Reviewed Sep 13, 2026I loved the actual unit. It was fantastic. Location is great. Roomy and clean.
The entire building had 7 total fire alarms that went off. So we had to get out of rooms everything. It was at 11:30 on Wednesday night. It was 8:30 on Thursday night. 5:45 am on Friday morning, again at 12:20 pm on Friday afternoon, 2:52, 2:58; and again at 2:59. We ended up leaving on Friday night and checking into another hotel.

Reviewed May 13, 2025You actually get your key code prior to arrival. View was absolutely beautiful, condo was very clean and smelled good.
Instead of love seat there needs to be 2 recliners to make it better seating for those traveling with elderly and small children. My mother had to sit in a kitchen chair the whole time because she wasn't able to sit way back on the deep couch or loveseat. I had a 14 month old and no way to rock but we made do. The only suggestion is the floors were black, we had to keep shoes on.

When we called the office about an issue with the key pad the man who answered didn’t realize what an inconvenience this was. We couldn’t leave for the day because the door wouldn’t lock and all he said it that he’d put in a work order!

Reviewed Nov 10, 202460 ladybugs in the master bedroom, the worse mattress I have ever slept on in the master, tv was incredibly hard to use--no instructions, lamp without bulb, fire alarm went off at 12:30 am--management didn't answer phone (81 year old had to stand on a stool to disconnect), fireplace is none working, great location

Air conditioner the note saying not to go below 70 or we would have pay for repairs. Mattress were not comfortable. I am in a wheelchair and needed more handicap parking.
