每早6時都傳來回教徒的祈禱聲，基本上是整個區都會聽到，十分擾人清夢。另外，雖然話提供洗衣機，但是沒有提供洗衣粉，要自己出外找店舖去購買。

Size and comfort were good

Service, and cooking equipment was in the worst state i have ever encountered. AND the service absolutely ruined our stay completely. My wife had to have certain simple foods because of some health issues. However the pots and frying pan was totally unusable. They were in a disgusting state. Plus the cutting board was NOT in any condition to be used as a cutting board. We complained and asked for replacement on the 1st full day (after one night) and were promised replacement, but nothing happened even after reminders and further promises every day. Then the final night of our stay came we asked at least for a cutting board and frying pan so we could prepare a small breakfast before checking out. We were, again PROMISED over the phone that it would be delivered 1st thing in the morning. AGAIN, the promise was broken. We then asked for some compensation since this had affected the quality of our stay, but we were roughly brushed off . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANONE. THE STRESS THIS HAS COST US IS NOT WORTH IT, EVEN THOUGH THE APT SIZE IS GOOD. WHEN THE ESSENTIAL SERVICES ARE NOT LOOKED AFTER TOGETHER WITH BROKEN PROMISES it ruins what could have been a nice stay.

The swimming pool. cleanliness.. washing machine was an added facility which was very helpful.

the pillows were extremely soft and feels like i’m just sleeping without one. should consider changing it the new one.

The view

Location is good. Generally, clean. Good wifi and selection of channels on the TV.

The kitchen was not cleaned well. Had to throw away some leftover very moldy bread from one of the kitchen shelf. Only the remote control for the living room worked. The morning azan was too loud between 5am-6am, got woken up.

BE AWARE ITS A SCAM, supported by booking! When you prepare to book the place it shows you one price, but after you give your banking details you find more then double amount withdrawn from your account! And I couldnt find any explanation why, didnt receive a breakdown in their website, the host blames booking and booking blames the host, both transfering the hot ball, but no one really taking responsibility! Absolute worst experience ive had since using booking and ive been using it 5 years now! This is the reason i will stop using this terrible website after this trip. Not only that i got SCAMMED with the help of booking, but on top of everything i received a dirty room, not cleaned after the last guests! Too bad none of them knows how to keep clients! I asked for a refund a minute after i booked it and no one tried to help. Worst service, waste of money and time

The people who helped me check in, were great, but weren't employed by the renter. Me being 70 and not great with computers, they were great at helping me. I loved the apartment, lots of light and felt clean and fresh, the pool was larger than expected and was very well looked after. There are plenty of eating places around and the ones I tried were very good.

Only a small complaint, it is having to sign in and out of the pool, just an inconvenience, the guard on duty was always very pleasant and polite. A good man

Location was perfect easy access to every places we intended to go. nearby food stalls for breakfast. no jam area. the bed was comfy and clean, spacious living area even got another set of bed in the living room. perfect for big family or even small family.

The pillow is quite flat and thin, culd improve by providing a better pillow. The property does not have dressing mirror provided, only mirror in the bathroom so quite difficult for dressing up. could improve by providing a long mirror, placing it at the living room

The apartment is clean, simple, nice & comfort for family, very convenient location to travel.

All the pillows is too thin and flat not comfortable to sleep. Suggest the management to change the pillows.

Check in procedures are like playing Squid Games :) So many steps to get the key and enter the apartment. Not ideal after 15 hour flight to Penang from overseas :(

The stay was good but booking .com experience was pathetic.

Booking .Com has given me one of the Worst Experience of my Life. I swear I will never do any booking through Booking.com. Booking.com is the most Useless, Pathetic, Pitful and site to do your booking. Please beware of the unprofessional, unapologetic and pathetic behavour by them. I had done a booking through Booking.com at Vortex Kualalampur almost 20 days in advance. When I reach at the property traveling from Ganting Heighland to Kualalampur, there is no response from the Property even after informing that my daughter is unwell on whats app. Then they inform that checkin will be at 3pm and then suddenly they inform that my booking was cancelled. I had made 100’s of calls to Vortex and to Booking.com only to get this response. I am stranded in middle of road in rains and with all my baggage’s and four family members. The Customer Service agent makes me wait almost for 30 minutes and says they can not help as they have cancelled my booking and I have to do a new booking. What is the use of booking in advance in that case. They said they will reimburse the difference amount, as I had to do the booking at the last moment I had to pay almost the double of the amount booked and had to pay unreasonable amount at the last moment and to settle at 2 BHK instead of 3 BHL booked earlier. They said they will reimburse only 150 RM although I had paid extra of 500 RM plus 200 RM for the taxi to new hotel.The customer service agent had mentioned that they will reimburse me the 500 RM +150 RM now it shows only 150 RM that too when I upload the receipt they say it is timed out. This is the most ridiculous site ever they tried their best to spoil my holidays and I had gone to enjoy but I was left hunting for hotels and taxis and even their response later is unreasonable and pathetic. I will try my best so that my voice reaches to thousands who book through this ridiculous site. They play with the emotions of travelers which is not acceptable.

It was a place to stay for 2 nights

We booked a room for 8, got blankets for 5. The dinner table was only for 4 people, with only 4 chairs, the rest of us had to sit on the ground. There was just 1 pan for to cook for 8 people. Gas wasn't working, only 1 electric cooker. The pan was also burned and black. The pillows were all squashed, like you had no pillow at all! We all got bitten by some kind of a bug on the beds, so definitely not hygienic! For the hotel itself: Kids were not allowed to play in the play area. There was no reception. The security officer asks you for a barcode, which you will not receive until you pay the deposit. The area is a minimum of 25 minutes to wherever you want to go.

It just that the house need to have mirror in the rooms and also side table to put our things like handphone while charging.

The place is clean and quite spacious

The residence was nice and simple, conveniently located near all the main attractions in the heart of the city. Car parking is provided, and guests can access the swimming pool and gym. It was an excellent stay—thank you to the management.

Nice view. What we saw in the photos is exactly what we get. The instructions was clear to self check in. Very seamless.

Too much fines for rules. But heck, rules are there for a reason.

In a very strict building. Went to go swimming at 830pm and was told the pool was closing.

Good location.

1. Severe noise pollution occurs from 5 AM to 7 AM and around 10 PM, with multiple loudspeakers blasting high-volume religious chanting from different locations. The window fails to block the noise. (We have video evidence.) This has seriously disrupted our sleep and caused distress. 2. Damaged curtains in one room let in excessive light, making sleep difficult. The host said replacements need to be ordered and couldn’t be provided immediately. 3. Bedding in one room was filthy, including pillows, pillowcases, and sheets. 4. The bathroom water heater only provides lukewarm water. The host’s technician said the entire unit needs replacement, which cannot be fixed immediately. 5. A broken ceiling light at the entrance left the area dim and inconvenient. The host failed to inspect the property before handing it over. Besides the above, the kitchen and outdoor entrance lights were also broken. The host asked us to take photos of the model numbers. Though a technician came the next day, we wasted time waiting and left before the work was done. Upon returning, we found only the kitchen light replaced, while the entrance light remained broken. We reported all issues to Booking.com, but the host refused responsibility. Beware—avoid this place! Additionally, the view includes a large Islamic cemetery, deliberately omitted from promotional photos. I have already uploaded the room photos to this review, but they are still not showing. Customer service has initially acknowledged that there is an issue with the system. Booking.com is currently processing it, but customer service cannot provide a timeline for when it will be resolved. I hope this is not due to any bias on the platform.

Close to many places of attractions. Please try the restaurant in front of the property. Just need to cross the road. Shahabe Catering. So good. Serve good breakfast and lunch option. Property is very clean, can fit up to 10 person.

The communication with the host is very clear. Overall building is very nice with well design facilities, the elevators are very fast. The lobby area is not too big, just nice and very beautiful ID. The location is easy to access to other area in Georgetown. There is Zus coffee in 1st floor, which makes very convenient.

As an interior designer, I have some ideas to enhance the units itself. Living Hall should have a rug, wall painting will help a lot as I saw 1 inside the cabinets. There is a washing machine, should provide detergent. Iron don't have controller cap, should be replace with new one. All pillows are very thin, and not proper. No shoe rack. Some of Door handles are already loose. Some of floor skirtings are pulled off. There are some leaking marks on the plaster ceiling. Kitchen lamp is blinking, need to wait for it to turn on. Fan's remote bracket is broken. Overall, the unit need to be look out for maintenance.

Good location. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to old Georgetown by taxi. There is a 7-eleven 250-300 meters away. Very spacious apartments, balcony, washing machine, fast internet. There is a vacuum cleaner. Lots of clean towels. There is shampoo, shower gel. Clean infinity pool. There is a snack machine in the lobby. We had a view from the window of the Kek Lok Si temple.

Need to buy new bed linen because this one has stains. They said it was because of the water, but it's still unpleasant. Not enough kitchenware: only one saucepan, no frying pan (brought upon request), no coffee cups, fake gas hob - not connected. But there is a mini hob. Just buy more kitchenware and it will be top notch.

Cleanliness is superb, new, well maintain facilities is new and superb. Will come back again bu next trip.

Condominium wt 2 bedrooms n 2 bathrooms, Clean n tidy n huge can accommodate 10 people easily.

Excellent location, 2 parking lot, lots of bed enough for a family of 6-7people. View was nice able to see the Penang bridge. Very comfortable unit, very clean, especially the glass window it was spotless !

Some pillows are too thin and flat.
