The Riad is beautiful, clean and staff working there are absolutely amazing, helpful, polite and efficient. The food is excellent, the chicken tagine, pastellas and kefta tagine were outstanding. All in all a perfect weekend break

Het team van de Riad was enorm vriendelijk en gastvrij! Ontbijt was heerlijk en goed verzorgd. Ook de hammam en massage van Meriam was geweldig. Daarnaast is de Riad zelf echt prachtig.

Het is wat verder lopen (20 min) naar de medina en het plein. Wij vonden dit niet erg maar goed om rekening mee te houden.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile in questa splendida struttura. Il luogo in sé è bellissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli, con una meravigliosa piscina interna e un'area piscina esterna dotata di idromassaggio e lettini perfetti per rilassarsi al sole. Anche se la struttura si trova leggermente distaccata dal centro, la tranquillità dell'ambiente ripaga ampiamente la posizione. Le camere sono estremamente comode e i letti garantiscono un riposo eccellente. La mattina inizia sempre nel migliore dei modi con una colazione ricca e abbondante. Vi consiglio caldamente di fermarvi anche a cena: la cucina è veramente eccellente, persino migliore dei ristoranti che si trovano in centro! Ma il vero punto di forza che fa la differenza è senza dubbio l'ospitalità e l'attenzione per il cliente. La reception è attiva H24, un plus fondamentale che regala grande comodità. Tutto lo staff è fantastico, ma un plauso speciale va ad Hassani e Walid: sempre gentili, disponibili e premurosi nel soddisfare all'istante ogni mia richiesta. Ti fanno sentire coccolato e come a casa fin dal primo momento. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi relax e un servizio di alto livello. Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci!

Super happy with our stay here, great food, the guys at the front desk were so lovely and helpful even arranged us laundry and a rental car. The riad was nice and peaceful, a bit out of the city center so nice to come back to the quiet and relax after a big day in the hustle and bustle. Great massage and hamman as well highly recommend!

O hotel era lindo, os quartos eram grandes e limpos, tinha boas zonas de refeições e de lazer e também a piscina foi a cereja no topo do bolo.

O duche não deitava muita água, tinha pouca pressão. A localização também não foi a ideal, pareceu-me que estávamos no meio de uma zona industrial, apesar de ser um sítio sossegado e sem barulhos.

Fantasztikus hely, amit tiszta szívből ajánlunk mindenkinek! ❤️ A szállás gyönyörű, nyugodt és tiszta, az ember azonnal otthon érzi magát. Már belépéskor egy nagyon kellemes, finom illat fogadott minket. Ami azonban igazán különlegessé tette számunkra ezt a helyet, az a személyzet kedvessége, barátságossága és vendégszeretete. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A szállás elhelyezkedése is szuper, a konyha pedig fenomenális. A tajin itt volt a legfinomabb! 😍 Nagyon köszönünk mindent! ❤️ Minden jót kívánunk nektek, és reméljük, hogy még találkozunk! 🥰

It was the cutest Riad. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with our late check out!

The only thing would be a mini fridge in our room. We love cold water bottles during the summer.

We had a wonderful stay at Zayn & Spa Riad. My wife, daughter and I stayed for one night, and we were genuinely impressed by the hospitality and service. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and professional. They were even kind enough to let us stay and relax at the Riad after we had checked out, which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. The location is also great, and the whole experience was warm, welcoming and comfortable. A special thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Zayn & Spa Riad and would happily stay again! 🌟

The bed was slightly small for me as I'm 6'1 but the room was clean and spacious.

Riad Zayn & Spa is truly something incredible. We felt right at home. The atmosphere and overall experience were absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is breathtaking — the pool, the mosaics, and every little detail were simply beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding; there was absolutely nothing missing. We ended up eating far too much every morning because everything was so delicious! The guys from the staff are the kindest and most welcoming people I have ever met. This riad was truly the highlight of our trip. I highly recommend it — 10/10! Thank you so much for everything. ❤️ Marko

Lo recomiendo, el personal es maravilloso, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites. Tiene arriba una mini piscina también que nos encantó, además como vieron que estábamos allí nos trajeron un té. Hemos estado en más sitios en Marrakech y es el que más nos ha gustado, está en un barrio bueno.

Le cadre est tout simplement idyllique ! Dès notre arrivée, nous n’avions plus envie de repartir. C’est comme si le temps s’arrêtait tellement l’endroit est beau et apaisant. La piscine est magnifique et, à 66 € la nuit, le prix est vraiment donné au vu de la qualité du service et des prestations incluses. Les chambres étaient impeccables et propres. Pour moi, qui suis assez exigeante de nature, c’est clairement un 10/10 ! Et que dire de l’accueil ? Les réceptionnistes prennent vraiment soin de leurs clients. Bravo au propriétaire du Riad, qui a visiblement très bien géré son recrutement : toute l’équipe est adorable, chacun à sa manière. Une mention spéciale à Hamza, très accessible, qui nous a donné énormément de conseils et nous a vraiment bien accompagnés. Les autres réceptionnistes, un peu plus réservés, nous ont tout autant séduits par leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Ne changez surtout pas d’équipe ! ❤️ Un autre point qui m’a particulièrement touchée : j’ai ressenti une véritable équité dans l’accueil et le service. Étant française d’origine algérienne et mon mari étant d’origine marocain, nous avons parfois constaté ailleurs à Marrakech une différence de traitement qui peut être assez désolante. Ici, au Riad, nous nous sommes sentis accueillis et considérés exactement comme tous les autres clients. ❤️ C’est aussi pour cette raison que nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Notre objectif est désormais de revenir une fois par an avec mon mari. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et nous garderons un très beau souvenir de cette adresse. À très bientôt, je l’espère ! 🌸

A stunningly beautiful riad with excellent staff who are so friendly and helpful. Beautiful breakfast and dinner. Rooftop pool is heated and an amazing place to relax. Massage was also excellent. Rooms are beautifully decorated and are spacious. The perfect accommodation and excellent value for money. Also accessible to the door by car so no walking with luggage.

Location is a little far out but great for pick ups for trips who collect you from nearby. Would be good to be able to pay by card for dinners and massages rather than just the room.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad. Il est très calme, sans aucun bruit, ce qui permet de vraiment se reposer. La décoration est magnifique et l'établissement est d'une propreté irréprochable. La petite piscine au centre du riad est très jolie et agréable, surtout lorsqu'on en profite individuellement. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et très bon. Un grand merci au personnel de l'accueil, toujours souriant, disponible et de très bon conseil, en particulier Ayoub et Adam. Le veilleur de nuit est également très gentil et accueillant. Le riad se situe à environ 20 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le cœur de la médina tout en profitant d'un environnement paisible. Le seul petit point à noter est que l'on peut entendre les conversations lorsque certains clients parlent fort dans leur chambre. Cependant, durant notre séjour, tous les voyageurs ont été très respectueux et cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangés. Je recommande ce riad sans hésitation !

Le riad est soigneusement décoré et la chambre était très propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, grâce notamment au personnel adorable et aux petits soins. Nous avons également apprécié le petit déjeuner et le repas. Situé à 20 minutes de la Médina, nous avons pu profiter du calme du quartier.

Il manque un petit frigo dans la chambre, ainsi que des petites bouteilles offertes tous les jours, surtout en cette période de forte chaleur (les bouteilles d'eau n'étaient offertes que le premier jour).

The place was near the road so you wouldn’t have to walk a lot to get to the riad, very secure place. The most kindest staff ever, the breakfast was amazing my tummy was fool for the whole day! I had a wonderful stay at Riad Zayn & Spa. The facilities were beautiful, clean, and created a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax after exploring the city. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made the experience even more memorable. I would certainly recommend Riad Zayn & Spa to anyone visiting Marrakech and would happily stay here again.

Excellent Riad, tout neuf avec une décoration soignée. Bien situé danse un quartier calme de la Médina. Le personnel est très accueillant et au petit soin. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Lage ist am äußersten Rand der Medina. Betten sind klein und unbequem. Der große Pool unten ist eiskalt. Die Klima kühlt nicht 100%. Oben auf der Terrasse kann man sich nicht Sonnen, da dort Sonnenliegen aus Holz vorhanden sind, die viel Platz zwischen den Brettern haben.

Prachtige Riad. Zeer mooi aangekleed. Vriendelijk personeel die je goed helpen bij vragen. Het eten wat ze aanbieden is heerlijk.

Locatie was wat rustiger en om de drukte van de souks op te zoeken moest je toch wel 15 minuutjes lopen, maar was ook wel weer fijn om even geen drukte om je heen te hebben.

Loved absolutely everything about this property, it was too perfection, immaculately clean with wonderful relaxing vibe, with beautiful spa aromas, soft music and lovely pool. Bedrooms immaculate, comfortable and of good size. Food was so fresh, made to order and cooked to perfection.

Magnifique Ryad, raffiné ! un grand merci à Mohamed pour son accueil et sa sympathie. J’ai passé un excellent moment au spa, mille merci à Hayet pour le meilleur massage de ma vie ! Le Ryad est excentré de la place Jamel El fna mais idéal pour se ressourcer en fin de séjour.

No esta tan cercano a la plaza principal.. pedimos apoyo para un taxi y el conductor cobró 15€ pot un trayecto de 2 km . Solo un dia acudieron a hacer la limpieza. El desayuno muy pequeño

Riad davvero magico e super rilassante. Tutto curato in ogni particolare…l’arredamento, i colori, i profumi…un mix fantastico per farti sentire davvero in un mondo a parte. Personale gentilissimo e super accogliente. Mohamed, il direttore, una persona eccezionale; parla anche bene l’italiano. Appena arrivati ci hanno servito un buonissimo tè alla menta e degli arachidi salati. Le camere molto belle e accoglienti; dotate di ogni comfort (asciugacapelli, shampoo e bagnoschiuma) e asciugamani. Il riad ha una terrazza stupenda dove viene servita la colazione e anche la cena e si mangia davvero molto bene. Sulla terrazza, oltre che a sdraie, ombrelloni e una piccola piscina c’è anche l’hammam. Noi l’abbiamo fatto, insieme al massaggio ed è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa. Le ragazze davvero gentili e simpatiche.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad. The property was beautiful, full of charm, and very well maintained. The staff was extremely warm, welcoming, and always prompt in helping with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

The bathroom was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The only minor issue was that water in tended to pile up a little after shower use.

Génial ! Le personnel est au petit soin. Mention particulière pour Ayoub qui est adorable et de bons conseils. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans le Riad. Bon emplacement à 20’ à pied des souk. Le taxi peut venir vous chercher jusqu’à l’hôtel si besoin. Petit dej très copieux. J’ai même eu le droit à une petite attention dans la chambre à l’occasion de mon anniversaire. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Le Riad est calme, loin de l’effervescence de la médina. Manque un peu d’isolation dans les chambres. Mais rien de grave :)

J’ai apprécié la propreté du riad, la gentillesse du personnel, toujours respectueux et souriant, ainsi que la beauté des lieux.

Le lit était un peu petit, donc pas très confortable. L’emplacement rendait les trajets en taxi un peu compliqués, même pour être déposés. Il y avait également beaucoup de règles concernant le bruit et le calme, ce qui donnait une ambiance assez stricte. C’est bon à savoir si vous recherchez quelque chose de plus libre et détendu, comme dans un hôtel classique.

It was a beautiful Riad, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in Marrakesh. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was tasty and we ate lunch there one of the days and it was scrumptious. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Très joli Riad bien décoré. Personnel très gentil et attentionné. Le rooftop est top. Le petit dej est très bon. Le riad est en dehors de la Médina et don au calme. Il est à 10-15mn à pied de la Médina.

La chambre que nous avions au rez-de-chaussée était un peu sombre et mal insonorisée mais juste en face de la piscine donc top.

posizione ottima, la piazza centrale El- Fnna é facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15-20 min percorrendo la strada principale! Il Riad è un'oasi bellissima moderna ma allo stesso tempo tipica e autentica, situata nel cuore della Medina. C'è una terrazza spettacolare sul tetto con vista mozzafiato e una piscina con comodi lettini dove poter gustare il cocktail della casa. Letto comodissimo! Stanza bella e pulita!

l'unica pecca è stata che la nostra camera dava sul patio interno vista piscina (interna), quindi si sentiva tutto quello che dicevano le persone accomodate nelle sdraio... anche per questo motivo la camera era un po' umida....Per il resto voto 9 +... comoda, pulita, spaziosa, con tutti i comfort!

Красивый риад, все,как на фото, красивый и большой номер. Две раковины. Кровать для двоих ну слишком мала.

В ванну и туалет совсем нет двери. Очень шумно, слышно персонал, других людей, слышны щелчки, уборка, как персонал ходит, как открываются и закрываются любые двери по всему риалу. Спать абсолютно невозможно. Расположение отеля очень отдаленное, район рабочих, идти далеко до Медины, страшно, поскольку какие-то закоулки, темно, разрушенные в части здания, район похож на трущобы. Данный район в последующем не выбрала бы. Пришли после прогулки в риад около 22, основная дверь закрыта, пришлось долго стучать и ждать. Жили в другом риаде, нам давали ключи от основной двери, и не приходилось никогда беспокоить и самим нервничать.

Vom ersten Moment Ihrer Ankunft an fühlen Sie sich wohl. Jedes Detail zeugt von Großzügigkeit, Herzlichkeit und aufrichtiger Fürsorge. Der Ort ist nicht ganz zentral aber sehr ruhig gelegen und alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Das RIAD liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend aber alles ist zufuß erreichbar. Würde das nächste Mal wieder hier her kommen
