the hosts did not respond to my many messages, we had problems and there was no one to talk to. we messaged with our requirements in advance, but they were not met. they also did not prepare enough beds for the amount of people in the booking, we had to end up BUYING bedlinen. the apartment was listed as single beds, but they were double beds

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025Locations is amazing, right in the city centre. The apartment is stunning, very big with 3 balconies.
Key collection was quite confusing and long, had to wait for 1.5 hours. Such a luxurious apartment could have better equiped kitchen – new dishes, cutlery, some stock of nespresso capsules, spices, and new kettle.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Excellent position for central Jerusalem. Large spacious living room and the balconies add such a great space. Having parking in that area is essential so that was helpful.
It could have been cleaner- it needed a more thorough clean before we arrived (especially since we pay for cleaning when we leave).
