We enjoyed our stay very much, location was really close to the village which was a great advantage. Catherine checked in to see how we were getting on which was nice.

I would perhaps change the mattress on the single bed by the window, quite lumpy and uncomfortable, a new frying pan would be good too. Fixing the wobbly tap in bathroom and leaky tap in kitchen would make a difference. Just simple maintenance would enhance a stay here as it is such a cosy welcoming little cottage.

It was very well located, clean, well prepared and quaint.

Great Location and communication was excellent. Lovely and warm, clean bedding. Hot shower.

Some facilities could do with an update. Single bed next to window, mattress needs replacing. Unable to sleep in it. Cooker needs replacing. Not safe.

Very homely, well equipped ( everything we could think of ) in a great location for Adara’s fantastic hostelries!

All of it..location somewhat exposed,but we were there during rain and damp conditions..I liked it so much,that I would recommend it to family and friends for future holidays,with the sun enhancing it even more

0utside area could be made more inviting,with clean up and a bench or seating in front..the lockbox for key is not up to standard and the sheen on code numbers,takes time to click into,especially when it's dark

It's a very cosy comfortable cottage with good heating and facilities. It is nearer the village than the description suggests and the village has everything.

I liked everything. Maybe it could do with having Saorview on the telly (local stations) but it is equipped with Netflix etc.

I really enjoyed my stay! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and I loved seeing the sheep right in front of the house — it made the experience so peaceful. The facilities were great and everything was well-prepared. Highly recommend this place

We had a very enjoyable stay in the cottage. The location is ideal, short trips to many worth visiting places and a short walk from the village. The house was clean, had all needed equipment. Super comfy beds. Catherine is a great host. She went extra mile and got us a travel cot on a very short notice. Nice addition is a small outside area with sitting table at the back of the house.

Quiet location and quaint cottage feel

The town of Ardara seems to be dying. Many places were vacant and dinner choices were very sparse.

Great location! Easy walk to town. Host was super responsive! Great washer, dryer. Super comfy beds and pillows. Lots of room and nicely decorated! Even had peat if we wanted a fire! Cute sheep out front and loved the rocks around the place! Great outdoor area for hanging out or eating! We had a fantastic stay and loved Donegal County! Hard to pick, but I think it's my favorite part of Ireland! So convenient to slieve league cliffs and all the many wonders of the area!

Nothing really, I absolutely loved the place!Could have used coffee, but other than that, it's perfect! We should have bought some somewhere but there aren't many grocery stores near Ardara!

Gorgeous wee place to stay. Very well kept, very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. 15 minutes walk tops from the local bars / restaurants. Positioned well with easy access to multiple beautiful beaches. Very responsive over messages and gets back to you very quickly. Would 100% stay here again and definitely recommend. Thanks for having us!

How quiet the location was. Perfect for the purpose of our visit.

Just minor issues - no tea towels Nothing to light a fire in stove Single bed a bit uncomfortable - too hard!

Catherine and her family where so friendly and welcoming,the cottage was very homely and comfortable . cottage was within walking distance to town.Had car troubles on way home and Catherine and her dad went out of their way to help us, excellent hosts.would definitely recommend and will be back again 10/10.

Everything was amazing!

The house was exceptionally clean, all our needs were cathered to. We found the beds super comfortable. The weather wasn't great to sit out, but the facilities were there if required. We would happily recommend Teach Elle to anyone visiting Ardara. We will be back again in the future

Beautiful cottage decorated nicely. ( and very comfy bed.

Beautiful cottage, rural setting yet walking distance to main Street. Inside was very tastefully decorated, homely and welcoming. Catherine had everything you could need and more for a lovely stay! Very clean and smelled great! Delicious homemade scones and jam welcomed us, with fresh milk and butter in the fridge, and was thoroughly enjoyed after our journey! Beds were soft and comfortable, peaceful surroundings meant we got a great night's sleep! The shower was great, and had shampoo/shower gel too! Communication with Catherine was brilliant from the start, making sure we were settled in and letting us know she was a call away should there be any problems! Would 100% recommend a stay here, 3 nights wasn't enough, we could have stayed much longer!

Personal preference to have the garden fenced in a bit more to stop my wandering dogs but thats it! This cottage and Catherine were perfect!!
