Reviewed Sep 17, 2026La ubicación es muy buena. Es un barrio a las afueras del estrés pero con todos los servicios y súper bien comunicado. Tienes una tienda de conveniencia debajo del hotel y una parada de metro justo en frente.
Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas (coincide con la descripción), a pesar de ello bastante practico para tu estancia en Tokio. Lo que no me gustó fue que solicitamos dos almohadas (porque las que vienen son muy incómodas) y solo nos dieron 1.

房間非常小，所以任何行李都只能放床下，但床下的地毯又很髒，灰塵很多，覺得很不衛生。 算是沒有對外窗，因為窗戶是霧面的逃生窗。 沒有冰箱。 旅館雖然在海鷗線出口，但從其他電車轉乘海鷗線滿麻煩，我常常走到迷路，反而增加交通時間。

2人で宿泊したのですが、部屋に椅子がひとつしかなかったので、２つあると嬉しいなと思いました。

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026目的地に近いHOTELということで、予約させてもらったので、実際にとても近くて迷うことなく目的地に着けました。部屋の階が、12階と上層階だったので、窓からの外の景色が、とても良かったです。部屋のサイズ感も、1人で宿泊するのにちょうど良かったです。コンビニがHOTELの1階にあって、とても助かりました。
フロント前のスペースの使い方は、HOTELのコンセプトがあるのだと思いますが、もう少し通路との区別をはっきりさせてほしいと思いました。朝の軽食は、中途半端な感じがしたので、飲み物だけにするとか、無料というのでなく、ワンコインでも食べれる種類のパンやオニギリとか、工夫があればと思いました。

The room was extremely small and we could only open our luggage on the bed. The bed was not very comfortable, and the hotel was around a 10–15 minute walk from the train station. There was also not much to do in the surrounding area. The staff were not as friendly or welcoming as we experienced at other hotels in Japan. The main disappointment was the room size, as we expected it to be a little bigger from the photos.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026It was fun and colourful and the amenities were all great. I could see the beautiful port and have easy access to the Yurikamome line. There were many exits and a convenience store attached.
There was a little more walking involved to get to other stations. I didn’t mind as that’s my preference but some might not like how hard the pillows are (common in Japan).

Personal mehrfach unfreundlich und unwillig. Nicht hilfsbereit. Fast alle Hotels lassen früher einchecken, wenn die Zimmer fertig sind. Hier musste man bis Punkt 15 Uhr warten. Eine Stunde früher war möglich, wenn man Mitglied des Reward Systems wurde. Habe ich gemacht (hatte zwei Zimmer für meine Familie gebucht). Das zweite Zimmer hätten wir aber nur beziehen können, wenn unsere Tochter auch noch dem Reward System beigetreten wäre. Haben wir dann drauf verzichtet. Und dann wollte man uns allen Ernstes verbieten, unsere Tochter mit Gepäck mit auf unser Zimmer zu nehmen, bis ihr Zimmer freigegeben wird (wir reden von 35 Minuten). So etwas haben in Japan 3 Wochen lang nicht erlebt. Dazu waren die Zimmer extrem klein (Bett so groß wie das Zimmer von Wand zu Wand), Tür ging gerade noch auf). Atmosphäre wie im Youth Hostel. Dafür 150 Euro ist selbst für Japan übertrieben.

Whimsical artwork (walls, carpet) was attractive. Price was reasonable, will consider staying there again.
Room air conditioning did not cool things down enough, the hallway was nice and cool but the room itself not so much. WiFi speed was slow. Free breakfast was meager. No window views.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026浜松町駅から比較的近いので羽田からモノレールを利用して行きやすい場所にあります。 一階がコンビニになっており便利です。 朝食の無料のクロワッサンはしっかりした食事としては物足りないのですが、徒歩１分圏内にすき家があるので、そこを利用できます。それ以外の食事する場所も浜松町や大門あたりまで行けば充実していました。
ゆりかもめの駅はすぐ近くなのですが、ちょうど台風が直撃した時に浜松町駅や大門駅から雨の中を移動するとやや遠いと感じました。 フロントが２階にあるので、エレベーターでの移動が避けられないのですが、２台のエレベーターがなかなかこなくて待たされることがありました。

Con vista a la Bahía, el kombini justo en la entrada, estaciones de metro bastante cerca y con excelente conexión con los lugares a visitar y con el aeropuerto. Muy limpio! Tienen espacio debajo de la cama para guardar las maletas, a pesar de que son pequeñas las habitaciones, el espacio es bien aprovechado.
Las secadoras no sirven, tienes que pagar casi que 2 horas de ciclo para que seque bien la ropa por lo que no vale la pena. Además que solo hay dos secadoras y dos lavadoras lo cual es poco para la cantidad de huéspedes y no hay un control para saber que habitación las esta usando.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The rooms were really clean. Having close proximity to a convenience store ensured you were never short of anything. Nice to have laundry on site. This is a traveller's hotel and everyone is very polite and keeps the noise to a minimum. This really is close to a few sites to see, so you can get around easily. It is easy to move around either by train or walking. The location was close to two different train systems so getting around was easy.
If you did not have a ocean view there was not much to look at out of the window.

La posizione é meno strategica di quanto pensassi. Non c’è molto nei dintorni. La finestra della nostra camera con vista dava direttamente sulla monorotaia e le persone potevano vedere dentro perciò non abbiamo potuto praticamente aprila mai.

The extra supplies guests can take in the reception are a nice touch and balance the basic supplies in the room. And the 24 hr shop next door is a touch! And I actually got a room that was identical to the one in the pictures!
