Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The apartment is spacious and has a wonderful terrace with lots of room for kids to play. We stayed with a year-old so there was a high chair and a portable crib provided. The bed in the bedroom was very comfy, the sofa in the living-room was OK, but I kind of expected it. The kitchen had all diahes and appliances needed and the bathroom was nice and clean. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We loved the self-check-in option. There are two bigger supermarkets about 5-minutes walking distance and a bus stop nearby as well. The neighborhood was fairly quiet.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Sehr schöne, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten und gutes WLAN. Parkplatz nebenan in der Tiefgarage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Draußen war eine kleine Terrasse, wo man sich z.B. zum Essen oder Entspannen hinsetzen konnte. Nicht weit weg von der Donau, wo man gut spazieren gehen kann. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Leider war die Dusche ziemlich verstopft. Wenn man das Wasser nicht ganz aufgedreht hat, hat man es anfangs nicht gemerkt, aber wenn man voll aufdreht und die Augen beim Haare waschen schließt bekommt man es nicht mit, dass man dann gleich das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt hat. Und beim Ausklappen der Schlafcouch haben wir altes vergammeltes asiatisches essen in einer Plastikdose gefunden. Zum Glück war diese verschlossen. Und wir haben diese dann sofort entsorgt. Die Tiefgarage war sehr eng und erfordert einiges an Geschick beim einparken. Ansonsten war alles gut. Kleiner Tipp noch: Das Parksystem in Wien ist wirklich katastrophal und kompliziert. Kaum Ausschilderungen, hohe Gebühren und aufwändige Handhabung über eine App wo man ein Konto immer mit Geld aufladen muss und aller 2 Stunden den Parkvorgang erneuern muss, wenn man länger parken will. Am besten vorher genau informieren und nachlesen oder gleich öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen.

Trūko geresnės ventiliacijos, bet esant kondicionierius išsprendė.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Het is een prachtig, nieuw, volledig en schoon appartement De winkel, de tram en bushalte om de hoek. Voorzien van rolluiken, airco en een goed bed. Het was ook erg stil in de woning, die ook een klein buiten heeft. Keyless entree is ideaal. Goed sanitair. Uitgebreide tv zenders. Wifi was goed. Ideale uitval basis.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Great location near the river. The apartment has its own patio. Spacious apartment (enough space to do yoga). A lot of space in the bathroom for all my bathroom stuff. Very nicely equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, a variety of utensils. Washing machine. All doors are on code, so you don't need keys, which is very practical and relaxing. Safe space for our bikes in the building. Good air conditioning and heating.

Paguei por uma acomodação e me colocaram em outra com um calor insuportável , sem ar condicionado , apenas 3 mini ventiladores quando o termômetro do apartamento marcava as 22 hs 29°C . E não querem me reembolsar integralmente.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Отличная квартира. Двухуровневая плаанировка, спальня и санузел расположены на втором уровне. Квартира расположена на первом этаже, Окна выходят во внутренний дворик. Даже в сильную жару было прохладно. Небольшой внутренний дворик с садовой мебелью. В апартаментах было все необходимое. Можно было воспользоваться местом в подземном паркинге.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Schöne ruhige Lage mit toller Ausstattung in der Wohnung. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen alles top. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz war sehr praktisch und unkompliziert zu nutzen. Das WLAN war auch gut, wir hatten ca. 200 Mbit/s und konnten damit problemlos arbeiten.
Das Schlafzimmer war leider sehr klein, es war nicht ganz einfach ins und aus dem Bett zu kommen, besonders Nachts. Dadurch dass die Wohnung im Erdgeschoß liegt, laufen tagsüber fremde Menschen unmittelbar vor den bodenhohen Fenstern vorbei, das war nicht immer angenehm.

There are two supermarkets nearby, which is extremely convenient. It's also very close to the tram station. In terms of transportation, you can easily get to the city center by taking the tram and transferring to the subway, though it is a bit far from downtown. A washing machine is also provided. Inside the room, there's a small step that nicely separates the living room, kitchen, and bedroom areas.

Немного не привычно, что окна, до пола, выходят сразу на пешеходный тротуар. Проходящие люди, собаки могут попасть к вам в комнату. Приходится держать закрытыми жалюзи. Было бы неплохо если бы был кондиционер, но были вентиляторы, что тоже хорошо.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, cicho i bezpiecznie. Można przyczepić się do czystości ale ja jestem przewrażliwiony. Apartament na parterze. Pełna automatyzacja, pin do drzwi wejściowym, pin do apartamentu. Darmowy parking na ulicy bez opłat każdego dnia.
Parter, okna do samej podłogi, brak możliwości podniesienia rolet przy jednoczesnym otwarciu okna. Wyjście/wejście bezposrednio na ulicę z apartamentu. Platny dodatkowo parking w budynku.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Gostei de tudo, o apartamento é lindo, bem ensolarado, todo de vidro pra entrar luz, os móveis de boa qualidade, a cozinha bem equipada, roupas de cama e toalhas perfumadas e estava tudo bem limpo. Adorei a hospedagem e mesmo sendo mais longe optei pelos comentários positivos e não me arrependo, mas mesmo assim tem ótimo acesso a cidade e é na mesma linha onde tem a maioria das atrações U1

La propietaria también fue amable con las instrucciones para llegar. Un gran punto a favor fue que hubiera jabón para lavar la ropa. Conectado por medio de tranvía + metro hasta el centro de la ciudad, un poco alejado pero si lo que uno busca precio está ok.
Haría falta un tendedero para colgar la ropa.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Отличные апартаменты. Все новое очень чистое . Кровати белье полотенца. Видно что люди заботятсЯ о своем имидже. Особенно хороша трасса . Отлично что есть жалюзи это дополнительная безопасность. Советую.
Я не скажу что это минус. Но конечно до центра Вены далековато. Но в части бонуса рядом хороший ресторан за нормальные деньги.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Хорошие апартаменты. Заселили нас по просьбе раньше, без проблем. Овнеры приятно общаются. В апартаментах было тепло, были тёплые полы, светло, всё необходимое: утюг, гладильная доска, фен, посуда, кухонный инвентарь, всё работает и в хорошем состоянии. Есть маленькие дворик закрытый перед апартаментами где в тёплое время я думаю с удовольствием можно сидеть и наслаждаться отдыхом в Вене. Вообще и целом нам всё понравилось. Мы с удовольствием приедем ещё!👍
Овнер предоставил подземный паркинг - это плюс правда за отдельные деньги - это минус. Но это минус всей Вены, потому что с парковкой на собственном автомобиле это очень проблематично и дорого. И ещё пожелания на кухне не хватает обычного полотенца и протирочной тряпочки возможно прорезиненные или микрофибры чтобы протереть поверхность. А так вообще большие молодцы мы очень довольны гостеприимством и обязательно приедем ещё! Спасибо

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Apartament idealnie czysty, przestronny i wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne na kilkudniowy pobyt rodzinny. Musimy też docenić łatwy sposób zameldowania. Bardzo blisko od apartamentu jest przystanek tramwajowy i dwa duże dyskonty spożywcze. W weekendy w Wiedniu można parkować samochód bezpłatnie na ulicy z czego skorzystaliśmy.
Jedyny minus to duża odległość od centrum. Wiedzieliśmy gdzie się zatrzymujemy, więc to nie narzekanie tylko stwierdzenie faktu.

A microwave could be useful.

Access to the city center is easy, there is a tram/bus station 200m from the apartment, which takes you to the U-Bahn. There is also good connection to the P+R Garage Donaustadbrücke (parking for 4,4 € per day).
The apartment could be better cleaned, the kitchen could be better equipped.
