Great location, not too far from supermarkets etc. Beautiful view of the water and sunset! Interior felt modern, check-in & out was easy, team were a delight to work with—super fast comms!

I found the accommodation to be quite small, would be ideal for 2-3 adults max. Not very kid-friendly. I don’t think a cot should be offered if there isn’t anywhere to put it except for out in the lounge & latch on front door would be a good safety measure. Washer worked great but would not dry our clothes, oven wouldn’t heat up for us either & there were no clear instructions for either in the orientation booklet. They warn in the booklet that they offer the bare necessities & it’s true lol. Think it may need a little more to make the stay more efficient / comfortable rather than telling people to buy their own stuff if it’s a short stay.

It was much smaller than what it appeared in the photos, so definitely quite tight spaces esp the bedroom and bathroom. In saying that it has everything you need and the size isn't a big negative :)

The process to get the door code was horrid. I was required to provide credit card details, photograph my drivers licence front and rear and send a selfie, why on earth do they require my selfie! Then I was required to either pay (an additional) $50 for insurance, or allow the property owner to access $200 from my credit card and hold it for five days. Had I known I had to go through that process I’d have booked elsewhere. It’s too hard people, the property owners simply need honour the booking and provide an access code.

Great location central to everything in Tauranga. Very clean modern unit with lovely views. Good separation of bedrooms-1 upstairs and I downstairs - each with a bathroom. A bit noisy at night with traffic on the busy road below but not too bad. Comfy beds and good kitchen area.

The apartment was clean and beautifully renovated. The view from the balcony (apartment 15) was fantastic. It would be a great place to stay for a week or 2.

Beautiful view of the sunset, lovely interior with super comfy mattresses and amazing shower-heads (the mist function was so relaxing!). We had plenty of space for a family of 4, and the kitchen was great. Having heat pumps/AC in the living room and downstairs bedroom was necessary to keep the fam comfortable, as this home gets so much light during the day that it gets HOT in there. Location was super close to incredible restaurants and places of interest, though better to drive a few minutes than walk 15-20 minutes along busy roads if you have kids. Felt very secure in this accommodation and there’s room for a vehicle in the enclosed garage (though an extremely tight squeeze!). We enjoyed our stay.

Check-in/out procedure and ongoing messages sent to us throughout our 1-night stay felt overly complicated, and the tone made us feel nervous we’d lose our deposit for the tiniest mess, stain, or open (barred 2nd story) window. We are very tidy, meticulous people but felt like we had to be hyper-vigilant while staying here, which impacted our ability to relax. Considering the price of this accommodation, we were surprised to see it lacking in a few areas. Despite very comfortable mattresses, the pillows on the beds were very lumpy and uncomfortable. I was grateful to have brought my own pillow. Other than toilet paper (plenty of it) there were no other paper products, such as paper towels or tissues. The host guidelines are extremely clear on not leaving a mess behind, yet they left us with only a couple of very small rags to use to dry dishes, dry hands, AND use to clean up in the kitchen. We cooked one bacon and eggs meal and felt very stressed about how to properly clean up after. Perhaps the host can supply a roll of paper towels so guests can easily ensure cleanliness standards are met, or notify us to bring our own. Additionally, there was use of a washer/dryer but no detergent. We ended up having to buy our own. Most places I’ve stayed will supply at least enough detergent for guests to do a load or two so that travellers don’t have to carry around detergent. Great machine though! Lastly, this accommodation needs a warning about how extremely tight the parking is. The unit is on the end of a very narrow long driveway with barely any room to get out of the extremely small garage, which is where you are meant to park. I drive a medium sized vehicle and we struggled immensely to get out, so I imagine anyone in larger vehicles will not fit. We loved staying in this accommodation, but would likely not return again just simply because of how anxious the parking situation made us, unless we were in a smaller car.

Very nice little place for an overnight stay in Tauranga. The apartment is cosy with limited space, but in new condition and is well appointed. The bedrooms are tight, but perfectly fine for an overnight ‘in-transit’ stay.

The entire apartment if surprisingly tight, with little space available in the bedrooms for our family of four. This wouldn’t be much of a problem if you were staying one or two nights only, but I think it would get pretty cramped if staying longer.

We loved the view from the living room and deck area! Inside the decor was pretty and we appreciated having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. The main beach was a short drive / uber away and offered beautiful beaches, hiking trails, and lots of different restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Two very minor points for improvement: it would be helpful to have screens on windows and doors so that we could enjoy the fresh air and breeze from the harbor without letting insects in. It also would have been helpful to have paper towels in the kitchen so that we can more easily keep the area clean as we cook.

I had a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and I really appreciated the small touches that made it feel welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and fast, which made check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again in the future. 🌟

If you have a big car like us, it's still possible to park in the garage but you'll need skills. You can also park at the end of the driveway without any problems.

Extremely disappointing experience with this property management. They asked for unnecessary personal ID documents that felt excessive and intrusive. On top of that, you're forced to either buy a $75 damage insurance policy or put down a $200 deposit—which, by the way, takes forever to be returned. The house itself is new but poorly built. Everything feels cheap and cramped. The downstairs bathroom fan is ridiculously loud—turning it on is enough to wake up the entire house. To make things worse, the neighbors are noisy. Overall, not worth the money or the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for peace of mind or quality living.

We found the navigation of the tv very frustrating. It kept saying no internet connection. Being mid 70’s we struggled with clarification and folk would benefit from written instructions. The loo paper could be of better quality.

Extremely comfortable, well-appointed apartment. Great views over the river. There was a bit of confusion accessing the apartment. However, the staff were brilliant, and we gained access with their help. Well kitted out. Located a short walk from town, it took us 10 minutes. Parking for car outside the apartment. Would highly recommend.

Very minor point, put some egg cups in the cupboard. Air con not in the main bedroom upstairs, if we had realised before unpacking we would have stayed in the bedroom downstairs, there was a fan in the upstairs bedroom, but you could only place it by the bed side table, as it didn't have a long enough lead to be placed further away, and a little noisy. But this did not affect our stay one bit.

The property is modern and well equipped with all you need. The check-in process was easy.

We were looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of nights for a family luncheon and this was absolutely perfect. We commend the owners for the standard and we certainly recommend it to anyone else be it a short or long stay. Very handy to the city.

Great location, great view, cosy. Perfect size for 3 of us. Hosts very responsive with messages and checked in to make sure everything was OK. Instructions for everything was clear and easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The property was clean, modern and perfect for 3 adults. The location was great - we did book according to where we needed to be so we weren't too bothered about not being near the CBD or the water. If you have a large car the parking is fine, you just probably can't use the garage as it's a bit small and turning around would be tight. But you can park right out front of this apartment so it's great. The view of the estuary from the lounge is nice, even in rainy weather. Easy to find and get to.

The pillows are pretty bad like would have been better off using a cushion off the couch. The other issue is that this property is run by a separate company to the other ones so when the immediate neighbours were having a party/loud music at 1am in the morning nothing could be done. Noise control wouldn't do anything, the people who run this apartment aren't from Tauranga, they were quick to respond though, and gave me the number for the other company who never answered texts or phone calls so in the end I had to go next door and ask them to turn the music down which resulted in the neighbours being a bit angry and making silly loud bangs against our wall. The noise only stopped at 2am, so pretty annoying. Looking at reviews it appears this is not the first time the other apartments have been loud. I wouldn't stay here again because of this. Shouldn't have to self manage noisey neighbours.

Size of room was a bit small. Parking access was difficult for a large car. Garage size was fine for the large car.

The noise from the highway

The location for us was great as we needed to be near the skin clinic for surgery the following morning. I’d really recommend this as a place to stay when people need a place for this purpose. It was very comfortable with a great kitchen and supplies . We liked that there was a garage to park in . Entry by code was convenient and easy. The beds were comfortable and shower excellent.

The location was so convenient, beautiful view and the property was so clean and homey.

Only issue was the door sometimes wouldn't open well when the pin was entered, very fidly.

Maybe an extra blanket for each room would be nice for people who don’t like sleeping with the heating on. Downstairs bathroom fan was quite noisy for people upstairs.

We had the most amazing and relaxing time at the property - beds are comfortable, and a plus to have 2 separate bathrooms which was very convenient. We were lucky enough the sun was out the whole 3 days we were there (our friends from Ohauiti said it was just raining in Tauranga days before we came) and those beautiful sunset views from the deck were a treat! We will definitely be back. Thank you Levi and Jordan for always being prompt in answering our queries.

What a hidden gem right in the city so easy to get around being so close to the cbd, yet felt like you were in a quiet seaside suburb with amazing views. Better than a hotel room and excellent value for money.

We had 2 towels for 4 people lucky we had our own towels that was the only issue we had

The property is very clean and stylish, we went on a girl's trip to Tauranga from Auckland and loved the interior and convenient location of this property.

The only thing (which is no fault of the hosts) is that this is a semi detached property, there was a party going on next door both nights which was a bit annoying.

A beautifully decorated and clean and tidy unit with modern appliances. We were very comfortable and warm with the sun streaming in and perfectly made beds with lovely white linen. We loved the beautiful view and being able to step outside onto the deck to enjoy it. The location was perfect as well, being so handy to everything. Having a locked garage with internal access was also a real bonus.

Just a very minor things... my husband couldn't find a cup that would fit the coffee machine and there were ants which we thought was unusual for such a lovely new apartment. We did you the spray and that worked.
