Perfect location. Walk outside, jump on the transit. The studio was super functional for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Very large shower. We would stay here again. Great price for Vienna.

Ok, it's right above the subway. You will feel the train. We actually didn't mind, but some folks will. It was very difficult to find, despite the host's best efforts to make the directions clear. Once you get there though, no problem.

La posizione è eccezionale. L'appartamento è un una zona tranquilla ma a 5 minuti dalla metro, dalla fermata dei tram e anche dalla stazione obb. Vicinissima anche a supermercati e altri servizi. La struttura è nuova e abbastanza pulita!

In generale ci è piaciuto tutto, ma qualche piccolo appunto: le stoviglie sono contate per il numero massimo di ospiti, quando si viaggia con bambini farebbe comodo avere più disponibilità. Siamo stati sei giorni e avere una scopa o aspirapolvere nell'appartamento avrebbe fatto comodo, così come le istruzioni per la raccolta differenziata. Non conoscendo il tedesco, trovare tutte le indicazioni utili non è semplicissimo. Sicuramente molto più adatto ad una coppia o due tre amici, ma siamo comunque stati benissimo stando fuori tutto il giorno e facendo tappa per dormire, colazione e qualche cena.

Posizione assolutamente invidiabile a due passi dal centro ma essendo una via laterale non c'è nè traffico nè caos, nessun problema di sicurezza così come in tutta Vienna. La stanza dell'appartamento superior è grandissima con un letto king size. Lavastoviglie e macchina caffè compatibile Nespresso con due capsule per ogni elettrodomestico

Il tavolino per mangiare disposto in camera da letto. Dotazione delle stoviglie della cucina super basica. Bagno piccolissimo senza finestra e senza bidet. I cuscini sono due sacchi mezzi vuoti probabilmente pieni di piccoli pezzi di gommapiuma quindi ci si sprofonda dentro creando problemi alla schiena ed al collo, inadeguati nell'era del memory foam. Pulizia non prevista anche per 6 giorni e dotazione di due asciugamani a testa per tutto il soggiorno. Dotazione di carta igienica e scottex non adeguata per soggiorni lunghi. Personalmente non consiglio per soggiorni di più di tre giorni

Alloggio ampio e climatizzato con WC comodo e funzionante , l'immobile di nuova concezione si trova a 3 minuti dalla metro 4 e dai tram inoltre c'è un comodo supermercato nelle vicinanze

Il passaggio dei treni che passano praticamente sotto , il divano letto per 2 figli era un po' piccolo

Buena estancia en un barrio agradable y con servicios cerca (transporte, supermercados, bares), a pocas paradas de metro del centro de la ciudad. Apartamento muy nuevo y limpio, con todo lo necesario. Se agradece especialmente el aire acondicionado en verano. Había bastante aparcamiento libre justo delante del edificio pero no nos atrevimos a dejar el coche porque no teníamos claro si estaba permitido por lo que utilizamos un aparcamiento disuasorio (P+R Spittelau) a una parada de metro, por 4 €/día.

Podría mejorarse el equipamiento del apartamento con algún utensilio de limpieza (escoba, fregona) y básicos de cocina (aceite, azúcar...). Sofá cama un poco justo para dos adultos.

Hermoso el departamento. La ducha es excelente. Mucha intimidad y silencio.

Más luz sobre la mesa para comer, y mas luz en el sector de la cocina. Sentí que a lo mejor hace falta que entre más aire de afuera (ventilación).

Great location, very close to the metro station. Although the metro runs underneath the building, you can hear it occasionally, but the noise isn’t too disruptive. It was also easy to find free parking (at least on Saturday).

There are no blackout curtains, so the room gets bright early in the morning. The building uses centralized air conditioning, so you can’t control the fan speed yourself, just the temperature. The kitchen knives were very dull. The property feels like it was designed specifically for short-term rentals, with around 10 rental apartments in the building, which gives it a less personal atmosphere. The underfloor heating in the corridor and bathroom was constantly on even in the summer, so it was pretty hot.

Very quite,easy access to public transport.

Very spacious apartment with all home accessories needed for a short stay. Good ac system. Easy to get in, and very quiet. Coffee offered by the establishment. Nice location with easy access to public transportation (tram and U4 + local train station) and many shops/supermarkets open also on Sundays.

Хороший вариант жилья в Вене. Из этого района можно пешком дойти до многих достопримечательностей, рядом остановка общественного транспорта. Внутри есть все необходимое, стиральная машинка на этаже. Цена приемлемая для такого города как Вена.

Небольшая путаница при заселении, не поняли как попасть в здание.

It was realy good place warm great location.

Muito confortável e espaçoso. Tem transportes perto e é fácil ir ao centro de Viena. A cama é grande, confortável, e o apartamento tem as comodidades necessárias para uma deslocação a Viena. O local é silencioso, o que, para nós, é importante.

A luz dos candeeiros do pátio exterior, principalmente durante a noite, é incomodativa para quem tem dificuldades em dormir com claridade. A casa tem blackouts, mas mesmo assim deixam passar muita luz.

La posizione, appartamento spazioso e pulito. Presenze tutto il necessario per la cucina.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια. Η εξυπηρέτηση κι η καθαριότητα επίσης άψογα.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, molto vicino alla metro e i 10 minuti si è i centro. Anche arrivando dall'aeroporto co trenino e metro in 40 minuti si è nell'appartamento.

The location is very good because there is underground station nearby. The apartman is clean, the bed is very large and comfortable. We had really nice time staying at this apartment.

Very clean, spacious and nice space. We had all utilities available, including a washing machine and toaster. The parking was a little bit tricky to figure out, but very close to the apartment.

Trains pass under the building and you can feel it. the house shakes a little. but overall it's not bad

Fantastic place and facilities. Very comfortable and new. Walking distance to explore the city and museums.

It is very nice, clean, good location, as special bonus we get the parking fee returned. The beds are extra comfortable. good for sleep over when you are the whole day signtseeing. The keys were easy to find with the instructuons.

The noise from the underground train is bodering and you have no privacy when you would like to have some day light in the appartment, everybody walks by and allmost steps in trough the window-doors. The air is causing headache when the windows are closed trugh the day and you come at the eventing for sleep, The batroom has no window or vantilation so there is also bad air soon. After all it is everthing manageble, but absolutely necessary to get fresh air.

Completely fair apartmant exactly like on pictures. Everything is well explained for access, and contact with prompt answer for additional questions.

Parking in front of building only available for weekend, refund is possible from their side but garages are far away and only available from 0-24h stay. That is additional effort.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the metro and bus station, only a 3-5 minute walk away, and a few stops from the city center itself. The instructions for self check in are completely clear. The apartment corresponds to the attached photos and contains all the necessary facilities. A pleasant, spacious and very warm space. We hope to come back sometime.

i liked the new stuff and the bed was very comfortable, the sofa wasn’t so good of the comfort aspect

under the building is a train station. it was very loud and the building was vibrating.

the apartment was ok , clean and modern

the underground is filling so uncomfortable, has parking place in front of the building, we must park our car our side 5-10 min from the place on the official garage, we paid 18 euro for 3 days, after that we have received compensation.

Additional bed was too small for two adults.

The place is excelent for a fast transfer to the city center. We used a tram and it would take us around 10 minute's ride to get to the city hall. Underground train is also nearby but we haven't tried it.

The location has two disadvantages: 1. it faces out directly to a large patio, with lights on all night long into the windows 2. it neigbours a street with a tram line. The noise of a tram is one thing, but it's accompanied by vibrations which can be frequently sensed. The tram stops running around midnight and then starts again around 6-7 AM

close to tram station perfect location. Very comfortable. We found parking infront of the building it is free on weekends. Week days its is charged untill 22h buy ticket on kiosk

because the tram is so close every time it pases by the apartmant you hear the noise as it is going through the apartmant. They dont drive after midnight so it is ok for sleeping

The apartment looks good and matches the pictures

A couple of things that you will find out after you pay: 1. the parking is 8 (10 with a baby) minutes' walk from the apartment, 2. entrance code does not work. They say you should wait not more than 8 minutes. Not at freezing Saturday evening. It took us longer to get in. As a result, my toddler caught cold. 3. the apartment is on the first floor, so during the night, there are always people passing around and speaking. This does not help to fall asleep. Streetlights and no blackout curtains don't help either.

All was fine

No parking as advertised, we were told to park about 1 km away and they would reimburse us ...but still feels like they should not advertise that they have parking

It was very clean and comfortable. Comfortable parking spot. Location is excellent.

The location was excellent. it was so near to the Subway station, just 20 min to the center and 3 stops. The host was responsive. The first night of our stay was not very good because the Sofa that they provided for 2 people was very small and not suitable for 2 adults. The next day when we complained about it, They offered us another unit for free so 2 of us could go there and stay in another unit for the next 2 nights of our stay.

Because the location was so close to Subway Station, there was always a sound of Trains. another thing is when I wanted to reserve this place I ask for free parking. But the place didn't have free parking and there was a Garage nearby. So we parked our car there and we paid 15 EUR for 3 nights.
