Диван був не дуже зручний для сну. Ось це напевно єдиний мінус.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025By far the best convenience was the SBahn opposite direct to the airport (15 min). The apartment had much light with balconies off 3 rooms, and these added to space. His and Hers sinks in the bathroom was a real plus.
Wine glasses would have helped, also a soap in the bathroom could have been provided.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025The apartment is in a very good location — you can reach the city center in just three stops. It’s a great place overall, offering excellent value for the price and quality. Communication was fast and easy; the hosts always responded immediately and solved any issue quickly. I’m really thankful and very satisfied with my stay here.
There’s really nothing to complain about — everything met or even exceeded my expectations.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Nicely decorated with good taste, stylish, clean studio, easy to access, next to a LIDL, comfortable bed.
Extremely noisy day and night with open windows, as it is looking to a busy street and a train station (with close windows is fine). No AC, the apartment was very warm, but we could not keep the windows open because of the noise and a the neighbors smoking, so it was very hard to rest during the night. The bed linen were not ironed, therefore they gave the impression that they are used. The cooking dishes are very used, they should be replaced.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2025The apartment was very clean and spacious at a great location to connect to multiple trains, trams and buses. I was visiting an institute in Laxenburg and could walk to the Grillgasse OBB Station from the apartment in 12 minutes. The Vienna Central Station was 10 minutes with the 69A bus. There are several grocery stores, gas stations, a bakery, and a neighborhood pub with good food just outside the building.
The bedroom faces a music venue, Szene, that plays music every evening until 11 PM (most nights). Although the windows closed do provide a lot of noise cancellation, it was very hot (35-40 Celsius) the days we stayed, and it was best to keep the windows open in the evening for fresh air. If I was not in Vienna for a work-related trip, I wouldn’t care and would go to the music venue to hang out. This may not be an issue for many.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2024The apartment itself is the best I've ever stayed in at booking.com! What you get is a well-furnished flat with all the needed necessities. A big TV, a terrace, an amazing, big and comfy bed, even necessities for making filter-coffee. There's not much else one can ask when staying for a trip, especially since what you get is a flat that was made for comfy living in mind and not just renting. If you see this apartment available - hesitate no further and just rent it. The comfort of living alone does it's thing, but you also have a lot of tools for getting around the town nearby - the OBB and metro station nearby, bus stops. You name it - they've got it.
