The staff were friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The location was also convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The hall has no proper curtains, only half blinds, so the entire living area becomes unbearably hot during the day. It was uncomfortable to relax there because the heat from the sunlight came straight into the house. The master bedroom air conditioner was also not cooling properly, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. A working air conditioner is a basic expectation, especially in Malaysia’s weather. To make things worse, the homestay didn’t even provide basic necessities like floor mats or a cleaning cloth to wipe the dining table or kitchen surfaces. These are simple items that most homestays provide as standard. Overall, the place felt poorly maintained and not well prepared for guests. For the amount paid, I expected a much more comfortable and complete stay. I hope the host takes these issues seriously because they significantly affected our experience. I would not choose to stay here again .

Zero cleanliness in bathrooms/stained bedsheets/pillow cases/blinds only one side of the balcony door/floors not mopped thoroughly. First day after check in discovered the following : 1. Bathroom wall is slimy n has black stains long embedded 2. Bath towel looks badly washed 3. Pillows too hard 4. Bedsheets & pillow cases stained 5. Entire apartment floor sticky from being mopped with detergent & not mopped through with water properly 6. Futons in rooms are actually a flat foldable thin single mattress 7. Outside wall of the bathroom has mould on it and imagine breathing that in and that particular bathroom had a musty smell all day long. I hv proof of photos of entire apartment so you may let me know where I can send them to for you to see for yourself the atrocious condition and yet they have the audacity to rent it out and this is my first time booking an Airbnb and I swear it will be my last time booking an Airbnb as cleanliness is compromised in so many ways and the mgmt’s lackadaisical attitude towards my complaint is appalling. Their offer of 10% off for next booking is unacceptable as they did not try to do anything much to recover my confidence to clean up the bathroom instead sent me a housekeeping guy who seemed irritated with my complaint and he was so rude to me when he came by to sort of do some cleaning but it still looked as dirty as nothing he could do could remove those long stucked stains on the bathroom walls and shelves. It is just so yucky and unacceptable but I had no choice since I have two elderly persons with me and all five of us are aged above 60 years old so what else can we do but accept this condition of the apartment. I wanted to be moved to a cleaner unit but they can tell me that they are fully booked.

Everything was well-maintained, and the place had a relaxing atmosphere. It was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this place again in the future. Highly recommended! 😊

The dining room was especially impressive, featuring a complete set of dining ware along with a full table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together. The 2nd room 's air condition had strong mouldy mell so we did not put it on. We brought in the portable fan and put it on instead. The bidet in the bathroom was leaking so had to turn off the tap after each used. Other than these everything was fine and I love the swimming pool! We like Malacca but sad to see many abandoned shops and even the mall below our condo is not running well. We love to go back to Malacca for another holiday.

Disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room, especially the state of the bathrooms. The TV entertainment was also underwhelming, with a lack of sports channels, which made weekends feel uneventful. On checkout day, things took a turn for the worse when 1 of the 2 elevators broke down, leaving us to navigate the stairs.
