Room is clean and have good view to the beach

very nice, aesthetic and comfortable place to stay, recommended:)

Clean

1) Balcony was nicely done - small but cute. 2) Washing machine was provided together with detergent. 3) Dinnerware, cutlery, microwave, water boiler, refrigerator were provided. Everything was clean. Even the cleaning detergent for plates was provided. 4) Free wifi. The speed was good. 5) TV with Nextflix and co. 6) Dining table with dining chairs were nicely arranged 7) A sleeping sofa with couch table were provided. 8) Good quality toilet tissues were given.

1) No cleaning service throughout our stay. Guests had to bring down the rubbish from the 24th floor using lift and threw them at ground floor - very inconvenient. 2) The pillows in the second room had unpleasant odour. 3) A mop and a broom piled in the bathroom gave a unpleasant sight. They should be placed in a proper storeroom. 4) Extra matresses were just piled together in the main bedroom. They should be kept in a storeroom. 5) No privacy in the master bedroom - Neigbour can see if the curtain is open. 6) Too many house rules - it makes the whole staying experience a little bit cold and unwelcome.. 7) The bidet hose was not properly located - make it hatd to use. The hose is fixed standardized at the right hand side, but the one in the house was on the left side. 8) Shower gel was not good. We ended buying a shower cream. 9) The space outside the front door was flooded with water. Very inconvenient. Maybe from the train. The water simply got trapped. With the price that we paid, our expectation was higher.

Sound proof is poor. Can hear clearly when people passing by the passage. Also noises from next door.

Nicely equipped, very clean unit

The tv remote needs to be replaced( held by rubber band). Difficult to park if your car is long. Carpark is not designed for long and big car/mpv. Otherwise everything else is great.

Everything was good and prepared well , all what u need u will find it even detergent for washing machine View was amazing , aircon was perfect ,grocery and Starbucks down the building , it was really a good and comfy stay , recommend it to anyone

Check in was a little complex

The apartment is quite close to George Town. The host is very helpful and send us clear information to collect the keys before our arrival. The location is close to the beach with nice beach view. We can walk down to see the beach and local fishing boats. The apartment is super clean. Our family has good and relax time there. Will come back again if we have a chance.

Very good facility especially for muslim guest as the home was providing the prayer mat with the kiblat sign

Check in instructions are given prior arrival. We were greeted by the friendly host who happen to be around when we arrived and they helped us solved a parking issue promptly. Accommodation is located on high level, room is very clean.

Lift can be quite slow on check out timing.

What I don't like is, that's alot of ppl during check out time. So I had to wait almost 20 mins to tk the lift. All the lift almost full. Mansion one management pls improve on that.
