Aucun descriptif reçu pour arriver avant le jour J On découvre qu’il faut trouver une boîte à clé, puis un code, puis l’appartement…et une autre famille étaient dans le même cas avant Matelas totalement inconfortable pour le lit double, un morceau de bois Appartement sale et les photos sont bien plus jolies que la réalité

I truly enjoyed my stay in this unit and will definitely consider booking it again for my next trip to Melaka. The view from the unit was extraordinary — especially the river cruise! I strongly recommend this place for all types of travellers. There were four of us, and the owner thoughtfully provided two extra foldable beds along with a sofa bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. It really felt like home — super cozy and welcoming. I would give them a *10+ star rating* if I could! The owner also prepared a detailed PDF guide to help guests easily access the unit, from parking to the room — very clear and helpul

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025The room is very clean & spacious, it accommodated 5 of us beautifully. It has a great view of Melaka River & the surroundings as far the sea. Breakfast at The Leparks at Jaya 99 is quite decent.
It was raining on our second night, water sieve through the joints of glass wall & it wet the floor while we were sleeping. Since it is a homestay, I expect there is stove for at least simple cooking, but there was none. Free car parking is not provided. You have to pay to park it at Jaya 99 building next door, and I have to drive up all the way to level 5.

Malgré les nombreux commentaires pointant les fuites dans la salle de bains, rien n'est réparé. Il y a donc de l'eau partout. Problème évident d'entretien des équipements, il y a de la moisissure partout. TV ne fonctionne pas. Mauvaise odeur. Sol moyennement lavé.

Problemas de fugas en el WC y lavabo desde el momento de entrar al apartamento, falta de mantenimiento. A tener en cuenta q después del checking a las 11 no hay opción de dejar el equipaje en ningún sitio.

The place is a bit worn out. One bed and pillows are extremely hard. The smell comes from the bathroon and kitchen sewage.

Un problème d'eau entre la chasse des WC et une fuite au niveau du mitigeur du lavabo de la sdb. Propreté moyenne.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2025The location is nice. It is located within The Pines hotel but so much more affordable. We checked in on a Sun. We could take a water taxi at Jonker Walk enjoying the sights, stop at The Pines and walk right up to the accomodation. Cool! The place is nice just as the photos advertised. Bed linen & towels are clean and so is the whole place. The unit is big so we did not feel crammed.
Nothing really, except some minor maintenance issues which was brought to the attention of the host. it would be nice to be able to check out at 12 instead of 11 esp when we are checking out during weekday.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2025The property lacks essential facilities. The TV remote was not functioning, and although you advertised Netflix and remote games in the pictures, neither were available. We were only able to access basic TV channels, limited to TV1 and a Mandarin channel. Regarding cleanliness, there is visible mold between the sink and the ceiling that needs to be addressed. Also, please update and be consistent with the check-out time. Your PDF states 12 PM, but upon arrival, the label in the unit says 11 AM, which caused confusion. As a guest, I believe in providing honest feedback. This review is not meant to discredit anyone, but to reflect my genuine experience. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing stay. I hope improvements can be made for future guests. Thank you.

We had some Wi-Fi issues, but the staff was very quick to respond over WhatsApp and came over to our room quickly to resolve the problem. I’m very impressed by the level of customer service they provide.

1. Carpet tends to cause tripping especially the office chair moving also when walking to the sitting or bed. 2. The shower head leaks & flows out of direction. (may be could just replaced) 3. W.C's handheld bidet will be good to have press control rather than control from valve directly. Suggestion: It would be great if the parking fee could be subsidised... perhaps 50%?

Reviewed Sep 30, 2024Lovely view and great location by the river. Malacca river cruise station is a 3 minutes walking distance away. Kg Mortem is just across the river. Easy check in/out process.
Parking is at the next building(Jaya 99) and you have to pay for it. It was quite difficult to get a parking lot at level 2. You have to go to level 5. And there is no covered walkway to the Pines from Jaya 99 which is abt 30m.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2024The location is great, close to the river and very pleasant to walk along, and there is a Vietnamese noodle restaurant just a 5 minute walk away that is both cozy and tasty for seniors who aren't too used to the local food and want to have a lighter meal.The staff was great and communication was smooth .
There isn't enough light at the bedside in the room,it’s rather dim. Disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and other items are not provided, so please remember to bring enough for yourself.
