La iluminación de la cocina y del salón es pobre. La grifería de la ducha es mejorable. La campana de extracción de humos de la cocina no funciona. De resto todo espectacular

Unfortunately, my experience with this property was disappointing before I even arrived. While I was already traveling towards the destination, the owner contacted me and informed me that my booking could not be honored because they do not accept single male guests. While every property has the right to define its own guest policies and target clientele, this restriction was not clearly stated anywhere in the listing at the time of booking. If a property chooses to limit bookings based on specific criteria, it would be helpful and fair to clearly communicate these conditions in the property description before guests make a reservation. This is particularly important for international travelers who may not be familiar with local customs, expectations, or unwritten rules. What I found most frustrating was that I was contacted via WhatsApp and encouraged to cancel the reservation myself, rather than being offered a suitable alternative solution. As a traveler already en route, this created unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Greater transparency regarding booking policies and a more guest-oriented approach to handling such situations would significantly improve the customer experience and help avoid misunderstandings for future guests.

The AC was a bit old and loud, the windows are OK but still let quite some noise through.

Suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä (aina ei ole ollut niin). Huoneistossa oli pyykinpesukone. Vuokraaja vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Wifi toimi hyvin.

Huoneisto on kulunut ja tarvitsee remonttia. Parveke oli siivoamatta ja likainen, siellä ei voinut oleskella. Kova sänky ja tyynyt.

Close to Starbucks, Carrefour supermarket, and a Chinese restaurant! Many other amenities around too. Very good value for money.

Kitchen tap was leaking but repaired immediately after I informed the owner

J’ai passé un merveilleux moment dans ce logement. L’endroit est propre, calme et très bien situé. La décoration est authentique et chaleureuse, on s’y sent comme chez soi. L’hôte a été d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et attentionné, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Marrakech dans les meilleures conditions.

Building work next street noise very bad

Apartment could be more clean, especially toilet. And for five days of staying, someone could come and take off the trash, clean and change the sheets.

Host was responsive and friendly, flat is located in a quiet area outside the medina, comfy bed, all amenities needed for your stay were available in the flat. Recommend the place.

The location was perfect for me, not far from the centre but also a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The building is very secure, has an elevator and is well-maintained. You can find all types of restaurants, takeaways, banks, and currency exchanges around the area, The apartment is clean and spacious with a comfortable large double bed. The host is very attentive and always ready to help, thank you abdulwahab.

Tha apartment was spacious and clean with possibility of cooking and a laundry machine. We really enjoyed staying in Gueliz, a bit outside the business of the medina, but with many nice coffee shops, restaurants, hamams etc. The host was very helpful with our questions and everything we needed (eg storing our bags during the day). Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend this place!

We wanted to stay in Medina but it was too expensive so we've settled for this place and I guess it turned out to be a good choice. It's less busy, except for some commotion outside in the night a couple of times, and in walking distance to Medina. It's nice to take a break from bustling tourist streets.

Mattress and pillows were hard and not comfortable. Only one set of towels was provided, and there was no shower gel or shampoo. The kitchen was well equipped. Although there was no dedicated dining area, we could use a coffee table in the living room or a little table on the balcony. All in all, it is a good place for self-catering and coming back to get some rest.

Clean, spacious apartment with everything we needed. It’s very quiet with a central location and has everything you could need within a short walk away. The host was very communicative too.

It is situated just 100 m away from Boulevard Mohammed V, ( Heart of Gueliz, The French District) where there are restaurants like Beldi Fusion kitchen restaurant you can have a very complete breakfast for less than 8€, more over in Mohammed V you find banks, La Scale Bar for a beer, shops and Carre Eden Carrefour supermarket where you can buy all fresh vegetables and fruits to take home. The kitchen of the apartment is FULLY EQUIPPED with all necessary for you to prepare anything to eat (microwave, gas hobb, fridge, cutting boards, etc). There is even a wash machine you can use. Overall, I have a very positive experience.

The shower set needs to be changed. A little bit noisy street, but don't forget your in the heart of Gueliz.

The location of this apartment was excellent! Only a few minutes drive from the airport and close enough to the centre and activities. I fell in love with the neighbourhood as it was buzzy and had shops etc within walking distance. The wifi was excellent and the host was very nice and extremely helpful.

Great location and host. Perfect for switching to the new area of Marrakech.

I give it a 9 because there were some details missing, such as sheets matching the bed size, not enough toilet paper, lack of sugar/sweetener for the coffee. Little things that do not impact your stay if you are going out everyday.

After staying in different Riads, we found this place is really for us. Location is perfect, there's a carrefour supermarket within 2mins. walk, restaurants are within the vicinity, we could walk to Jemaa El-Fna or easily grab a taxi for maximum of 20MAD. Hot shower with constant water pressure. Fully equipped kitchen. Very safe Host is very kind and punctual. And we highly appreciate the lift he gave us to the train station.
