Hanoi Ben's Apartment And Hotel - Pub 2

The location of accommodation is close to the centre. The accommodation was great and the staff was very friendly and arranged everything what we needed. We can recommend this accommodation. :)

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para hacer muy cómoda la estancia. En la cocina hay microondas, horno, olla de vapor y kettle. La cama es super cómoda y el internet funciona muy bien. Todo esta muy limpio y el staff es increíblemente amable. Siempre disponibles en caso de necesidad. Es la segunda vez que me alojó en Ben's ampartments y si vuelvo a Hanoi, sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí.

Great location Amazing communication from the staff and owner. Very quite We had a little issue with the kettle and it was sorted out quickly. Very comfy bed Nice shower

The food odor coming from the bathroom vent when someone was cooking somewhere close by.But it wasn't too bad.We just closed the bathroom door and after a while it's gone.

The staff were so kind and helpful, they even brought us some fruit tea on our first day and it was so nice, the rooms are spotless and have everything you need.

Идельаная локация, прекрасные апартаменты с балконом. Номер очень большой, с зонами для сна, отдыха, работы, кухня, хорошая ванная комната. Но, только для людей с крепким сном. На крыше бар, и с 10 до 3 часов ночи было сложно спать из-за голосов и движения скутеров посетителей приезжающих в бар.

Phòng sạch sẽ, như trên hình, rất nhiều ánh sáng, thoáng, có ban công, anh chủ và chị lễ tân take care khách rất nhiệt tình. Một năm mình công tác trên hà nội 7-8 lần nên mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

In a nice area and handy to the train station. They had a problem with our room prior to check in and quickly contacted us, and offered another room at a lower price. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Some cute little coffee shops in the same lane.

Poor communication, sink was dirty and smelled, it wasn't soundproof as it said. Even after midnight the elevator kept going ding ding, other noises as well.had to constantly ask for things such as hamd towels,kitchen towel etc. I got the laundry service and one of my items were missing asked the person of contact from Booking.Com number who i believe is the manager but they stopped replying and matter still not resolved and i have checked out and i still have no clue about my missing cloth, still no reply. No reception,no one to help. Very misleading ad on booking.com. please be aware the balcony-rooftop is not as it seems in the foto.glamourised-doesnt match reality.. please be careful

The rooftop ‘Junior Suite’ was passable but the washing machine was being used an noisy all day

In einem nicht so touristischen Viertel, trotzdem ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett.

Loved the location and the ease of communication with staff. The apartment was clean and generous in size!

Spacious and Bright

My shower room is missing a glass door, so water can sprays out onto the floor.

Everything was great. Property manager “Ha” was great. Location and price were great but this place is like brand new! So many restaurants near, I don’t know why you’d like to cook but everything you need is in the kitchen. Very modern!

Absolutely nothing

Het hotel is in een verkeersloos rustig steegje gelegen in het hartje van Hanoi. Op het eind van het steegje is een superleuk cafétje en het hotel heeft een superleuke pub. Bij aankomst hartelijk verwelkomd door het enorm vriendelijk personeel. Voor we konden inchecken en ook bij uitcheck, heeft het hotel onze bagage veilig bijgehouden. Ons apartement was heel ruim, een goed bed en een balkon. Alles was aanwezig. We hebben een leuk verblijf gehad.

Fancy ensuite room, very clean, quiet. Room even had basic kitchen facilities, it was more like a studio apartment, very nice!

Nice big studio flat with a terrace. Large bed, a living room area with a sofa and coffee table, and a fully furnished kitchen corner. Ben, the owner, was really helpful, arranging some services for me and always available whenever needed.

Great local eats around and close proximity to the old quarter. Awesome house keeping and clean apartment

The property is conveniently located, with the Old Quarter reachable in around 20 minutes on foot, and just steps away from the famous Bún chả Hương Liên (restaurant). The room is compact but thoughtfully designed, featuring a kitchenette and a surprisingly efficient extractor fan, which prevents cooking smells from lingering — a detail I really appreciated. Although the windows do not offer views, this was not an issue given the limited time spent in the room. The building has an elevator, which adds convenience, and despite a few steps at the entrance, the hosts were attentive and kindly assisted with my luggage.

The room is on the smaller side, which may feel restrictive for longer stays or for those traveling with larger luggage.

I was given a second facility address when I got there which was hidden down a small alleyway and almost impossible to find as Google maps couldn't locate it, I asked the staff to give me the return address and the one he gave didn't get me back, I walked for 2 hours then found their first facility and messaged the man in charge, he didn't understand my language and then completely ignored me calls and messages, luckily I found it from heading to their pub where a lady insisted I bought a drink and then tried to take me next door, I said this is a different place and at first she insisted they'd just moved the chairs in the lobby, the pin codes are all the same so I almost walked in on someone else's room. If you wanna be stranded and not be able to find this place then this is for you, I think it's utter shite

The location is great, very close to he Old Quarter but quiet. We extended our stay at Ben's as we liked it there. It is very good value for money. Tony is there to answer all your questions and Ha is a real fixer. She takes care of the laundry, gets you food to the room and anything else you need, gives you advice and runs the pub down in the basement as well.

The apartment is a bit dark and doesn't have much of a view, but hey, this all gets canceled out by all the other great features.

The apartment is extremely nice and comfortable, and the kitchen area has everything air fryer, microwave, oven, rice cooker, fridge freezer, cooking equipment, cutlery. kettle, bedroom area comfortable bed wide-screen tv. sofa Perfect for a long stay, it's my third time staying at this hotel.

Everything was perfect except for the location. It’s a bit far from the city centre.

El personal. A través de booking hice un pago extra para check in más temprano y check out más tardío pero no se me aceptó por parte del personal. Me quisieron cobran 150k dongs extras por querer entrar una hora antes de lo que ponía (pese a haber pagado a través de booking esa opción). No lo recomiendo. Las instalaciones parecen una cosa a través de la foto pero en persona no son así.

Personally I found the bed hard to sleep on and I could hear everything in the nearby room and elevator through the night.

Great little apartment in a fantastic location in the city. Great kitchen, comfortable bed, and a nice big window with views, desk, and a great shower and toilet. Slept very peacefully here and explored the town.

Some areas could've done with better cleaning, e.g. inside the cupboards. It was a bit tricky to check in as we arrived.

There is no daylight in the room

Great place to stay! The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and nicely equipped. Check-in and check-out were very simple and smooth. We ended up staying here multiple times during our trip to Vietnam, and it always met our needs perfectly. Although it’s a bit further from the main tourist area, we actually saw that as a positive – it’s quieter and more relaxed, while still being accessible. Everything in the room worked well, and the price reflects what you get – good value for money. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if we return to Hanoi.

Wonderful little spot away from the crowds and noise. Loads of great local eats and western within short distance including laundry just on the corner . The room is incredibly cosy has everything you could need. The bed is soft with the most comfortable clean bedding. The pillows are actually pillows not clumps of fluff and you get 4!! The shower is wonderful great pressure with the option of a wond or rainforest oh and it's hot! The host is very easily contacted by WhatsApp and is incredibly kind and helpful.

The location is incorrect but the host did contact us to advise correct location minutes of booking. Just Google Bens pub and that's correct. Every morning we where woken to tools from 7am -10am. The passive aggressive rules are a little over kill but sadly I suspect this might be needed for some , note you cannot go on roof top.

I really loved the location, the fact that there were no room keys and only code locks, the staff was very attentive and sweet.

The windows were facing the walls of other buildings but it was nicely covered and the lights in the room were compensating it, so no issue.

Ha was the best hostess lady, super friendly and fun to talk to! Definitely an added-value asset to this nice appartement.

I loved the decor, the room had so much space and great facilities to cook if you wanted to, and a balcony for some outside space. It was clean and the bed was huge and super comfortable.

It was hard to find as we didn’t realise it was down an alley and another location around the corner came up on Google maps. But the staff were easy to contact on WhatsApp and helped direct us to the correct place.

Great spacious room, 2x AC units, nice balcony to sit and chill, elevator. Amazing shower. Wish I could of stayed longer. For the people saying its hard to find it's really not, use maps. Great communication. 5🌟 Great location.

No window to the outside world. Something I should have checked. Was nice to be out of the noise of Old Town, but it was a bit far for what I needed. Very nosey when it rains. Some mold / water stains on the roof.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It’s located right in the city center, making it easy to explore everything on foot. There is a small pub downstairs, very cheap, worth the experience. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hanoi! ^.^

Great location and the apartment was comfortable and clean

The location is not ideal as we have tried other neighbours in Hanoï we liked more, however I think this option is a good value for money of you are staying a bit longer in town like in was the case for us.

There were no windows in the apartment we were given and the bathroom of the bar were literally outside our door which makes it noisy when the bar is open.

Was very unclean. Went to shower and there was a bloody splatter and big long black hair all over my towel. Also stepped on a toe nail. That wasn’t mine.
