Coz at the of he day u don’t have the strength to carry yourself far and truly grateful securing this place!!!! Everything was ok even the swimming pool is great!!!! All ok just that food places bit far

Reviewed May 4, 2025Clean, minimalist apartment literally next door to Lost World of Tambun (LWOT) theme park with a balcony view overlooking the park. We were visiting LWOT for our son's birthday celebration and it was very convenient to be able to walk to and from the apartment and Park with minimal fuss, especially as we visited the Night Park 2 nights and stayed until the Park closed at 11pm...no need to get into a car...just walk a few hundred meters, take the lift and you are 'home'. Management was efficient and comprehensive with check-in information. Good value for the price paid. On the last day we also checked out the condo's own hot spring onsen pool. Pleasant, not to too crowded when we went in the morning before check out. Note: no towels are provided for either the Park and the condo pool, so bring your own (bath towels for the condo unit are provided).
Pillows for the second room bed were a bit thin.

The card access can't be used at 3 other lifts, only can used at lifts that is used for maintenance. So it is quite troublesome for us to wait for only 1 lift to go to parking and swimming pool.

Kinda noisy when the fire show started at the theme park eventho we are at level 19. But it was not tht bad, just short while.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2023The unit was clean and big with a beautiful scenery. Bathrooms and beds are clean. Master bedroom and balcony opens up to a very beautiful scenery. Only thing, it is noisy because it is near to the theme park. Apart from that, it's a very beautiful stay.
The theme park noises. I suggest that the owner might consider putting noise reduction on walls,windows and sliding doors to reduce the noises.

Reviewed Oct 1, 20231. Very close to tambun hotspring lost world entrance. Walking distance at ground floor. 2.View from top very nice. Nite view nice. Very clean coz still new. 3. TV very big and nice to watch with smart TV. 4. Bed was comfortable and cold. Ceiling Fan good enough to cool, no need to use air cond.
1. Check in for 1st time not friendly. Need to do few things. But instructions given. Maybe 2nd time will be easier. Must be Patience while check in time. 2. I booked 2 room apartment and only get 1 car park card. I asked respective owner yet he/she advised another car to park and visitor parking. Actual have 2 car park lot as I checked for the 2 room apartment and we hv 2 cars.Fyi, I paid RM360 for 1 night which if hotel can take 2 room for RM180. Fyi again. 3. Water pressure very low for bathroom and sink. I stayed in 19th floor and not happy about it. Understand we in era to save energy, but the water pressure unacceptable low. 4. Bathroom heater not constant with the setting temperature, will be cold and suddenly hot. May be due to water pressure low( maybe ). I already saved air cond. Electricity by not using the whole time. Only used fan. Already safe for the owner. So, hope next time the owner can check the water pressure. 5. The towel provided really thin towel...Bad quality. It's OK. 6. Don't have shoe rack which help to keep tidy up the area and arrange shoe/ slipper nicely.

Some issue with key. But case was handled by agent in unethical way. Finally the unit owners came and solve the issue and apologised. We was at corridors for almost 2 hours. Water park excitement affected in kids

Reviewed Aug 11, 2023The apartment is fitted with good quality furniture and fitting - feels like a home in a hotel. The balcony is facing the park and the mountains - very serene, love sitting there in the morning just to look at the greens with fresh breath of air. Easy access to lost world. Extremely short walking distance.
The towels- though it is very clean (probably new), it was too small and too thin. It is infact kids towel😅

Location of the apartment is perfect as it is just next to the Lost World Tambun, easy check in and check out. Management is responsive and approachable. In addition, 5th level has swimming pool, hot spring pool and sauna. Really enjoy the apartment. Will definitely visit again.
