The owner was really nice and friendly, giving clear instructions for our check in. When we thought we left behind a watch, she really went out of her way to check for us. Also loved the free snacks that welcomed us! (:

The waiting time for check in. There is only one security guard checking in at 3pm, there was about 10 ppl in the queue waiting for checking in. The security guard is not so good in speaking English

Excellent location to sunway lagoon. Walking distance to the park. Good for families with kids and large group. Good facilities, clean rooms and bedding. Good view of the park from the unit's balcony. Good choice for family stay.

Water dispenser unit can be improved as sometimes hot water is not dispensed. - No nearby shops for buying food and groceries as need to take grab and taxi to go there. This is not a complaint as there are ready available grab taxis.

It was a very beautiful unit. Comfortable stay. Sufficient space to have friends over for a small gathering. 100m walk to Lost World themepark. Very value for money.

The doors were slightly stuck, got stuck inside the master room. The outside bathroom did not have hot water. As for the onsen, it was dirty and the water not hot.

The owner was helpful and very accommodating. The view was beautiful and calming.

There are no mirrors in every room except in the bathroom.

It is very close to the theme parks. Bedrooms, beds and bathrooms were great.

The property is lovely but missing lots of key ingredients for a good family stay. It advertises 8-10 pax capacity with kitchen facilities, but there were only 6 plates, only a few cutleries, no pots or pans and the main couch only seated 3 people with no other couch in the place. The only table in the unit barely seated 6 with additional two chairs on the balcony. It was really difficult to have the whole family stay without bringing everything with us including cooking implements, pots and pans. The cupboards were literally bare, only a rice cooker in one of the cupboards. Because there are no restaurants in the vicinity, the kitchen should be better supplied so guest can at least cook simple meals and eat there.

Everything was good n fair. Except for the surrounding as there was a new project in progress next to the building. So much noise comes from the site. Sound of the equipment n everything during the day.

Wasting time,so many steps to enter building. Register at guard,register to collect keys then one more time scan to enter building at guard. N staff were so slow attending guests. I travel with kids n everything need to be done fast to avoid kids feel boring.

Not dislikes, rather areas for improvement. Bath towels were provided but would have been helpful to have floor mats for the bathrooms (we had to use the spare towels) and kitchen towels to dry cutlery and clean the tables. Check in was the biggest issue due to poor command of English language by the security staff and problems navigating the QR with them.

Well-maintained premises with a great Lost World Theme Park view. Nice interior touch-ups and decorations added the holiday feel to our stay too.

Everything was accessible, and the location was PERFECT! In summary, this stay was an absolute delight. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, breathtaking views, superbly comfortable beds, and impeccable interior design made for an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return to this homey haven in the future!

This is a corner unit located at high level, the balcony offers unobstructed views to the theme park and town. There's an infinity lap pool overlooking the mountain range, as well as an Onsen pool. Location of the stay is right next to Tambun Theme Park entrance, convenient for big families with young child and elderly.

The unit we stayed in was hygienic. We liked its modern and minimalistic design, along with the well-lit interior. The sofa bed was cozy, and the llama chair was cute. The master bedroom was particularly nice and spacious with a large window and an ensuite bathroom. We also appreciated the fine wooden flooring. The other two bedrooms shared a bathroom in the corridor. The water heater functioned well, and the water pressure was sufficient. Shampoo and bath liquid were provided, but remember to bring your own amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrush, and facial cleanser. There is a smart TV in the living room where we watched some movies on YouTube. The dining table can seat 6 people, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, a water kettle, and basic utensils. The balcony offers a panoramic view of Tambun Lost World. Since we were only staying for one night, we didn’t have the opportunity to try out the swimming pool and the gym. Visitor parking is available next to the guardhouse, making it easy to find additional parking spaces if you have more than one car.”

Two cards were provided upon arrival. One was for the unit’s parking lot, and the other was for accessing the apartment unit itself. It would have been more convenient if additional access cards were provided, especially for larger groups, such as families or friends. The bed in the master bedroom was on the soft side, but that’s a matter of personal preference. All three bedrooms came with double beds, which were just about sufficient for two people. We wished that one of the bedrooms could have had a setup with two single beds. The kitchen had a ceramic hob and hood, but we were informed by the owner that, due to management rules, we couldn’t use it for cooking. Therefore, no pots and pans were provided. However, the unit did come with a decent-sized fridge, allowing us to store plenty of drinks.

Minimalist furniture, kitchen is well-equipped. The kids like to hang out in the balcony. Most importantly, lost world of tambun is within walking distance 👍🏻

The guidelines set by the owner made the check in to the apartment easy.

Very nice theme park view, new and clean apartment, we enjoyed the night we stayed. A little bit far away from Ipoh town, but not an issue if with own transport. Definitely will consider this place for our next visit in Ipoh.
