Small bathroom! Room was small! Too many chairs in the room, made it feel crowded.

Functional and near to everything, safe and it feels like home

There's no hot water for shower or maybe I didn't know how to operate lol

Huoneeseen tuli pieniä torakoita, vaikkakin ymmärrän että ne liikkuvat mm viemäristöissä ja siten voivat liikkuq huoneistosta toiseen, oli se silti todella ällöttävää. Tilasin ruokaa Grabilla ja tuli olo että ruokajätteet erikseen vielä houlutteli torakoitq, enkä tiennyt mihin roskat voisi viedä

Das Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet, für 1-2 Nächte völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist gut so dass das alte Viertel Manilas, Intramuros, gut zu Fuss erreichbar ist (ca. 40 min, Achtung die eine oder andere grössere Strasse muss überquert werden). Wem der Sinn nach Shopping steht eine grosse Mall mit Geschäften und Restaurants liegt gleich um die Ecke. Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken finden sich in den umliegenden Strassen einige.

Die Wohnung liegt im 35. Stockwerk ( nichts für Personen mit Höhenangst), trotzdem ist teilweise der Verkehr deutlich zu hören, v.a. die Ambulanzfahrzeuge des nahe gelegenen Hospitals.

The building felt very safe thanks to the on site security. The personalised welcome message was a lovely touch, along with the snacks and water provided. Overall, it is a nice and well equipped studio apartment, perfect for a comfortable stay.

The shower had a low water pressure and the water did not get very hot.

Staycation was super cozy when we stayed there last July 16-17. We're a family of 3 and greatly appreciate the welcome treats, cleanliness of the place. Excellent feeling of a home, away from home 🥰 Thanks much! God bless you all with more delighted customers ❤️

The room was big and it was on teh 35th floow so the view was very nice. There were some snacks and water for free and this was really appreciated. The pool and gym were very well equipped

The cleaning could be a bit better

We can hardly recommend this studio, walking distance from Intramuros, the beach, metro and next to Robinson Mall with a big supermarket and food court. There is a pool, great working airco and internet, warm shower. The studio has all you need. The owner communicates well, answering questions right away. Perfect place for us.

Its location is very close to important offices I intend to visit. Being close to Robinson is a plus. Sleek and clean feels with complimentary snacks comforts a tired travellers. They also have nice quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

I hope there is an early check in but the situation didn't permit. They have guests who love to stay longer.

Location, location, location. < 2min walk to a complete shopping mall, Food, entertainment, grocery, spa services and shopping of course. If you got stck here, you'd be good.

Location, Room, ah, everything was really nice. Its like an apartment, just come, live and enjoy. Even a rice cooker was there. We were really happy. The location is really nice, just 2 min. walk from Robinsons.

Host was very responsive and willing to help in any way. Room is nice and clean, with a beautiful view. Building has a GORGEOUS pool and a gym, and the staff is also very helpful.

I read reviews about cockroaches and unfortunately I had the same situation. Luckily it was only one but it did ruin it for me. Be mindful in advance and spray (there’s a bug spray) every day do try and avoid this. Maybe they could put some traps to help with this issue? Location was what I needed as it’s close to the cruise port, but doesn’t seem like a safe area. Just be cautious. Also bathroom is VERY small. Nothing that can be done, but it’s a fact.

Host was responsive and helpful, , little bits left out for us, coffee sugar, nice little welcome message on table, some porridge for breakfast.

The AC was quite loud compared to others

Well equipped and clean appartment on 35th floor near Rizal Park and Entremuros, the most interesting parts of Manila. The host replies quickly to questions via WhatsApp.

The airco-unit makes much noise.

No breakfast was included. I liked the kitchen furnishings except it really needs a toaster, bread board and bread knife.

I found communication with the owner - while most polite and timely - to be confusing because he resends a form email to which he then adds an additional note. However, I read it from top to bottom, and was puzzled why he kept asking for me to send copy of passport when I had already done that a couple times. Repeating old forms is not professional IMO.

The host was the best possible communicator, responding virtually immediately whenever we had a question or concern. The building was very safe because of the on-site security. The guards kindly kept our bags for several hours after we checked out which was much appreciated. Having the personalized welcome message was a nice touch! The door code didn't work on the second day but we were able to get a key from the guards, thank goodness. The wifi was extremely fast and the air conditioner worked perfectly in the extreme humidity of Manila.

The studio was smaller than I'd have wanted. The bathroom was extremely tiny and required maneuvering to get around! The host should provide washcloths, hand towels, a dish drying towel as well as an additional roll of toilet paper. Only having one knife is also insufficient!

The Location of the building, almost everything you may possibly need is in the unit and so it feels like as if you are actually living there, the place feels very much like a home, the view from the window especially at night is what I loved the most! You can spend real good time with friends just relaxing and bonding, it feels like the host is one call away if you need anything; very accommodating. The unit is small but honestly its the perfect size for 2 people, also just across the street is laundry lounge

The process of emailing vaccine details to a private email was a bit strange, maybe booking.com should assist with local traveler paperwork requirements

It was so near

The room ambience was very nice. My family and I felt home during our stay.

Very quiet and efficient apartment. The host even has all the recommended and listed supplies.

Keypad door lock didn't work.

The apartment is very comfortable secure and quiet. Equipment is perfect, very good bed and linen. Jehan is really responsive and accommodating, she arranged for us to stay overtime. The location is perfect close to Intramuros and Rizal Park, and next to Robinson's mall, though the neighbourhood could be fancier. We liked it though, as we did not want to be in the mall's and skyscrapers area of Makati.

The location was fabulous and it was sweet of Jean to keep breakfast tea and coffee ready to use. Infact his ladar was well stocked if u wanted to cook. There was an iron and iron board and many other handy things. Highly recommended
