Terrible experience—avoid this place. I stayed here for 14 nights and regret it. Upon arrival, the beds and towels were visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the toilets were not functioning properly. I tried calling the owner multiple times throughout my stay to get these issues resolved, but they completely ignored all of my messages and calls. Zero stars for cleanliness and communication.

Appaetement géré par des personnes externes et mal honnête Ils nous ont laissé attendre 5h sans scrupule sachant que j avais eu confirmation par email pour avoir les clés a 12h au lieu de 15h J avais insisté que j avais des enfants a bas age. Le gerant m a appelé par erreur pour me proposer de lui donner un billet contre une entrée plus rapide. La piscine est dégueulasse Je ne recommande pas

the owner was never available. he only provided 1 small towel each and the water was running cold. we called múltiple times but no one replied asking for the water to be fixed. we ended up staying with cold water for the all staying

The room was blah, nothing special. Couch was dirty and beds were very hard, with questionably clean linen. Dirty towel left on the floor of bathroom, no handtowel or tea towel provided. Location was great and the pool was spectacular, but the room was disappointing. Could do with a little bit of TLC.

L'emplacement est top ! La résidence est vraiment bien placée et la piscine en roof top vaut le détour

2h de retard pour récupérer l'appartement, 1 verre et 2 tasses pour seule vaisselle (appartement pour 7 personnes)...2 lits d'appoint sans petite couette dessus et on a réclamé du papier toilette. Bref, personnel qui fait au mieux mais c'est l'usine et pas d'investissement dans cet appartement

Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative e, a nostro avviso, non rispecchia le stelle assegnate. La pulizia della camera è risultata scarsa e alcuni dettagli ci hanno lasciato perplessi (il sapone per le mani era un comune detergente per piatti). Anche il servizio non ci ha soddisfatti: personale frettoloso e poco accogliente. Ci sono diversi aspetti da migliorare.

Que la comunicación con el anfitrión no existiera y fuese con una IA , que llegara más de media hora tarde a la entrega de llaves , que permitan bañarse con toda la ropa de calle en la piscina. La limpieza de enseres de la cocina y la inexistencia de cuchillos.

The hotel has a great location and the check-in process was easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the cleaning could be improved, as the room was not properly cleaned. Late checkout after 12:00 comes with an extra charge of 50 RM per hour, which I did not find reasonable. Overall, the location and staff were very good, but better cleaning service would make the stay much better.

The main thing I didn’t like about the property was the cleanliness. The room cleaning was not up to standard and could be improved. Also, the late checkout fee of 50 RM per hour after 12:00 felt too expensive.

It was very noisy they should use sound proof glasses Cleaning of the room was poor and the bad thing was keys for lift they have different keys like room different keys and switches very confusing system and booking.com should write clearly that it is airbnb on the selection we thought its proper hotel with breakfast n when we go to the counter and get the key and they said its airbnb u have to wait for the agent like in Dubai the give breakfast and more comfortable

Skvělé ubytování s bazénem v 51. patře s naprosto neuvěřitelným výhledem. Apartmány jsou prostorné, čisté a perfektně vybavené. K dispozici je fitness centrum, bazén, v okolí spousta obchodů, kaváren a restaurací a hlavně je to kousek k Petromas Towers a do centra města. Byl jsem tu už po několikáté a vrátím se zas. Vše naprosto perfektní 😊.

The room was tired. Not enough cups/glasses. Bathroom flooded as the drains couldn’t cope with the water from the shower. Smelt as if previous occupants had smoked in the room and the NOISE from the street/cars at night was horrendous! TV in bedroom didn’t work as no remote control.

Skvělá lokalita.

Lejligheden var rummelig, ren og den lå godt placeret ift at kunne komme rundt og opleve Kuala Lumpur.

Lejligheden kunne godt trænge til en kærlig hånd. Der var gamle fugtskader i gulv og loft, men stedet virkede dog ikke fugtigt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr stark abgewohnt und verdreckt. Es stinkt aus den Klimaanlagen nach Rauch. Auch ein Nachputzen vom Servicepersonal hat nichts gebracht. Wir haben uns mit unserer Familie in der Wohnung nicht wohl gefühlt! Lasst euch nicht durch die Fotos täuschen, diese entsprechen nicht der Realität!

W rzeczywistości apartament nie wyglądał tak luksusowo jak na zdjęciach, ale wracaliśmy na krótki odpoczynek w środku dnia i na noc więc nie skupialismy się na tym

Good location, great views from the roof top pool area. Check in was very quick. Room was very spacious. Roof top is open till 10pm Air con is great

The noise from the traffic is ridiculously loud even from the 50th floor. Lifts are very slow. Room was a little scruffy. Decking around the pool needs replacing.

El apartamento es amplio, con lavadora y ducha espaciosa. La piscina del hotel tiene unas vistas muy chulas.

NO HAY LIMPIEZA DIARIA, PERO COBRAN 50MYR AL CHECK IN POR ELLO. En la reserva parece un cometario de “podrían aplicarse tasas” y se acogen a ello para cobrártelo + tasa turística. El apartamento se gestiona a parte del hotel donde esta ubicado, por lo q el personal del hotel no se implica en ayudarte y es bastante desagradable. El personal del apartamento, puede estar en contacto contigo por WhatsApp.

No nos dejaron utilizar la piscina una vez dejada la habitación . Y a pesar de estar en la planta 10,se oía mucho el tráfico desde la habitación

It was very spacious, clean, and had all the facilities required by our family. The location was ideal as it was close to many tourist attractions

There was no housekeeping for all the four nights that we stayed. It should have been offered at least on alternate days

Bardzo przestronny apartament, w którym mieściło się 6 osób. Spędziliśmy dwie noce i było dość komfortowo. Na ostatnim piętrze bardzo fajny basen z widokiem na miasto.

L'apartament és modern i espaiós. La piscina té unes vistes espectaculars. Està ben situat a prop del metro.

L'apartament està una mica deixat, se li veu una manca de manteniment. La neteja tampoc era correcte. La piscina, tot i ser espectacular, és petita i està molt plena de gent. Tot i dormir en una planta 8a, el soroll del carrer, cotxes, motos,... se sent moltíssim a la nit.

The guards at the pool is still rude !! GUARDS need to be polite with guest ..

Thankfully we coordinated with the caretaker the time and place to meet to collect the keys. Otherwise, you will be clueless, as the lobby area is very busy with other guests and cars dropping off/picking up, and you need to get clear instruction on how and where to park our car in the building. As a first-timer, it can be quite tricky. The pool and view from the Skydeck is superb!

It would be easier if we could just present ourselves and collect the key at the reception or mailbox. The swimming pool was crowded, probably because of the full occupancy in the building. We decided to skip the pool because there are just too many people and not enough space. We only got a partial view of Kampung Bharu and the AKLEH highway. The noise from the cars and bikes running through the highway can be heard throughout the night, not ideal for light sleeper.

Great location, spacious room.

I didn’t like that the apartment smelled of cigarettes. And that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a kitchen, but no frying pan.

This is a fantastic location. Right in the city centre with an amazing view. Lots of cool things to do for families within walking distance distance like the Petronas Towers, the aquarium and the Museum of Illusions. We had a hire car so spent some time driving in and out and some on foot and both were easy. Checkin staff were very helpful and the pool is gorgeous.
