Great stay! Really gorgeous vibe at the property and the staff were really nice also. The breakfast was so good!

Everything! A beautiful guesthouse, very warm and welcoming staff. The room is very aesthetic and well planned. The bed was extremely comfortable and the quality of the bedding and pillows was great. The bathroom is very well laid out and quality products are provided. The larder is a fab touch!

We couldn't get the window open but the aircon was sufficient. A 12oc check out would be an absolute cherry on the cake!

Absolutely beautiful hotel , amazing interior and also lovely spa area . Spa treatments were first class . Made even better by the added extra of the pantry with little sweet treats and drinks to help yourself to ….. seaside views from the outdoor terrace

We had some issues with the heating but the staff were very helpful in trying to sort this out for us.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. They really made a special effort with my 5 year old daughter. We had a lovely stay. It felt very special. The pantry and the toys for my daughter to play with during our stay were lovely touches. The decor was beautiful.

Location, friendly staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast is delish and dinner was lovely. Dog friendly to the max. I specifically enjoyed the walk in pantry filled with sweets and snacks.

The hotel is a mixture of modern and retro. When booking a place to say, this hotel had a unique feel where each room was different. The staff were very kind and very eager to help and care for you whilst staying there. We stayed in a small double room and it was the perfect size for staying in after spending the day exploring Brighton. The location is perfect along the seafront with a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. They even have a pantry full of delicious sweets, homemade cakes, fruit and even dog treats- all complimentary.

Loved the style, the location, it wasn’t ’try hard’ just a nice and relaxed place to stay where you knew nothing would be too much trouble. The pantry and the spa win hands down.

It was on the higher side in terms of costs for the area.

Facilities and design is fantastic, high end taps, lighting, radio and even vinyl player in the room were super nice. Beds are comfortable. Staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. And what about secret pantry!

I would rate a la carte breakfast as 7, slightly tasteless, no selection of vegetables. But coffee was really good.

Beautifully decorated, cute terrace, some helpful staff, lovely location by the sea.

A bit hit and miss with the quality of the staff. We had told them it was our anniversary yet we were put in quite a disappointing room, with an ugly view. A a small celebratory gesture would have been thoughtful, given the price of the room, but we received nothing. Have visited the Bath & Margate hotels quite a few times so I was looking forward to trying Brighton, but this one felt by far quite underwhelming.

Absolutely fabulous

It was so pretty and clean. I loved the sweetie bar and the communal areas were so nice to sit in too. The bed was so comfortable and the room was gorgeous. The food was delicious with tasty breakfasts, snacks and meals. The coffee was good too and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a spa treatment when I was there and it was just perfect, so relaxing.

I loved everything. I would advise to book your spa treatments ahead of your stay as it was very booked up so I was very lucky to get a last minute massage.

Beautiful , cosy styling and chic interior . Lovely well thought out rooms . Comfortable beds . Perfect air conditioning. Absolute brilliant staff who went above and beyond for us .

Staff were absolutely delightful. Friendly, warm and accommodating of our requirements. Best of all they loved our little dog and made a fuss of her. Both bedroom and the overall interiors is beautiful and very thoughtful throughout. Little places to sit and relax, a stylish terrace looking out to the sea with comfortable seating and a pantry filled with sweets, crisps, popcorn and fruit was such a nice touch.

I would have liked a small vanity kit in the bathroom to contain a shower cap, that would have been handy and I cannot speak for all of the rooms but we found the bed too small for us. Would upgrade next time to have a Super-king. The food in the restaurant was not at the same level of quality as the rest of the hotel.

Hotel’s location and the beach view from the room. And the pantry stocked with gummy candies, potato chips and popcorn, a good idea for families with children.

There was a lot of dust in the room, particularly on the record player, the dresser, the lamps. Although all the breakfast items were of excellent quality, the selection felt somewhat limited, with little opportunity for seconds - even the coffee. The orange juice was not freshly squeezed, and the coffee was served cold. No one came to offer a refill, which was disappointing. There was also no sparkling wine available, and considering the room cost 400€ per night, I believe that would have been a reasonable addition.

Stylish, central, extremely comfortable hotel with utterly delightful staff on reception. Bed was fabulous. Aircon fab.

Bathroom could have been a tad cleaner. Toothpaste splashes on tiles around sink which shouldn’t have been missed but these things happen.

Personal war super freundlich, unser Zimmer war sogar schon ready als wir angekommen sind (früher als Check-in Zeit), das Zimmer hatte sogar ein Dyson Ventilator. Es war ruhig, man konnte das Fenster aufmachen, für frische Luft, das Badezimmer war gross. Würden wir definitiv wieder buchen!

Das ist keine Beschwerde, sondern eher ein Feedback. Es gab fast keine Ablagefläche im Badezimmer. Ich hab immer alles wieder ins Necessaire zurück gelegt.

The ambience and the decor of the property were amazing

We stayed in a beautiful double sea view room and absolutely loved it. The room was stylishly decorated with lots of thoughtful touches, including a record player, binoculars to make the most of the sea view, and the radio already playing when we arrived, which created such a warm welcome. The tea and coffee machine was a lovely addition too. We also really liked having access to the pantry with complimentary sweets and snacks – it’s a fantastic touch that makes the stay feel extra special.

Probably easier to answer what we didn't like... This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The entire design of the hotel is beautiful and the room we stayed in made it difficult to leave. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and the record player was a nice touch indeed. There is a pantry where guests can help themselves to delicious drinks, sweets, snacks and fruit and if that isn't enough, the restaurant and bar are absolutely perfect. The breakfast was luxurious and delicious in every way. Hats off to the kitchen team and the bar staff!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Thoughtful touches, great amenities and friendly staff. Loved loved loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Only thing is slight noise from room above in the night but this is just a hotels in general problem I think.

It’s a beautiful hotel, opposite the beach with really friendly helpful staff. We had a great stay there and would definitely visit again

If I could take the bed and drop into my own home I would! The staff went over and above to ensure the stay was outstanding. Perfect location, perfect staff, immaculate and the record player for me was a big hit. Loved breakfast in bed. Games night with my wee boy was so lovely and Luke the barman made some awesome cocktails. Super happy with my stay so will definitely be back!!

The locaation was spot on. the hotel was unique and sophicated. The pantry was a maralous idea, which our party loved. The beds were oneof the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in,hence a marlous sleep. The terrace at the front so lovely, sitting and watching the sea and people

I would have liked more choice with the cearals and cold meats - the breakfast appeared to be portion controlled.

The shower was very difficult to work - ended up having a freezing cold shower thinking it was broken.

It was conveniently located for shopping and an evening concert at the Dome Powerful shower, tea and coffee, and for a change a room with a socket near the mirror for drying hair.

We loved our stay at no. 124. Every nook and cranny filled with a piece of gorgeousness, be it great artwork or an interesting lamp .. loved the complimentary walk in larder filled with jars of sweets and snacks! Roast dinner in the restaurant was delicious, again, great atmosphere, friendly staff. The room was just perfect, second floor views of the west pier and promenade - great to watch the world go by in such comfort. Overall home from home feel delivered with a massive dash of lux to make you feel special. Beautiful and well considered interior design, we’ll be checking out Margate next for sure!

Great location, bed extremely comfortable and dressing gown & towels soft and luxurious. We had the smallest room as this was for a nights stay and was perfect. Also highly recommend the breakfast and staff.

I was surprised that toiletries limited to hand wash/ shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner/ moisturiser. This was a fabulous scent but no shower cap, although this might have been available at reception I did not check.

Wow! What a place to stay. Everything at No.124 has been very well considered and the decor and finishings are all to a high standard. Everything has been thought through and carefully considered. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The pantry is such a nice touch and it really made our stay even more comfortable, particularly for my husband who loves a midnight snack. I'd love to return and stay again here again, it was the perfect getaway.

We asked for a later check out and had to pay a charge. It was only for one hour later and perhaps the fee to extra time ratio could be reviewed. Nonetheless we were happy to pay it for one more hour in a very comfy bed :)
