Check in time is bad for Travellers, imagine u come all the way to check in 3 o'clock that's very bad especially if u with your children, and the host is impatient with clients.

Not as such .But a bit stuffy maybe if windows and doors can be opened regularly for fresh air

Everything about the accommodation, The tv and the TV stand is old The water in the shower doesn't have pressure and it's barely hot There's no aircon nor heater The wardrobe in one of the rooms didn't have space to put clothes All in all the furniture must be changed

La vue et le prix

Le propriétaire n’a pas donné accès à la chambre à temps mais trop tard dans la nuit. On devait avoir accès à la chambre début d’après midi déjà à 15:00 et elle n’a jamais envoyé les accès, malgré plusieurs rappels et envoi d’e-mails. Elle a fini par répondre seulement à un appel de téléphone local. On a finalement pu avoir accès à la chambre que vers 23: 00. On a donc dû patienter dehors à nos frais durant toute l’après midi et soirée alors que j’avais payé l’accès à l’hôtel pour se reposer après le voyage sachant que ma maman est âgée. Ensuite lorsque nous avons demandé à la propriétaire de faire un geste et de nous laisser quitter le dernier jour vers 10-11h00 au lieu de 9h00 elle a refusé strictement disant que elle avait validé l’arrivée plus tôt d’autres voyageurs. Ce qui n’est pas correct.

The cleanliness, the layout, I was lucky and got the main bedroom, the view from it, is something that one can't mind waking up to every day. We enjoyed the heated pool

The location was perfect and facility was clean, secured 24/7 and quiet neighbours. The seaview, lagoon, table view was spectacular & area safe for walking. It was a warm home away from home.

There was a noise by the bathroom, more of a fan bathroom even when lights are off. Also suggest to get an egg lifter for the kitchen utensils.

Spacious, nice views, good security, good and safe parking. Having 2 bathrooms for a 2 bedroom apartment was nice, as I was travelling with a friend. Although well equipped some items very dated. We didn't use pots but they were very old and need replacing.

Noisy bathroom extractor fan that vibrated through the walls and could be heard in both bedrooms even with the door closed.

Place was dirty. The internet connection was awful. There was no coffee or milk when we arrived. The beds were very well used and old very uncomfortable. Glasses in the cupboard were dirty.

The apartment is not serviced for the duration of our stay. We had challenge with bathroom, toilets and refuse bin.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The best part was definitely the view — it’s right by the beach with beautiful scenery all around. The place smelled fresh and was spotless throughout, which made it even more comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The TV was quite small and we couldn’t connect it to make it a smart TV. It would have been nice to stream our own shows or movies in the evenings.

Very good position for getting to the CBD, Waterfront area, mountain and other lovely beaches and winelands. Safe and secure with friendly staff and undercover parking. Beach access, large balcony with sea and lagoon view.

Some basic starter items are needed such as salt, pepper, washing powder.

We liked everything about the place. From the security guy,forgot to take his name to the uncle who cleaned the unit. Very neat unit. The neighbours...super friendly.

The fact that it's so far from everything and that I didn't meet Brigette in person.

Perfect stay,

Very good location in terms of getting around Cape Town quickly. It’s very central to most places. The security staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely balcony with a view and spacious and clean interior. Undercover parking was an added bonus.

Nothing really but some basics like salt, pepper and oil would have been helpful to get going.

I had my best thing staying there

Large space. Quiet and peaceful. The host was always willing to help and very patient.

The floor needs some fixing. There is no sense of security to lock the door from the inside. Although, the area seems to be safe.

The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the ocean view

This was just perfect for our stay with 2 kids. We had everything we needed for our stay (12days) as we were away so long we needed a washing machine, fridge and cooker which was very convenient for my family. The host was very responsive when I had questions and arranged the cleaner mid stay. I really felt safe as I was able to park my rental car in under cover parking within the building and show my license to get in and out. Really recommend as a great base for a holiday as easy to get around and close to blouberg, v&a waterfront and canal walk. There is an on site restaurant open til late within the hotel with you can walk safety internally to. We’d be happy to stay again next time we come to Cape Town.

Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Owner was great Great view! Had what was needed to have a good stay We had a long stay. They arranged a cleaner I'd way through. Appreciated. Safe parking WiFi was strong and convenient.

Tumbledryer didn't work, no instruction /understanding on how to work washing machine either. Unfortunately we had very low water pressure for latter part of our stay due to water pipe issue.

Host was very accomodating. Beautiful views from the balcony. Thank you, had a lovely short stay.

The apartment was in need of a makeover especially the bathrooms. The fans didn't work properly and the bedrooms were very airless.

Convenient location. Very secure property. Short drive to all attractions. Loved falling asleep while listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Very soothing.

The flat caters for what a family with kids need. Has all kitchen utensils needed and furniture. It’s comfortable and relaxing. Nice sea and lagoon views. Perfect for a weekend stay.

Thr view of the lagoon and beach

The lagoon stinks of sewage of which the smells comes into the apartment and the smell is unbearable 2 years ago I walked through the lagoon without knowing this and developed tyfiod and was extremely sick for over a week. Sewage is seeping into the lagoon and it is not safe for holiday makers to swim or walk through the lagoon. City of Capetown needs to act on this matter urgently. Please also avoid the biscuit mill in Woodstock as one of our parties cellphone was stolen and they tried to open my bag whilst trying to get food. When engaging the security about 6 cellphones were stolen in the marketplace.

The entrance security. the entrance by code is great. one does not need to worry of loosing the key or key card. The building facilities. Also the booking process is not too burocratic

There was no alternative way to give the entrance code to the client. Only by email. If one has no access to email at that time its a problem. Also the check out time is to early (9 o´clock). If one has an afternoon flight one will be on the street with its own laggage. Also there is no information if the client can use the building facilities such as gym, pool and where to park the car.

The rooms were neat and spacious.

Rubbish bin idea should change, the plastic bag should be left outside and someone should collect them

Amazing sea view. Everything we could need. Great pools and hotel bar. Amazing views of table Mountain and beach access.

The apartment was clean and had all necessary utilities, a bonus was there was tea and coffee and there was a tumble dryer which most facilities do not have. The bedding was clean and of good quality and the apartment smelled fresh.
