Reviewed Jun 18, 2024It's a superb location and nice staffs. Size of room is very big & every this in top notch. So clean room and Ironing facility on request & they are acting very fast if you ask anything. Food is very clean.
1. In booking.com they mention price in US$, but they don't accept foreign currency, you need to pay by NPR only. 2. I had breakfast in Roof top restaurant, In menu mention Two eggs (Any style) @ NPR:100/= but Bill mentioning NPR:265/= this happens with me twice, I need to ask them to change it. T/4 pls ask detailed bill & heck with the Menu. 3. if you stay after 12.00 (Check-out time) Per hour need to pay NPR:720/= And this is the 1st time my 23 years traveling life i have to pay to stay 1 hour after check-out. every hotel having some tolerance. even some of Nepal hotels they allow me to stay even 3 hours in free of charge. 4. In cause of any power flair, they don't have power backup system. no generator, only 1 emergency light will work.
