Check-in was at 3PM and I arrived around 5PM, but I still couldn’t properly rest in the room. The owner told me the light bulb was burnt out and they needed at least 2–3 hours to fix it. Their only solution was just asking me to wait, with no proper alternative, which was quite frustrating. They did offer me a full refund, but honestly that didn’t really help because how am I supposed to find another accommodation last minute? The light was finally fixed around 7:40PM, but after that I noticed a lot of plaster dust on the bed from when they changed the light, which was really dirty and unacceptable. By then I was already so tired and just wanted to rest. On top of that, the lobby lift was very slow since it works by zones, which made things even more inconvenient. Overall, quite a disappointing experience. If you’re thinking of booking this place, please think twice.

The space was very cramped, there was an unpleasant smell throughout, and i noticed mold on the walls and in the bathroom. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

I really appreciated the warm hospitality from the host, Gloria. She assisted me even before I arrived and made sure my needs were well accommodated. The unit was very clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. Inside the room, there were comfy pillows, a nice bed, fridge, iron with ironing board, microwave, and water heater. The shower pressure was also strong, which made it extra comfortable. All the small details like toiletries, tissues, and rubbish bags were provided, which made my stay even more convenient.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything was pleasant.

It's quite easy to find with clear instruction for a self service appartement

Nothings wrong with the room or appartment. It is just small and packed for 2 people with big bags.

Peut être les 300 ringgit de deposit si comme moi c’est votre dernière nuit et que votre vol est dans la nuit ou tôt le matin et que vous devez soit : dépensé rapidement cet argent soit le convertir dans votre devise et perdre un peux à cause de taux de change 🥲 mais ça c’est juste si comme moi c’est votre dernière nuit, sinon ça ne pose pas problème!

the lift scan is a very bad scan not working properly.. i took 20 minutes to go to my room.. many people complained.. The kettle adapter is not working, the tv box is also not working.. tv looks very bad The table lamp cable almost broke.. must adjust for ON...

Puedo rescatar el gimnasio que tenian, me parecio muy bueno. Tambien la chica que se comunico conmigo (gloria), fue muy atenta conmigo y comprensiva.

Lamentablemente el primer dia fue un desastre no habia wifi en todo el edificio, mi internet tampoco funcionaba en mi habitación. (no habia internet tampoco en la recepción) Me gaste mucho dinero solo en taxi, pense que estaba más cerca del centro pero no. Más que un hotel es como un edificio habitacional, siempre estaba lleno el hall, habia que esperar mucho para el ascensor. Y demasiada gente viviendo allí. La habitación era muy oscura.

A tiny but well furnished studio in a great location in KL. The bed is really comfy and the bathroom is nice. Easy check-in process with detailed instructions. A great stay!

Not the best location, we thought we were closer to metro and mall, we weren’t too far but impossible to walk anywhere, we used grab which was quite cheap Not so much a negative as you are informed before you book but the room is quite small so might struggle for space for longer stays, for a night or two it is perfect and great value for money.

I loved how they made it extremely adorable and full of good vibes. There were many amenities that might come in handy for some, such as a microwave, an iron, and a set of cutlery. I was initially nervous about the bed quality, but it exceeded my expectations—it was so comfortable! The pillows were just amazing!! 🥰🙌🏻 Now, let’s talk about security and the check-in process. You have to open a mailroom to pick up a lift access card and keys. It basically feels like a maze-like game, where you unlock rewards at each step. I understand the security concerns behind this, but after a long and exhausting flight ✈️, the last thing you want is to be running around looking for keys. That said, it was a pleasant stay! I’d recommend it to anyone on a budget who still wants a quality night’s sleep.

There was noise coming from construction 🏗️🚧? I can't really pinpoint where it was coming from. But other than that, it was pretty nice.
