Mansion One11-16 Georgetown

We came as a family of 3 & we enjoyed our stay. Apartment unit was fully furnished beautifully. There were 3 good sized bedrooms suitable for 2 pax each room. Living & dining spaces were spacious. View of the sea was a bonus. Shower system for both bathrooms were exquisite. Just needs a little scrubbing & deep maintenance procedures. There are 2 shops & starbucks at the lobby level to get some food & drinks which was really convenient. We didnt try other common facilities so will leave comments for those.

I think the unit needs to go for deep cleaning especially at the nook & crannies of both bathrooms. Both were clean, only some crevices needs deep scrubbing. Soft furnitures need some good cleaning too. Parking location was a bit too difficult to get to though due to such tight parking layout.

The accommodation was sufficient for the occupants. Spacious. The television had access to the streaming services. WiFi. Water dispenser. View was nice. Water pressure and hot water availability.

There was a major problem with the electrical circuit, especially in the master bedroom. The bathroom doors were a struggle to close. There was a bathtub but it didn't look clean. There were cobwebs in the hall. Access to the lift from the provided parking lot was inconvenient with narrow access. We had bags to carry.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a 3 night, 4 days vacation to the island. The location is convenient & the unit we had was furnished well.

There were some issues that needed to be attended - the a/c in the living was not working & the second bathroom door was stuck. We had reported the issue & reminded them several times to have it attended, but it was never attended to till we left. We could use only 1 bathroom during our entire stay.  The bed in the master bedroom is suitable only for a tall person as it's very high. The 3rd bedroom has 2 beds suitable for children.  The access to the building & signages are poor. The parking is horrendous. If have a car longer than a Perodua Myvi (3.9 meters in length), you will struggle with getting in and out of the parking. The pillars are located in the oddest locations possible.

Everything was good, well litted rooms, clean, cosy, wifi was super fast, responsive care takers, beautifully located in business hub, easy access to commercial, eateries and entertainment outlets. Worth every penny.

Cleaners have access to unit, some worn out electrical appliances, no washing machine, high bed frame.

Shower stall soap scums wasn’t properly cleaned. Master bedroom shower not draining well.

The view facing Morning sunrise at the sea was awesomely beautiful. Overall very comfortable and clean.

Water heater for the common bathroom was rectified only in the evening of the day before we checked out. We managed with the attached bathroom in the master bedroom though the water was very mildly hot. There should have been waste paper baskets in every room. They had bigger disposable bins at the kitchen and dining. The bed in master bedroom was a little high. To go up for older people might be difficult.

Parking floors are very narrow, not convenient for large vehicles. Fortunately, the owner was able to offer a convenient parking bay at LGF floor

The interior is stunningly aesthetic, got AC in every room so it was cozy and cold. The view of the sea is also nice. The place is clean. Self checkin also so no fuss only need to register with the guard.

We found the apartment pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was available within 500 m from the apartment. Try the back lane. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

We have noticed minor issues , nothing major : 1) Remote ( both white, Alpha fan) is not working. Possibly battery issue. 2) White waste bin is slightly broken. 3) Hot water is not available for the standing shower in main bedroom. 4) Hot water is not possible to be controlled, in the 2nd bathroom. *-* Owner quickly offered to remedy situation during our stay.

Very spacious. Nice view. Very clean. The interior looks pretty and elegant. Highly recommended. My family really enjoyed the place

No microwave. Outside shower water was too hot even at the lowest setting. Other than that, everything else was perfect.
