Recomandăm cu drag această locuință din Viena!!! Este aproape de centru, curata, frumos mobilata, liniște în zonă, toate facilitățile pentru bucătărie și baie. Are fier de călcat și ce m-a mirat a fost că uscătorul de păr avea și capăt pentru difuzor (perfect pentru doamnele cu păr creț). În plus, aproape de multe locuri de joacă pentru copii și de magazine. Dacă ar fi să mai mergem o dată, am alege cu drag această locuință.🥰

Nu am aspecte care să nu-mi fi plăcut.

The sofa upstairs was dirty in between the seat and back it has rubbish there was even an old chocolate there, in general Could be a bit more clean

Un bel quartiere

Un fost spatiu comercial sau de birouri transformat in apartament. La parter, acces direct de pe trotuar. Toate indicatiile de acces primite de la proprietar sunt excelente. Pozitionare buna fata de mijloace de transport, parcare in apropiere la cca 700 metri cu 6,90 euro/24 ore.

In tabloul electric este o siguranta sau ceva care face un click la fiecare 2-3 minute.

The host is really helpful and kind, the apartment is near tram stops, U-Bahn 6, and some supermarkets, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed very confortable!

NOTE: no big deals, we really loved the apartment! The bathroom has no window so you need to be careful to leave the fan on when you take a shower and you need to pay attention at the spiral starcase id you are not used to it!

L'appartamento era carino, arredato con gusto ma sii trova proprio sulla strada. È situato in un quartiere tranquillo ma è necessario prendere i mezzi per spostarsi in città, fermate molto vicine. Bar e supermercati vicini.

L'appartamento non era pronto per ospitare 4 persone. Abbiamo dovuto attendere un po' di tempo ma poi, anche se in tarda serata, ci sono state consegnate le lenzuola per il divano letto e l'host e' stata molto gentile. Box doccia difettoso.

Entrance right off the street. Coffee available. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa-bed. Contrary to some reviews, the water temperature was consistent and hot enough.

Room smelled of cigarettes. Owners were very communicative about check-in, but were not very informative when asked about parking (we figured it out - use easypark app). Shower door is broken and tiny. Hot water pressure in shower poor.

We loved absolutely everything! Love the decor, location, the hosts, the list goes on. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we had booked for longer. Thanks so much!!!

Apparent is near the centre. There is everything we need. Even a coffee machine:)

beautifully decorated, spacious, amazing coffee machine and kitchen, peaceful pretty bedroom and safe area. it's super close to a tram line that comes regularly and goes right through the centre. I stayed there as a woman on my own and felt incredibly safe. there are also some shops, cafes and gluten free bakery very close walk away. the place has great vibes, lots of desks, mirrors, very comfortable to hang out in.

only slight criticism I would say is there is a mild scent coming from the bathroom. the facilities work great and if the door is closed the scent is not so noticeable. this is really a very minor comment. id recommend this place highly. although a quiet street sometimes there is light sound of traffic or neighbours. however I'm a super light sleeper and with ear plugs this was solved so others probably wouldn't even notice.

They through away my food from the fridge, they offered a voucher to their place, but i will never go back there ever after that experience

it was very clean and cozy, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw compliments in the form of a bottle of wine and Austrian chocolates, I advise you to choose these apartments for visiting Vienna

The bedroom on the second floor

Space was great. It was spacious, very clean, with all the necessary amenities.

The host was very friendly, answered all my questions, permitted us to leave our luggage at the location before the check in time and even welcomed us with a bottle of wine! The place is much more beautiful in location than in photos!

Self check-in and communication with the owners were seamless and quick. The accommodation was nice. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated, and fragrant. On the ground floor, there is a fold-out sofa, a work and dining table, a toilet, and a kitchenette with good and clean equipment. Upstairs, which is accessed by winding stairs, there is a double bed.

Personally, I was surprised that the entrance is directly from the street. It gave me the impression of a converted non-residential space, and it was a bit cold on the ground floor. The windows are frosted, so there is no view.
