*There is an unpleasant smell throughout the property. * There are quite a few spiders. * The water supply keeps being shut off. The toilet, in particular, had no water last night, although the taps were working. * The shower door is broken and does not close properly, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor when showering. * There is also a safety concern with the sliding door sheet/cover. It is hazardous I have almost fallen over it several times. * The outdoor table is also far too small. We couldn’t comfortably sit outside and dine because there isn’t enough space to put our drinks, snacks, or food on the table. A proper-sized outdoor dining table would make the outside area much more usable.

The Stuff where smelling armpits. More especially the Zimbabwean girl by the name of Tinzayi and the boy who helped us to carry the bags, the boring part this are the same people who are preparing food for guests, The bed is not Comfortable and the basin tap is broken

The bathroom basin taps were completely loose and very difficult to open and close. The plug point falling apart. There was no dinner or bar facilities for the extreme price of the room.

On our arrival there was no electricity and we were told an hour before check in which I feel it was unfair cause electricity was off for few days. They were supposed to be honest with us that they don't have electricity for days so that we must come prepared.

No warm water for showering. The admin said it was due to being fully booked. The wash basin was also blocked, struggled to clean the basin after brushing my teeth in the morning.

No one even called to confirm at least if it was procedure

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026We stayed here last month and overall had a great experience. The views are absolutely stunning and were one of the highlights of the property. The location is also very convenient, with many popular attractions situated nearby. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and cleaning service, which added great value to our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax.
The only downside was that some of the plugs were not working, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly during winter. These are issues that should be addressed to improve the guest experience.

They did not manage drunk visitors very well, a second night after check-in there was a group of unruly drunk characters who made noise just outside our room the whole night, though there are clear signs prohibiting noise making-That situation could have been handled better by management and it was not. Also the hidden fees behind the boat cruise- this should be clearly indicated on the AD

Noise. We were restricted from having a good laugh during a soccer game(before 20h00) in the tv room, however, other guests arrived the next day and they played their music so loud until midnight and that was not an issue even after we complained.

The cleanliness, the smell, the dirt, the lack of cleaning leading to almost at least 40 spiders runninhg across the floor, we found them everywhere. It smelt like sewerage and mould. Mould and water damage everywhere inside. Badly designed room making it uncomfortable. Your bed and window is right on the water, but people stay above you so they walk past your bed looking through the window all the time
