The apartment is super spacious and meet more needs than we can think of. A big thumb up for the owner for all the details and care put in the apartment. It was a very comfortable stay and easy to go around.

Хозяин предоставляет отличный сервис, вежливый, вся информация о заселении подробная. Гостиная очень большая. Жить здесь очень комфортно. Рядом находится самый большой Starbucks в Азии, большой магазин LV, пешеходная улица Нанкин‑Си‑Лу. До метро тоже недалеко. Есть несколько ресторанов с халяльной едой. Очень вкусно поели, спасибо !

المكان جميل وبسيط والموقع جميل متوفر بالمكان غسالة ملابس ومجفف، الغرف واسعة ، المضيف شخص لطيف جدا ويرد عليكم بسرعة اذا احتجتو اي شي .. فيه بقالة تحت السكن مباشرة وفيه حديقة جميلة ومحطة مترو قريبه للسكن تقريبا 3 دقايق مشي وتوصلكم لاغلب الاماكن السياحية المشهورة بشنغهاي، وفيه مطعم عربي قريب عند سفينة لوي فيتون 5 دقايق مشي

The apartment itself is great, very comfortable beds, the location is amazing, close to Shanghai natural museum and people's square. The host has been very helpful and always available when needed, outstanding service from him. The price is fair for this level of quality, we really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a residential building so it naturally experiences renovations and some construction work around that can be bothersome when they are drilling all day above your head. Thankfully we spent most of our days outside but it can get quite annoying.

Everything is perfect! The host was very accommodating. The house was clean. Just a short DiDi ride to all attractions. There is also a halal restaurant near the apartment, 1 minute walking distance.

The apartment is clean and location is good. The owner is quick to respond to your needs.

Out if 3 rooms, there are two rooms have no cupboards to hang our clothes. But overall the stay are comfortable.

The host was incredible! Very helpful with arranging drivers for us from the airport and other places around Shanghai. The place was clean, there was a lack of handwashing soap in the bathrooms, but overall we loved our stay.

A two-bedroom house, the entire house and living room are very spacious. The house is fully equipped with facilities, clean, hygienic and comfortable. After contacting the landlord, the service was excellent and meticulous. They arranged the check-in information for us in advance, received us on site, and introduced us to a lot of information such as nearby food, subways, taxis and scenic spots. They answered all our questions, the service was very good, and the price was very reasonable.

Excelente ubicación. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Un amplio salón comedor ideal. Si vas en grupo. El anfitrión es muy amable y te explica todo súper bien a través de WeChat. Hay un Minimarket abajo que tiene de todo.

The hosts are super nice and very responsive. The location is prime, easy to get to anywhere with subway, cab as an alternative is relatively cheap as they’re close. The place is clean and has everything we need. Would recommend!

Location was good.

It was passable. Unit inside a high rise apartment block. Lots of foot traffic vying for three lifts. Bathrooms were ok but lots of shower mould.

The location was amazing and there is grocery store connected to the building which was excellent.

The host was very rude and wouldn't respond to our messages or meet us on the street and we got in very late and were lost. It was frustrating and exhaustive and scary at such a late hour in an unfamiliar city. Then when we did finally meet up with him he laughed at us and was sarcastic. We speak mandarin but he didnt know that and insulted us under his breath not knowing we understood him.

Locatie was geweldig dicht bij metro station, winkelstraat en shopping mall met genoeg eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

가까운 주변에 세계에서 2번째로 크다는 스타벅스 로스터리 매장이 있고, 세븐 일레븐 편의점이 있습니다. 조금만 걸어나가면 명품매장거리가 있어서 볼거리도 많네요. 별도로 나뉘어진 2개의 방이 있어서 3명 이상이 묵는다면 매우 좋을 것 같아요. 일반 아파트라서 주방기구나 세탁기, 거실 테이블 등 모든 시설이 준비되어 있어 이용에 불편할만한 부분은 없었습니다. 저희는 주로 택시를 이용했지만, 지하철도 가까이 있고, 상하이 자연사 박물관도 걸어서 2분 거리(거의 바로 앞입니다.)에 있어서 위치적으로 매우 좋았네요.

실내는 그래도 깔끔한 편이었지만, 아파트 자체가 좀 오래된 편이어서 복도나 엘리베이터 등에서 냄새가 좀 납니다. 청소가 되었다고는 했는데, 느낌상 호텔 수준의 청소는 아니었던 것 같아요.

The host was really nice and ready to help. He actually helped us to get our money back from a scam taxi driver (we took a taxi from Pudong airport at the official taxi point. And this guy charged us about 800 yanes instead of usual 200 or 300! We were very tired after our night flight and paid him through Alipay. Later host helped us to send a note to 1234 city transport administration and later the driver transferred money back to us. Thanks to our host once again!). We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Everything worked very well, beds were very comfortable. There is a small grocery store nearby and lots of cafes.

Location was very good, lobby and building from outside a little old but inside the apartment was very clean and new. Perfect for my group of 3, we all had our own bedrooms. Host was very friendly, and gave us travel tips/places to visit.

Die Lage war hervorragend.

Die Ausstattung (speziell Wohnbereich) war sehr dürftig. Die Küche war schlecht ausgestattet und nicht 100%igt sauber.

Spacious for family with some distance between all the rooms. Host was exceptionally helpful and was even there when we arrive to pass us the keys. Host also helped to recommend places to visit around Shanghai and neighbouring provinces for day trips. Trustworthy for next visit for sure.

Water flow in toilets can have better flow but we understand that its an older building so no blame on accommodation.

Excellent location, close to MRT stations, Taikoo Mall, and Zhangyuan. The host was very responsive and addressed issues promptly. The apartment is spacious, safe and we all found the beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment cleaning could be improved, as it needs a housekeeper who maintains a higher standard. We informed the host of the issue, and they gave the place a thorough clean the next day. The kitchen could also use extra racks for placing plates and utensils. Excellent location, close to MRT stations, Taikoo Mall, and Zhangyuan. The host was very responsive and addressed issues promptly. The apartment is spacious.

I stayed here for a few days. It was very clean, quiet, and had great access to the city center. The staff was very well behaved.

Very spacious apartment, exactly as it looks in the photos. Very clean and in reachable distance from 2 metro stations. The owner is very friendly and provided bottled water and even umbrellas for our stay.

Lokasi strategis, pesen Taobao / online food bisa di bantu antar sampai depan pintu, di bawah apt ada supermarket buka sampai jam 12 malam sekitar 10-15mins jalan kaki bisa sampai nanjing road! Best stay ever! Overall semua yang di apt ini udah canggih barang2 yang di pake

I liked the location, existing amenities including bidet in the toilet, and the size / comfort.

The property was not cleaned property. There were several stains on some of the towels/sofa and beds and also the restroom walls were dirty.

The apartment is spacious, has great A/C, large comfy bedrooms and beds and a washing machine. As a family traveling for over five weeks we loved being in our own space and having separate bedrooms in a place that was easy to access, super convenient to many subway lines and in a lovely neighborhood.

Posizione ottima, appartamento spazioso, letti comodissimi ed enormi, lavanderia utilissima. perfetto per 6 adulti.

La cucina non era dotata di attrezzattura per poter programmare un pasto fatto in casa: non c'erano posate né piatti, solo ciotole e bicchieri usa e getta. Gli asciugamani erano due a testa: serviva o un cambio dopo un paio di giorni oppure la messa a disposizione di più asciugamani. Nel complesso comunque i difetti erano trascurabili.

Check in service excellent. Location is great. Only a few minutes walk to Nanjing West station. There is a mini market just beside the apartment and a few good restaurants nearby

The place doesn't feel clean. We were surpirsed how dirty the waste baskets were. This reflects the cleanliness of the place.

Great location, with small supermarket next door and lots of shops and eating places nearby. There are also 2 train stations within easy walking distance. The bedrooms are large with nice city views and the living room is huge. The air conditioning is in both bedrooms and the living room and is very effective. The person who met us to check in was very friendly, helpful, informative and efficient.

More attention to cleaning the kitchen and bathroom (mainly the walls) would have been nice - but I have very high standards of cleanliness!

Spacious and comfortable apartments with everything you need. The living room has a large, cozy sofa and the air conditioning works perfectly and is easy to adjust. The rain showers are fantastic, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable (even with a VPN). Although the building itself feels a bit dated, once inside the apartment you won’t notice it at all. The place is fully equipped with a washing machine, drying racks, dryer, steamer, and even a large American-style fridge. A nice touch: we didn’t need an international adapter for our plugs. On arrival, water, tissues, and toilet paper were already provided, as well as mosquito spray — very thoughtful. The automatic toilets were also a great surprise. The service is excellent: towels are changed daily, trash is collected from your door, and the staff is super responsive on WeChat—even helping to arrange a taxi to the airport. On arrival we found the bed too hard for our liking, but this was solved immediately to meet our needs, which was impressive. The location is very central: just a 20-minute walk to Nanjing Road, and the Natural History Museum is only 5 minutes away. If you prefer eating in, it’s very easy to order food online through the Alipay app with built-in translation, and delivery usually takes less than 30 minutes. Downstairs there’s a small neighborhood supermarket, but you can also order larger groceries online just as easily. Our apartment was on the 28th floor with a quick elevator ride up. Two of the bedrooms had a beautiful view over the city, and despite being in the center, it was completely quiet inside. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a comfortable stay in a great location with outstanding service.

Although the building itself feels a bit dated, once inside the apartment you won’t notice it at all.
