The securities were rude and not really helpful There were missing things on the room such as towels,bin and toilet paper The care taker should update the guests about the OTP earlier before the check in time.

We were unable to check in at the Facility as were didn't have an access code to the Entrance gate. The owners never communicated even after several calls, WhatsApp messages and sms when we arrived. We were left stranded after the booking was made and the funds transfered via Booking.com. I'm still struggling to get a refund for the accommodation booking.

I wish the staff would change the bath towels daily. We had difficulty with the door of the one room open but at least one of the staff was kind enough to assist.

Setting for 6 persons was not always there.

The distance from the Om Die Dam. The place is in a beautiful location, but far away from the start of Om Die Dam. The distance is to the start of the race is misleading, it says 2kms from the start but the 2kms is cutting through the Dam, but it takes 23minutes to reach the destination by car, because we have to travel around the dam and go on the other side to reach the property.

We experienced major delays in response from the hosts. No communication was made prior to the stay and we were only told about needing a code at the entrance of Kosmos Village. It seemed as though the hosts were not prepared for our stay as basic supplies such as toiletries and brew kit. Place requires maintenance in terms of plumbing as the showers were overfilling. Only one air-conditioner was available in the common room, no fans/coolers in the rooms.

I was not pleased with having to park my car outside the garage, and in future I would recommend that a carport be provided. I also experienced difficulties opening and closing the door to my room.

The room was too small and its facing the pool there was no privacy at all. It was soo hot when we open the curtains we were being exposed because other tenants were swimming and the air corn was on strong. We couldn’t sleep at night the way it was hot, I felt like I was suffocating. We left the following day due to the heat. I booked for 2 nights but we spent 1 night

The lady who cleans never considered us, We requested for parking and she told us it was already booked on first come first serve. Those people left and she gave the new tenants the garage key again, only when we were left with 1 day we got the key. Towels were not changed, we did our own dishes, and mat was not cleaned for the duration of the stay.

For a 6 sleeper there wasn't enough plates and glasses. The pool is really deep if you can't swim you can't enjoy it We were are were of the noise level and we kept it to minimum but it looks like we're were expected not to talk to each other after 10pm
