The location was convenient with small cafes and shops nearby. 5 minutes by taxi or 10-20 minute walk to all sightseeing places. The hosts were always available online, helpful, polite and responsive. Thank you

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The apartment is located 5 minutes walking distance from the nearest M2 metro station as well as 3 minutes from several major bus stations. It's located in a new building and has spacious lockers on the ground floor where you can leave your luggage before and after your stay if you have time to walk around Athens before your flight or cruise experience. The lockers are large enough to put a large luggage suitcase inside and a backpack. There're plenty of such lockers inside. Very convenient. The host will send you access code for the building and the apartment on the day of your arrival.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026הגענו משפחה של שלושה מבוגרים ושני ילדים, מדובר בבניין שכולו דירות אירוח, הבניין חדש היחידה שהתארחנו בה הייתה עם מיטת קומותיים שהייתה נוחה וגדולה,באופן מפתיע.היחידה נקייה ומתוחזקת וחדישה.מטבח מאובזר ,טלויזיות בכל החדרים,חדר כביסה,גג עם תצפית לעיר..קיבלנו מענה לכל מה שהיינו צריכים (מגבות נוספות,סבון כביסה וכו׳). בקיצור מקום מומלץ בחום.
הדבר היחיד שהיה חסר לי זה האפשרות להתחבר עם הטלפון לטלביזיה ולראות את התוכן שלי(נטפליקס,דיסני..)

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Posizione centrale con parcheggi vicini alla struttura, facile check-in, stanza con tutti i confort, buon gusto negli arredi e nelle luci, due camere, una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con letto a castello tutte con materassi comodissimi, acqua di cortesia, vista sull'acropoli da non perdere, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check-in.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Jolie vue sur l'Acropole depuis le roof top et certaines chambres. Bon emplacement pas loin du centre historique accessible à pied. Très bonne literie et la bouteille d'eau dans le frigo est appréciable. L'appartement est bien équipé. Serviette, articles de bains et chauson à disposition. Bon wifi, douche chaude, Climatisation fonctionnelle. Conciergerie par téléphone ou email vraiment efficace. Bagagerie gratuite dans l'immeuble. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Une bonne option pour quelques jours à Athènes.
La décoration est impersonnelle. Il.n'y a pas d'humains pour vous accueillir bien que la conciergerie par messagerie suffit pour ouvrir l'appartement.

Comment on est arrivé avant l’heure du checkin, on s’est rendu à une adresse que nous a indiqué le gérant de l’appartement par e-mail pour laisser nos bagages. Une fois que le Taxi nous a amené là-bas, le gérant nous a dit qu’on pouvait laisser les valises à juste à côté de l’appartement dans un hôtel. Comme le Taxi nous avait déjà déposé, on a marché pendant 20 minutes avec les bagages jusqu’à l’appartement. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi, on nous a donné cette adresse par e-mail pour laisser les bagages autant éloigné de l’appartement alors que partout en ville on trouve des endroits pour déposer les bagages.

Even though the hotel doesn't have staff stationed on-site, communication was handled thoughtfully and attentively via message, providing information and useful advice even before check-in. Check-in was also very convenient, even though I arrived before the official check-in time — there was a locker available to safely store luggage, and once the room was ready, I was able to get in quickly, well before 3 PM. The room itself was impressive — spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a full range of amenities including a refrigerator, stove, cooking equipment, glasses, and dishware. The coffee was also restocked consistently every day by the housekeeping staff who came to clean. The location was very convenient too, with plenty of interesting restaurants, cafés, and bookstores nearby. Overall, I was really impressed and would highly recommend staying here. If I ever have the chance to travel to Greece again, I will definitely come back to stay here.

The area was not the best walking back showing the dark side of a big city - junky injecting himself in open view. Hard to get rid of image !

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Beautiful and awesome place. Very neat and has everything! Will recommend it to anybody. There are lockers for your suitcases at the entrance and we were allowed to use them on the day we booked There is also a coffee shop near the entrance of the building. Will visit and use it again! Also an option to order breakfast online, but we didn't use it.
No microwave and the TV was often loosing its signal. Luckily we were not there to watch TV, but it would have been nice after a long day. The overall package however, too good to miss out on it for that reason.

O box do chuveiro não é muito eficiente, deixando vazar a água para o resto do banheiro. E a solução para o café da manhã de solicitar no dia anterior não é nada prático, Os canais internacionais da televisão saiam do ar a cada dois ou três minutos, ficando fora do ar por mais de um minuto.

The area to the north toward Lofos Strefi, absolute mess. Head to the centre, v.safe and won't go wrong.

Estuvimos en la habitación que tiene litera para nuestras dos hijas y estuvieron muy cómodas. Aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento (imprescindible!). La zona es tranquila, plagada de librerías! Cafetería justo en la puerta para desayunar y algunos sitios ee comida en la misma manzana. Ah! No olvidéis subir por la noche a la azotea, tiene mesas para cenar contemplando las vistas de la Akropolis Muy limpio

Also easy walking distance to the National Archaeological Museum and Monastiraki, where there a lots of great restaurants. Panepistimio Metro station is close by and from there it's two stops to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum.

Kurz vor der Anreise werden zusätzliche Gebühren verlangt: 250 € Kaution für mögliche Schäden (erstattungsfähig) und 45 € Reinigungsgebühr für Haustiere (nicht erstattungsfähig). Diese Kosten werden nicht klar im Voraus kommuniziert. Ohne die Zahlung erhält man den PIN-Code für das Zimmer nicht. So etwas habe ich bei Booking.com noch nie erlebt. Sehr teuer und absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Be careful! This property is not truly pet-friendly. Shortly before arrival, they require additional charges: a €250 refundable deposit for possible pet damage and a €45 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Be careful! This property is not truly pet-friendly. Shortly before arrival, they require additional charges: a €250 refundable deposit for possible pet damage and a €45 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. L'appartamento non dispone di una terrazza per stendere il bucato e prendere un po' d'aria. Il bagno non dispone di una ventilazione visto che è sprovvisto di finestra. Oltre al cambio della biancheria che consiste solo in asciugamani dovrebbe esserci anche un cambio di lenzuola e un passata di aspirapolvere in un soggiorno di una settimana.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral, man ist fußläufig überall schnell gewesen (Metro, Supermarkt, Hop on hop off bus Station usw.) Es war super groß, bequemes Bett, 2 Fernseher die auch viele Sender zur Auswahl hatten, tolles Bad mit super regendusche, eine (etwas mau ausgegestattete) Küche und Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum. Alles ist zugänglich mit einem Code, den man kurz vor der Anreise zugeschickt bekommt. Das Zimmer wird auch nach Bedarf gereinigt von einem sehr herzlichen und freundlichen Reinigungspersonal. Es gibt einen Lift und im Erdgeschoss kostenlose Verstaumöglichkeiten für das Gepäck, wo sogar ein großer Koffer Platz hatte. Aber das beste an der Unterkunft war für uns die Dachterrasse, die wir (komischerweise immer alleine) für das Frühstück und den Sonnenuntergang genutzt haben. Man hatte einen wundervollen Blick auf die Akropolis! Einmalig, also wenn wir wieder nach Athen kommen, buche ich 100%ig wieder diese Unterkunft!

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026La struttura ha una bellissima terrazza con vista Acropoli dove abbiamo cenato un paio di sere. Il nostro appartamento era pulito, completo di servizi, tra cui macchina Nespresso e caffè. Tutti giorni passavano a togliere la pattumiera, e rifornire. Avevamo due camere con letti comodi, doppio cuscino e TV. Molto gentili le signore delle pulizie.
La distanza dal centro, non è così comodo. La vista del nostro appartamento, dava verso l’interno ed era brutta.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Our balcony with the view of Acropolis was the best! Goed airco system (it makes some sound but not too much). Good location, close to great restaurants and bars in Kolonaki and Exarcheia (fewer tourists). The appartment has an Nespresso machine, great for the morning coffee.
The room is not very big but wel furnished. The windows could have a better insulation for noise (from the street). Not much to mention as we were really pleased.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit bequemen Betten und einer komfortablen Küche. Von hier aus geht alles zu Fuß. Besonders Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Athen inkl. Akropolis. Da braucht es keine überteuerte Rooftop-Bar. Apartments groß und sauber. Blick aus dem Apartment in den Innenhof.
Leider hat im Kinderzimmer die Klimaanlage nicht gut funktioniert und ich die Leseleuchten machen wegen des offenbar nachträglich eingebauten Hochbettes keinen Sinn.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Sehr geräumiges und schön eingerichtetes Apartment, sehr sauber. Handtücher wurden alle 2 Tage gewechselt und sogar unser schmutziges Geschirr wurde abgewaschen. Günstig gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß ins Zentrum oder die sehr nahe gelegene Metro nutzen. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist genial.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft in guter Lage. Das Apartment war modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Obwohl es keine Rezeption gibt, verlief der Check-in problemlos und unkompliziert. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen.
