiate but the host ensures this is minimal and has luggage taken up and down. Breakfast was lovely.

We loved the amenities, the toiletries provided including toothbrush and paste, the tresemme shampoo and conditioner was great, huge internet tv, aircon AND fan, kettle, fridge etc. Host was very kind and helpful too. The price was brilliant, as was the location.

The room was very comfortable, with all that we need in a trip. The host was so friendly and careful, with a real unforgettable hospitality. Located in the center of the old city, the room was quiet and cozy. The access through spa, it's offering a nice experience and if you like, a good treatment... An excellent value for money.

Hotel cèntric però molt tranquil i silenciós. S'hi dorm molt bé. Lavabo reformat amb bona dutxa d'aigua calenta. La persona que ho gestiona molt amable.

- A l'habitació li caldria una bona capa de pintura perquè quan entres sembla bruta i l'armari sense portes no ajuda a tenir una millor impresió. - Al llit se li noten bastant les molles. Seria bo renovar el matalàs. - L'esmorzar és justet. - Aquestes aspectes són en relació al preu que es paga per l'habitació, que en nostre cas va ser de 18€ (530.000 VND) Si fos una habitació de 8€ no seria destacable però pel preu que té pensem que són aspectes a millorar.

La gérante est vraiment adorable, elle fait tout pour que votre sejour se passe au mieux. Nous avons reservé ce logement 2 soirs différents, le premier soir elle a attendu jusqu’à 3h du matin que notre bus arrive a hanoi pour qu’on puisse faire le check-in. Sinon la chambre est propre, la douche très agréable et l’appartement est situé a 2 min du lac Hoan Kiem.

La camera è situata al terzo piano di un palazzo e si entra da un centro massaggi. La proprietaria manda una foto per far capire dove si deve entrare. È sempre disponibile e gentile. La camera ha tutto il necessario ed è pulita, così come il bagno, che ha anche il vetro per la doccia. La camera è in pieno centro, ma è molto silenziosa. C'è un frigo che funziona molto bene, un grande armadio per le valigie, una scrivania dove si fa colazione la mattina e il condizionatore. In bagno c'è tutto il necessario. Nei dintorni è pieno di ristoranti, supermercati, banche, lavanderie, agenzie viaggi e tanti centri massaggi. La proprietaria è stata veramente gentile oltre ogni nostra aspettativa. La mattina ci fa scegliere la colazione tra vietnamita, panino con uovo, frutta secca, cornetti, formaggio, frutta. Si può scegliere una delle 4 opzioni. Abbiamo provato sia il cornetto che la baguette con l'uovo e anche gli anacardi. Tutto molto buono. Viene portata anche la frutta e te e caffè. La camera è basica, non è lussuosa, ma la disponibilità della proprietaria ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta, merita un bel 10.

La ubicación y la persona que nos atendió fue de 10. Es un alojamiento muy práctico para alojarse en el centro de Hanoi. Además te llevan el desayuno a la habitación y se preocupan en todo momento por tener una estancia agradable.

El único inconveniente es que no tiene ascensor y si te toca un piso alto, no es muy cómodo subir con equipaje.

We had a very pleasant stay at this home stay in Hanoi. The room was simple and modest, located on the fifth floor (which might not be ideal for those with mobility issues), but it was *extremely clean* and, despite the busy area, *surprisingly quiet*. A special thank you to Host, who was always kind, present, and incredibly accommodating—she even adjusted the breakfast schedule to suit our needs. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are respectful and friendly, and everything feels well cared for. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for simplicity, cleanliness, and genuine Vietnamese hospitality.

Very convenient location, close to attractions but also on a quieter side street. The host was lovely and asked what time we would like the free breakfast and coffee to be brought to our room the next morning, which was really nice! The bathroom is small but nice, the AC was much appreciated and a 5L bottle of drinking water was a nice touch, especially as we could put it in the mini fridge to keep cool.

We got very hot and sweaty walking up the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment with our backpacks. But the AC and a cold shower cooled us down afterwards

The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and tourist spots. Overall, it was good value for money.

Great location. Despite being close to the lake, no issues with noise. Thuy Ahn was such a great host. She brought breakfast to my room every morning. She even checked on the bus from the airport. You have every thing you need, even bottled water. Lots of room for your luggage and a desk to eat your breakfast.

I absolutely love everything ❤️ The lady who runs the accommodation went beyond and above and made our stay very special. It really felt like being at home. For starters, when we arrived, she offered us cold drinks to cool down from the heat, and then she took the time to explain how everything worked in the room. She also gave us her personal phone number to communicate via WhatsApp in case we needed anything. Two days later, the typhoon Yagi hit Hanoi, and we couldn't go outside. She prepared lovely banh bao (vietnamese steamed dumplings) for breakfast with coffee, and she cooked pho (vietnamese noodles soup) for dinner as well. Not only was the food delicious, but it was also very comforting. We really appreciated that gesture. She also did our laundry and allowed us to extend our checkout time, with no extra charge for any of the things. She definitely is the perfect host. Every day, she checked on us to make sure we were fine and in case we needed anything. The room itself is perfect. There is a big bed and a big wardrobe, a desk in case you need to work, a kettle and teas. There is AC and a fan, too. The room has a private bathroom as well, and the shower is great. She also provided with handsoup, shampoo, and shower gel, as well as some body creams. The accommodation is in the best location possible at 5 minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake and the old quarter. There you have plenty of restaurants to eat food. Just at the doorstep, you have Em cafe & restaurant, the note cafe, the hidden Alley cafe, honestly all amazing. And there are also convenient shops around too. The accommodation is 15 minutes to the train station too, and around plenty of bus stops.

Nice room, full of equipments like a fridge, an iron, a hair dryer, a kettle,… even shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, tissue, sunscreen, tea, q-tip, water are provided. The lady who welcomed us was more than excellent. She’s caring and helpful. She even offered late checkout which meant a lot to us. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The host was really kind! After a busy period it felt like coming home how she treated me when I arrived. She was really attent. At my last day I needed to submit my thesis and she was really flexible with the check out time. I could stay the whole day because she expected no other guests. Also, it was raining and she knocked my door with breakfast. This is one of the sweetest persons I have met lately! Furthermore, the room was clean, the bed was great and the location was perfect. Thank you so much for the nice stay!

Central location, spacious and modern room, I liked the chromatic harmony in the room, and there’s a little view on the city. Owner was so helpful lady she carried all my luggage to the 5th floor and showed me electric kettle, usage of shower.. also free water is provided. They also helped reserve a taxi on the last day:)

Location is central as I said but street must be difficult for taxi drivers to find or access, on the last day my taxi to airport was late 45 minutes because couldn’t access the street..it isn’t the hotel fault clearly, but just a note for future guests
