Really nice and spacious apartment. Very modern and well equipped even with filtered water. Excellent service.

A minor point is the details say sofa bed available but it wasn’t a sofa bed. This was resolved by owner very quickly.

It felt modern, spacious and somewhat clean. It is close to Thang Long Citadel and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. The in-unit washer and dryer made laundry very convenient. Filtered water is available through a faucet by the kitchen sink. There are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Toilet paper can be refilled but you need to ask and wait an hour or two. Responses from staff from 9:00 to 21:00 were fairly quick.

Getting to the apartment would be difficult if you have a lot of luggage or strollers. Cars cannot drive into the alley to get the apartment. If you enter from the street south of the alley, you will traverse potholes. The street to the north side has more motor traffic but the walk is smoother. Staff could have been clearer with the best way of getting there. After many hours to get there, the check-in process involved sitting in the apartment's kitchen table and reading and signing the contract. Although the contract was transparent, especially the rent and the deposit, it made me wary of the finer details. This was not reassuring especially after a long flight and Grab ride. I specifically requested that an extra bed be added. The app said the cost was free and staff confirmed that this could be done. Upon arrival, I was told the bed was not added and that it would cost money. After discussing, we were told that adding a bed could be possible at zero cost. I would have hoped that a bed be added in the first place. The queen bed had many hairs on the bedsheets and pillows. There were many ants in the kitchen. The cleaning ladies would cook often, making the ground floor and elevators smell of fish sauce. The deposit could not be returned early due to apartment policy, and as I had to check out early morning and catch a flight, I had to await the cleaning lady for my 2 mil VND. The cleaning lady came in and asked via translator app if the deposit had already been returned by the owner, even though we were explicitly told that the cleaning lady would return the deposit in cash. I think the cleaning lady wanted to take advantage of the language barrier to keep the deposit for herself if I said anything other than "no." The food prices nearby are higher and the food is catered more for tourists. The apartment has signs of damage from prior guests, which made me concerned about being blamed for the damage.

Beautiful, well stocked unit. Great location. Very comfortable and quiet. Staff were great to deal with; very communicative and helpful.

The apartment is so cozy, comfortable, and feels like home. It is quiet, I slept very well. There is a hot and cold shower. Towels, and shampoos are available. I appreciate the snacks provided as a welcome gift to us. The water is potable since it is filtered. There is a hairdryer, iron and iron board, cloth dryer rack,. Things for cooking, we actually cooked some of our meals since they provided salt, and oil. The location is walking distance from the Temple of Literature, there are many restaurants around the area. We loved the bun Cha at the corner, the one facing the temple. Ardor coffee shop is also a must try. We enjoyed the Bingxue ice cream/boba shop. The staff are great especially Yang. They provided tissue and plastic garbage. We also borrowed umbrellas when it rained. They also arranged airport pick up for a reasonable price. Don't worry about the deposit money, they give it back without drama as long as you keep the apartment like how you arrived. I highly recommend this apartment. PS Ho chi minh Musuleoum is walkable from the apartment. We watched the military routine at 6am.

Nothing in particular. Everything went well. I hope for a coffee machine, though there is a kettle, that would be all. Will book this again next time we visit Hanoi once again.

Everything!Beautifully decorated and comfortable two bedroom,two bathroom apartment.Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter but close enough to walk there. Yang was very responsive and super helpful during our stay.

Everything was fine.This is not within their contol but the alley where the apartment is,has two entry/exit points/sides,so it was a bit confusing for us and Grab drivers everytime we booked a car.We never knew which side they would pick us up at.

Great location very clean and stylish and staff was very helpful it was especially good that we had clean filtered water to drink which was a very nice touch

Nice area away from tourist track. Functional and clean , we had 2 weeks here for work. Everything was as they said it would be .

Amazing apartment in a great location! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family. Beautiful interior, nice view, comfortable beds, and everything we needed for our stay. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially appreciated the hospitality and support during our stay. Highly recommended — definitely a 10/10 experience!

Zapłaciłam karta za noclegi i kaucje gotówką(2mln) Przy wymeldowaniu powiedziano mi ze nie zapłaciliśmy kaucji i jej nie odzyskamy bo to była cena za mieszkanie. Nie odpuściliśmy bo kaucja była wyższa niż cena za nocleg za dwie noce. Ostatecznie po jakiejś godzinie czekania i wysłaniu potwierdzenia opłacenia noclegu karta łaskawie pani sprzątająca zwróciła nam pieniądze. Jednak myślę ze jeśli ktoś by się spieszył na samolot to odpuściłby sytuacje i stracił kasę. Bardzo mi sie to nie spodobało, myślę ze nie jedna osobę tak naciągnęli.

A real home away from home. All the extras like laundry supplies, body wash and shampoo etc. Any little issues and the staff will sort it straight away. Even gave us our deposit back the day before leaving as we were flying out very early. Great location. Local markets are awesome and close to Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Musuleum and other attractions. Unit is in a quiet laneway. Not in the craziness of Old Quarter thank God but only a $3 grab ride if you want to go there.

Place is located in new and comfortable building. It has everything you need to comfortable stay. It is in walking distance to center, Temple of Literature and chill area near by the small lake next to Temple of Literature. It is located on the small street so it is quite place. Good option for family with kids that need rest after busy day in Hanoi.

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The living room/kitchen has everything you need, plus some great views of the neighbourhood. The bedrooms are a decent size with good storage. Beds comfortable, if a little firm - but I think that's standard in Vietnam. it's also in a great location: off a small ally which means that it's really quiet, making it a perfect refuge in Hanoi and well positioned for pick-up if you go on any guided trips. It's also on the edge of the Old City, which means it's easy enough to walk into the old part of the city and to explore different neighbourhoods, which are much less chaotic and more pleasant to wander around. The reception is normally manned and the staff helpful.

Super Lage in einer sehr ruhigen, lokalen Straße, umgeben von Streetfood, Cafés und Kultur. In nur 2 Minuten ist man am Literaturtempel und in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß im Old Quarter – dem Herzen von Hanoi. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Property was just outside Hanoi’s old quarter so it was very quiet at night which was good. But only a 20 mins walk into old quarter. Very spacious apartment. Hosts were lovely and easy to contact. And they managed to help us check out at 4am which was not a problem. Highly recommend Liked so much stayed here again when back in Hanoi

Location is perfect, there are many local street food restaurants around. The appartment is very nice and clean.

We stayed here with two families (4 adults and 3 little kids) and had a fantastic time. The apartment was very spacious, spotless clean, and comfortable — it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved the washing machine and dryer. The air conditioning works well too. We especially loved the location — tucked away on a quiet side street surrounded by local apartments, it felt authentic and peaceful. It’s a bit further from the Old Quarter, but we actually preferred that for the calm atmosphere. There were plenty of great local restaurants within walking distance too. The only downside was the check-in process. Despite giving our arrival time, we had to wait for over an hour to get in which was a bit frustrating. That said, the host was friendly once we got in and explained that they had a problem with the air conditioner which was the reason for the wait. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to other families looking for space and a quieter location in the city.

Extremely well designed space with really good facilities. The staff were prompt and courteous always. Very professionally run! It is abt a 30min walk from Old Quarters so relatively peaceful.

The small middle bedroom is nice and cosy but could have better ventilation or a fan. We opened the vent and that made it better but then a lot of nearby apartment noise and voices would be heard late jnto the night.

Love how clean and modern the apartment was. The value for money was great and the location is super central and right by the old town. We could walk everywhere.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable but for the price was good.

When we were getting the keys we were informed of the requirement for a 2 million Vietnamese dong bond and signing a contract. We were not expecting this. We booked for 6 people and two people slept on the floor.

Best thing is the location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.

The only complaint we had was the bathroom in the master bedroom did not have hot water and was not attended to.

Very arduous check in process with multiple forms to complete and sign, effectively a full tenancy agreement, check-in took around half an hour. Was told we can pay with card, but only found out when we were there that we needed to go out again to get the 2M deposit in cash. Sofa bed was also just a sofa, not a sofa bed and the spare mattress provided on request was very thin to the point of basically needing to be placed on top of the sofa.

Liked the living room as fairly big, had to get them to bring an extra mattress as they were expecting us to sleep on the sofa. The location was ok but not great as it was down an alleyway. Didn't like the fact you needed a card just to open the gate to get out, there should be a button on the internal side to open the gates.

There was 5 of us and only 2 bedrooms, there was no planning from their end how we were going to sleep. Even though this was booked 3 months ago, the rooms aren't great as there are no views. Didn't like the book in procedure, was the worse one out of our 5 week trip and numerous hotel apartment stays. The host had an inventory of items such as knives and forks etc, had to go round with him and count them to tick the list, they didn't even have enough cutlery for the 5 of us so made it pointless and how much could a set be?? Didn't feel welcome by this plus we were tired from travelling. The worse part was there were no towels and he told us they don't provide towels and we had to get them ourselves which was ridiculous expecting us to go to the shows to purchase something that should be included. I just wanted to get out soon as we can as it didn't feel like we were on holiday, we had to sign something like a rental agreement which looked very legal and half of it was in Vietnamese, also had to give them 2 million as deposit. Out of all the 7 locations we stayed at during our stay in Vietnam this property was the only one that did this and we didn't feel comfortable. They really need to look at themselves and change the way they welcome their guests. We didn't feel comfortable using any of the devices in the apartment due to the negative approach upon arrival.

It’s a great space with a washer/dryer in a location that’s removed from where most tourists stay, but still very close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed being here.

They take a cash security deposit, which is fine, it’s just not mentioned beforehand at all. The shower in the hall bathroom doesn’t drain quickly enough to keep it from flooding the bathroom some, and the shower head in the main bathroom sprays too wide, outside of the bath area.

Clean and fresh, modern decor, well designed. Beds were big and comfortable. Washing machine was an added bonus. Everything was easy and well catered for. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for us and our 18 year old. Great location near the temple of literature. Awesome communication!! Can’t thank the owners enough for all their support. Our flights into Hanoi kept getting delayed, and they couldn’t be more accommodating. It made us feel so safe with an 18 hour trip to get there!

Really friendly hosts, made sure I was as comfortable as possible as I was staying for a long time. Also gifted me a travel adaptor which was so useful. Around a 15 min walk to the Old Quarter but I liked this as it was a bit more quiet in the area. Lots of good food options around. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone!
