strategic location. there is convenience stall at hall lobby. i lke the big mirror at the walkway infrount toilet, it give space for ladies for dressing.

island table near to entrance cause the space bit tied.

Very clean, Michael, the host, took great pains to ensure that everything was spotless. He was always very responsive and helpful. Gave good, detailed instructions on how everything worked. Beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Blackout blinds worked well. The location is away from touristy areas, but very easy to get a Grab to/from. Apartment was quiet.

While the current TV is fine, a smart TV with Netflix etc. would be a better option.

Very nice and clean appartement! The tower is very close to Gurney Drive and just 10mn from city center by grab. It was very nice to stay here to visit George Town and Penang

I would say that the apartment is more suited to 6 people max, having 7 or 8 people would take away the charm of the apartment and make it more like a campsite

The flat was very clean and quite spacious. The owner was very helpful and quick to reply to all my questions. I would stay in this place again if ever I visit Penang again.

Clean and comfy, check-in was very convenient and the location is perfect for foodies. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and overall very happy.

We are a 7 pax group and although the house is a little small but managed to fit it 7 ppl with extra mattresses. House is clean and it feels cozy. All the facilities in good condition. The person in charge is very friendly and when there's any issues, they response very fast.

The parking is very small and narrow. It's very hard for bigger MPVs like Vellfire to turn especially when it comes to going up and down the ramp. End up need to outside which MBPP parking.

Adjustable but still the property quiet small . Parking lot just have one only . If there’s two car, need to park one at free parking 3rd floor and another one with paid MBPP parking at outside .

The whole unit is very comfortable, clean and tidy. The owner is also friendly and provided good and clear instructions and services. Recommended and will visit again in future.

Some tools are a little bit rusty such as knives and scissors. Hope to change to a new one. Others are good.

The tv remote was not working but the owner came almost immediately to change another remote. He was friendly and helpful. The unit was well equipped and clean. Will definitely book again when I'm in penang.

Carpark area.. driving up and down was narrow especially if you're driving a mpv .Should give a key for the unit gate hence the gate remains unlock during the stay but only given access card for the unit door.

It's pretty tricky to collect the key but we manage to get it.

The parking area does not fit our car with a roof box; we need to take it down before entering.
