This is my 2nd stay in the apartment. Good Location. As it connected to the mall. Easy for us to get grocery shopping and needs.

so far, I have not found anything that I don't like. hopefully it stays the same for our future stay.

It was a con. Ask to transfer money for security deposit and I have transferred but keep saying not transferred and never confirmed my accommodation. Appreciated the close proximity to shops and food! Smooth key retrieval and we received instructions on avoiding unnecessary parking payment. Apartment was clean and had adequate amenities for the stay. Bed was comfortable and sheets felt clean. Had electric kettle and hairdryer.

Suggestion for a map to help locate the correct entrance to the apartment block from the allocated carpark lot. We were not familiar with the place and took a long time trying different doors. Some of the power outlets were not working, as such the ?previous user had unplugged the wifi router. We had our own data plan so this was not too big a concern, however other travellers might need it.

Location is great

1) Toilet light not working though they did replace it 1 hour after I reported it. 2) The pipe underneath the toilet basin was so badly corroded that there’s a big hole. I am surprised no one complained about it and it is something that the maintenance should have picked up. 3) Washing machine keep giving an error code so I couldn’t do my laundry at all. (1) is understandable but (2) and (3) shows that maintenance isn’t done at all.

The place is clean. Value for money and prompt replies that is very appreciated.

I would appreciate if an additional card is given, very limited amenities provided. Would be great if extra pillows are provided and not only a pillow for a guest.

The key collection and return along with instructions to reach the property was good. However it was not too hard to locate the place.

The room was not ready and we were allowed to check-in at the stipulated check-in time at 3pm only to find a very messy room with dirty linens on the bed and in the toilet. The other kitchen stuff was dirty too. Furniture felt like they were going to fall apart anytime. Even checking politely with the service counter if other rooms was available, they were cold and refused to change our room. After the clean up which was 6pm, the replaced linens and towels provided were stained and we had to buy our own disposable towels and linens for the duration of the stay. Shortly after we settled down in the room post cleaning, they informed us that we needed to check-out the next day, but our booking was for 5 days. We had to share booking details and evidence to them to proof our stay was booked for 5 days.

Nearby to paradigm mall. This is my 2nd time. Staying paradigm residence. Clean house. Well prepared. Fast what's app reply.

All ok. Except maybe can give extra pillow. The sofa and pillow at the living room. Don't feel comfortable and maybe can put clean cloth on top. That can be wash. Every customer visit.

Check in time was delayed and one of the door lock is faulty, causing unnecessary mental distress to my daughter who was locked in the room, unable to unlock. Carpark was also troublesome to exit and return.

It was clean & comfortable & well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent. The host was friendly & responsive.

The toilet door knob was faulty for a while which locked. We thought one of our family in the toilet & we checked everyone was in the room. My husband has to use a coin to unlock the door knob from outside & found no one in the toilet. The Main Bedroom door got faulty. Once closed, we need to pull or push harder to open back...seems it need to be fix.

Location & spacious rooms was good. The air-con was good. The TV has Netflix & YouTube. They have the WhatsApp connection from check in yo check out. We can submit our issues or request via the channel which was very convenient. They reply fast too. The pay $50 as deposit upon check in and returned it after check out. Staffs were average. Neither were smiley nor frown.

We from Singapore and paid around $110 per night. Stayed for 2 nighgs. We expect a smooth stay for what we paid but it wasn't. There is no cabinets to hang clothes so the clothes remain in luggage on the floor since no cabinets. No mirrors except in the toilets. Just one small table to keep your belonging. An ironing board with burn stain on it. Towels are not provided everyday except once upon check in which they forget too but upon requesting they provided.. No complimentary water bottles given. The pillows are too soft and all of us had neck pain after woke up. The toilet look clean but had a drainage mix urine, kind of terrible smell. We request for change of room but can't as fully booked for weekends. They came to fix it but they claimed its the building piping issue so nothing much they can do. Just washed with bleach and kept some room fragrant to reduce the smell. Its helps for few hours. But around 10am when all (those in the apartment building) start using the toilets, the terrible smell comes back. Also we found a small Lizard in the toilet on the last night of our stay. There were no insert spray so we run down to reception to get one and spray on the Lizard. Since the spray was not that strong, the Lizard escaped. Found it running near our luggage the next morning. Then we catch and killed it.

Location was very convenient, as it is on top of Paradigm Mall. Lots of food options and property was very well kept.

The apartment is situated directly above Paradigm Mall, making access to the mall extremely convenient via the lobby with card access. The host ensured that the apartment was clean before our arrival. Amenities such as towels, toiletries, kitchen appliances, and a washing machine were provided, making it convenient for heating food or doing light cooking.

We experienced an issue with the air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. Even after waiting for almost an hour, the rooms were still not properly cooled and the AC in the master bedroom was leaking. However, the host did their best to resolve the issue and promptly arranged for a technician to assist us. Special thanks to Mr Zaki, who responded quickly despite being contacted at night. Another downside was that there were several popped tiles in the bedroom, which could potentially cause injury if stepped on. Mr Zaki kindly helped by covering the affected area with a long mat.

I like that we had the option of early check in despite having to pay RM90 for it. The instructions to unlock the keys at the self-collection lockers was easy. We got the keys and went to our room. So seamless.

I can’t say my experience with the reception staffs was pleasant. When we arrived, the two ladies on duty had such sour faces that we dont feel welcomed. They didnt greet us and didnt ask how they can assist us. I had to tell them that i booked a stay here and what should i show them to verify. Its like im doing their job. Also, during check out day, there were 3 staffs present. One staff was attending to another guest while the other 2 wasnt doing anything. They even put up a “counter closed” notice. But because i had to collect our luggages with them, i had to wait in line. It took a while. Until i had eye contact with one of the other staff and asked her if i could go to her. They are not proactive at all. On another note, our room had no basic toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrush and hand soap. Lucky my mil had spares cos it was late in the night when i realised it. Also, the lobby had toilets for men and women but the women’s toilet was locked and reserved for staff usage. At least Hyatt Paradigm’s toilet though locked, we can still ask the security for keys and use them. I had no choice but to use the men’s toilet but it didnt even have hand soap or toilet paper. They have a bidet but dont we still need to dry ourselves? I just feel that the management doesnt seem to care about basic human needs.

The platform didn't indicate that we need to pay deposit after booking it even though it is refundable. Refundable process was done within 3 working days after booking out.

At 12.30pm the door bell knocked more than 3 times. Need investigation from the management, until now no info. Infront of the door got CCTV but no information about that incident. Upset

入住前提供的check in/check out instruction不是很清楚，文字版和视频版的信息不一致，让人感觉很糊涂。另外房间里的电灯控制与大门是连接的，在关门但是没上锁的情况下，电灯和冷气会自动熄灭断电，这点没有工作人员提出过，导致我们晚上入住后自己处理了半天，而且联系工作人员，虽然工作人员立刻回复会随后处理，但也半天没有后续的动作。另外，房间厕所的味道很大，最好能加强通风。

There is a concierge to offer help as this was my first time collecting keys from a locker. The apt is connected to the mall.

Only 1 key card was provided, makes it inconvenient for our group who wish to go different places. Toilets not as clean as we expected.

This is my second time staying at the apartment and again great location room is very clean. Easy to park and my kids love the facilities. This time the wifi was good. Easy to connect and faster speeds for the kids.

The bed was a bit hard but maybe good for you back.

It would be perfect if there is subscription to Netflix and HBO or at a few HK, China and Singapore channels; alternatively, TV with access to internet will do wonders too.

Bedsheets have stained, mattress n pillow uncomfortable, sofa very run down and smelly, room have bad smell too.

I didn't like that I was contacted via Whatsapp to ask for a deposit. In order to check if it was a scam, I requested to verify my email address and they gave me their address instead of my email address. Because of a lack of understanding in communication, I only received the instructions to the place only after arriving at the stay. We took a long time finding the accommodation without instructions as instructions was only given upon deposit paid.

I did not like that staff could not verify my particulars over Whatsapp chat.

The property is clean, bright and comfortable. The bonus I like is the water filter dispenser. The linen is very smooth and soft but the bed is a little hard to our standard. A good self contained apartment with washing machine too. But I wonder how are those tenants going to dry their clothes due to space limitations. We only stayed a night, so don’t need to do washing anyway. Location is strategic, just above the paradigm mall and not far from Sutera Mall and good restaurants there.

Won’t be able to contact any customer service at all prior to your check in day. Tried to call several times and text multiple times but to no avail. They only response to message on the check in day itself after 11am. Plus need to pay deposit before they release their password for check in on the arrival day. The deposit account details can be released earlier to provide convenience to tenant. It’s inconvenience and create stress for us having to drive and look for places to explore on the arrival day.

Toilet in the master bedroom locked upon arrival. Even sometimes the main front door is hard to fully close.

The apartment is directly connected to the shopping mall, which is extremely convenient, especially for families. The entire apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, as there was a receptionist available to assist us. Housekeeping was also provided, keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

After dinner once, we know how to collect keys. The room is very clean.

There is a very strong sewage stench inside the apartment. No matter how we wash, the whole apartment is still very smelly. Other than this, it is really good.

For first time visitor, the access is rather confusing and parking on the 5th level is a hassle.

Room was right above the mall with a semi-private access. Super convenient.

The whole key collection and key return was so convoluted that I had to read and reread the instructions given. Also had to drive about to return the key.

Apartment was clean! Staff swiftly came to help troubleshoot TV volume as well. Love the proximity to Paradigm Mall which is directly under the apartment.

It would be great if there's 2 access cards given!
