Camera piccola e poco pulita. Porta spazzolini con muffa. Ventilatore sporchissimo. Bagno essenziale e pressione dell’acqua irregolare. Le finestre sul balcone non si possono aprire dal pomeriggio per via degli insetti. Colazione con caffè pessimo, pane bianco tostato, frutta e omelette. Se si paga con carta applicano una maggiorazione del 3%. La notte si sentono fino a tardi i rumori e la musica del locale a fianco. Non ci tornerò mai più!

The view from the room at sunset and sunrise. The team tried their best to make our experience as comfortable as they could. It's a basic hotel but neat and delivers on what it promises.

The location is on a small hill and such that many vehicles might not be able to get to the doorstep. We also had to use a tuk tuk for the last 100-150 mt to get our luggage from the car to the hotel. The food options were extremely limited.

Habitación poco amplia(tampoco pequeña), cama incómoda, baño muy cutre…para bajar/subir a la calle principal hay una buena cuesta. Desayuno de comida normal pero café pésimo.

Il personale è veramente stato super disponibile con noi. Colazione buonissima e l’hotel è posizionato in una posizione strategica per il centro, con una vista spettacolare!

El hotel está muy bien, muy cuidado. La habitación era amplia como en las imágenes. Tenía una red para los mosquitos en la cama, lo cual es muy útil para las noches. El desayuno estaba muy rico y el personal era muy amable y atento.

La ducha tenía poca presión de agua y la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado.

Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer/balkon. Het hotel ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het centrum. Het ligt iets hoger dus je loopt een weggetje omhoog. Het is er heerlijk rustig. S Ochtends wordt er een vers ontbijt voor je gemaakt.

abbiamo soggiornato tre notti qui ad Ella, buona posizione, comoda al centro con tutti i ristoranti, anche se un pò in altura. Staff gentile e disponibile, avevamo una camera standard davvero piccola. colazione tipica ed essenziale servita su una terrazza con una bella vista sulle piantagioni di thè. Solo un pò lento il servizio, ed a volte avevamo escursioni programmate e poco tempo e non potevamo aspettare lì un'ora. ma tutto sommato non male.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, servizio tuk tuk da e verso il centro di ella incluso, comodo per il centro e per raggiungere la stazione, camera spartana ma confortevole per una notte, dotata di zanzariera, ottima colazione sulla terrazza con vista sul verde.

Poca pressione dell’acqua in bagno e attesa per avere acqua calda.

Servizio di pulizie della camera assolutamente da rivedere. Per raggiungerlo bisogna fare una salita buia di sera con una piccola parte nel fango/terra.

Het personeel was echt super vriendelijk. Gaven tips over de omgeving en wilden je graag helpen. We hadden een kamer geboekt met bedbank en matras op de grond maar kregen een kamer met 2 grote bedden, top! Balkon ook erg lekker. Dicht bij het centrum gelegen, paar minuutjes lopen.

De kamer was op zich prima maar weinig ruimte voor de tassen of om wat neer te kunnen leggen. Maar dat zijn maar kleine dingen

Stayed here for one night, perfect for a short stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast freshly prepared and served in the morning was very nice. A short walk down the hill and you are out on the Main Street of the town.

De ligging van het hotel is zeer centraal. Dicht bij de straat met allemaal restaurantjes en winkels

Als ik echt iets moet verzinnen zou het handig zijn om een klein koelkastje op de kamer te hebben

Good stay here. Up a slight hill if you are planning to walk there but it was okay. 5 minute walk to the train station and very close to town and good restaurants.

The room was very spacious and clean, and there were no insects. The breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the town, although it’s located on a hill, which wasn’t a problem.

The only downside was that the water pressure was quite weak. There was no TV or air conditioning. There was no safe in the room for storing valuables.

The guys working there were fantastic. Very friendly and a lot of help. Very close to city centre but nestled away so it was very quiet as well.

Dining area is a relaxing place to be at night if you want peace and quiet. Breakfast is relatively good (Sri Lankan style).

Mobiele airco schakelde zichzelf uit in 2 uur, dus het was erg warm in de kamer.

Escritura El trato del personal fue excelente, siempre muy atentos y pendientes de todo. El desayuno también estuvo muy bien, con tostadas, tortilla, fruta, zumo y café. Además, nos lo trajeron puntualmente a la habitación. Para el precio que tenía, la habitación estaba limpia y disponía de jabón y toallas. Tanto el alojamiento como el personal son muy humildes y hacen que te sientas muy a gusto. La relación calidad-precio es excelente y la ubicación también es muy buena, ya que se puede llegar andando fácilmente al centro.

Me gustó casi todo y el personal es encantador. El desayuno es bueno y la terraza tiene vistas muy bonitas. Puedes pagar con tarjeta. A la salida me llevaron a la estación.

The hotel environment is wonderful and peaceful, beautifully located right in the middle of local farms. It offers a great escape, but guests should be aware that the road to reach the property is quite difficult to navigate. I highly recommend arriving before dark. Super fijne locatie op 8min lopen ofs van de hoofdstraat. Dit vonden wij wel heel prettig, omdat zonder eigen tuktuk en er geen werkende PickMe is. Kamer was netjes en schattig mooi aangekleed, daarnaast was en een hele lieve jongeman die ons hielp en het verblijf helemaal afmaakte. Voelde zo als thuiskomen

The approach road to the property is a a bit steep. And dark. Difficult to drive up in a car. Tuktuk can manage. Walking up in the rain can be a bit trikcy

The location was ideal but Wifi was virtually nonexistent. Breakfast was basic and limited. Staff were good.

95% of the time NO Wifi, basic breakfast and only tea/coffee. No water or juices available for people who don’t drink tea/coffee. No Aircon only a fan. Wouldn’t want to be here in summer.

The breakfast was good! Location a bit outside but still reachable. Quite pricy for what it ended up being.

Very good location and close to the city. The breakfast was good, and everything was very clean. If it’s not raining, you can easily walk there. However, be aware that the hotel is not accessible by car, so you’ll need to walk a short distance to reach it. And thanks to Sana for his service !

We booked last minute and everyone was so kind and accommodating. The breakfast was huge. Every person working was dressed in a big smile and very polite to us.

Tudo muito limpo,quarto grande e confortável,ótimo café da manhã,excelentes funcionários.

Nicely decorated, extremly clean and big rooms. Delicious breakfast and well located in the center of Ella Town. The hotel is at the end of a hilly road but they offer free-of charge tuk tuk transfer to main-road. Especially Sandeep and all other staff was extremely helpful and cheerful. I have been treated as a true guest in the house rather than a customer.

I can only recommend putting a regular air conditioner in the room, rahter than evaporative cooler. It was April when I have stayed and I did not feel uncomfortable but a regular A/C might be needed during hotter months. I have given 9/10 only for lack of A/C, to be fair. Otherwise this accomodation is 10/10 from all other aspects.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très attentionné. La chambre était simple et confortable nous avions même un lit bébé. La situation est parfaite a moins de10 minutes a pieds de la ville . Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant et à l'écoute des hôtes. Le meilleur rapport qualité prix . Je vous recommande cet hôtel... Merci pour ce séjour
